I told my sister, living another place about that. She said "Same thing happened to me last year. I used it as it was last summer, after all it was automatically fixed when it became this year. I think yours will be automatically fixed by next year, too.".

立派なイギリスの番組
イギリスはテレビ番組で人気がありそうです。そして、僕も面白いと思います。でも、海外であまり知らないけど僕が好きなイギリスの番組もあると思います。国内で特にウケている番組は「Four in a Bed」と言います。日本人の友達に紹介して、愛してきました。ベッド・アンド・ブレックファスト「BNB」の4グループの主は自分のBNBを他人に紹介し、一晩に泊まって、最後でレビューを書きます。
自体は平凡そうですけど、実際間違いを見つけて勝つために方法はとんでもないです。少し埃でも、少し暑すぎでも、評価にはでかい影響があります。なぜそんなに行うかというと主は大傲慢がありますから。だから、いつもドラマがあり、泣くことがあり、めっちゃくちゃ面白いです。

夏の旅行
今年の夏休み、私は友達とばなへ旅行に行きました。その旅行は思ったり素晴らしくなかったです。その日の天気予報をチェックしたのに、でも当日はとても雨が降りました。長い間歩いたので、本当に疲れました。それに人が大勢なので、ゲームを参加するために、行列に並ぶのに時間がかかりました。その上、食べ物は私の趣味じゃないので、美味しくなかったです。多分面白いのはロープウエイで行くことだと思います。最初は怖かったですが、その後、だんだん好きになりました。上から見下ろす景色は非常にきれいでした。私にとってはバナへの旅行はいい印象を残りませんでした。「ばなへもう一度行きますか」と聞かれたら、「いえ、結構です」と答えようと思います。

Your attachment style is how you connect and communicate with the people around you. People who grow up in healthy homes have a secure attachment style, they feel worthy and seek intimacy in their relationships. But, for people who have experienced trauma in their childhood, there is a possibility of developing an insecure attachment style. Two main insecure styles are anxious and avoidant.
If you have an avoidant style, you think you don't require intimacy in your relationships. you feel uncomfortable with vulnerability and sharing your feelings.
To overcome this issue, challenge your habit of distancing yourself from others. Whenever others share their feelings with you, take out of the listener role and share your feelings reciprocally. You might think opening up would bring rejection and contempt But, you would notice that others can understand you better if you let them in.
Another style is anxious. If you have an anxious style attachment, you may come across as needy. You put others ahead of yourself and overvalue them.
To overcome this issue, you must develop self-validation and let go of the insecurity attached to people. Being alone seems terrifying but, it is worth facing this fear.

Education of Child
My daughter entered elementary school at this April. Now she is in the long summer vacation. However, on weekdays, both I and my wife work, so we can't take care of her. We leave her in the care of "gakudo". "Gakudo" is like a less formal school. Many children in the same situation study and play togather there. When I was a kid, my grandmom took care of me. I don't know about "Gakudo" well, but it's sounds fun. I envy my daughter a little.

Frigorifero
Ci sono molte invenzioni che mi sembrano particolarmente ingegnose. Oggi, vorrei parlare di una che è così banale. È un elettrodomestico che abbiamo tutti nelle nostre case: un frigorifero.
El desiderio di avvere prodotti freschi anche in estate è vecchio come nella storia dell'umanità. Secondo gli archeologi, i cinesi furono i primi ad inventare un sistema di refrigerazione, e i romani avvevano un procedimento molto similare: in inverno, schiavi riportavano ghiacci dalle montagne, e la conservano in cantine profonde isolate da paglia. Ciò permeteva ai Romani (ai richi, almeno) di mangiare frutti di mare tutto l'anno.
Obviamenti, i nostri frigoriferi moderni sono molto differenti. Proverò di spiegare come funziona in italiano, e non sono un specialista degli argomenti tecnici, allora, Esse mi perdoneranno le mie imprecizioni!
funziona sul principio di scampio di calore tra l'interno e l'esterno. Un liquido frigorigene (che è all'estato gassoso all'interno) "prende" il calore del cibo nel figorifero, perché l'evaporazione lo raffreda. È lo stesso principio quando si fa una doccia in una calda giornata e poi ci si sente più fresco. Quando passa all'esterno, questa sostanza frigorigene ridiventa liquida, si riscalda ed evacua il calore. Perciò, se si mete la mano dietro il frigo, si può sentire aria calda. A mio avviso, è un principio molto simplice ma anche molto ingenioso. Mangiare una buona gelata per raffredarsi: un piacare simplici che non sarebbe così simplice senza tecnologia!

L'écoute
Je crois que la partie la plus difficile quand on apprend un langue étrangère est l’écoute. Mais l’écoute est aussi la partie la plus importante. J’ai lu dans un livre de psychologie que quand nous étions petits, nous écoutions pour apprendre notre première langue qui est notre langue maternelle. Nous écoutions nos parents, nous écoutions aussi les gens des environs, et nous imitions leur façon de parler. C’est ansi que nous apprenions notre langue maternelle. C’est aussi la raison pour laquelle un bébé vietnamien qui est né aux états-unis peut parler couramment l’anglais. L’écoute est donc le manière le plus naturel pour apprendre une langue étrangère.

Penses à toi-même
Parfois tu ne peux pas être là pour tout le monde et tu ne devrais aussi pas. Chaque personne a ses propres problèmes et défis. Chacune a une responsabilité à lui-même d'avoir une sain corp et cerveau. Malheureusement il y a des personnes dans nôtre vie qui n'arrivent pas eux-mêmes et parfois ces personnes sont nos amis. C'est naturel qu'on veut l'aider mais dans quelques cas en train de le faire notre état empire aussi. À cause de notre lien avec cette personne on l'ignore cependant pas la bonne facon. Ce n'est pas grave d'être égoiste de temps en temps si tu as l'impression de n'a pas assez forte pour l'aider laisse quelqu'un fait qui est un expert ou quelque chose de cette manière.

A principios de abril de 2022, Netflix anunció una pérdida de 200,000 suscriptores en su primer trimestre. Su última perdida de usuarios se registró en 2011, hace más de una década. Atribuyó este año difícil a la decisión de suspender el servicio en Rusia y al creciente número de plataformas digitales como HBO y Disney+. Por ello, Netflix pretende responder al problema incluyendo anuncios en una selección de películas, series y documentales. Algunas personas afirman que el cambio no será tan grave, dado que no se aplicará a todo el contenido sino a una parte del catálogo. Otros ven la incorporación de la publicidad como una decisión arriesgada, ya que la ausencia de los anuncios es lo que se diferencia las plataformas digitales de la televisión tradicional.
No creo que el cambio sea tan malo. En mi caso, disfruto de ver maratones de mis series favoritas pero a menudo termino pasando todo el tiempo sentada. Un par de anuncios me recordaría que debería levantarme y tomar un descanso cada vez en cuando. En un mundo digital que nos bombardea con un sinfín de contenido, sería bueno que tuviéramos algunas oportunidades para hacer una pausa.

Viaje al bosque norteño [1º intento]
Este lunes pasado regresé de un viaje a una zona salvaje en mi estado. Es una tierra inmaculada, una selva boreal grueso y impenetrable. Fue unos de los primeros parques en los Estados Unidos y desde los cincuentas nadie ha había extrayendo minerales ni cortando los árboles. El paisaje esta salpicado con lagos aguamarinas y tan fresca que puedes beberla con solo una pastilla de tratamiento. La agua limpia atrae una ecología amplia de pájaros, reptiles, y animals más grande como alces y osos.
Tanta belleza significa que el sendero no es fácil. Ese red de lagos require los viajeros van en canoes pero los lagos no forman una cadena. Cuando llega al fin de un lago hay que llevarla, sobrecarga, la distancia completa. A veces este es solo unos metros, pero a veces es kilómetros. Llevar un objeto así es muy incómodo y puede ser doloroso. Usualmente los equipos que se aventuran hace dos o tres veces en cada camino llevando los canoes, la comida, y las carpas. Pero con el alto costo de mover viene una recompensa dulce; una rebanada de vida sencillo y pacífico que nos lava de la rutina cotidiana.

Les airbags à moto
Nous considerons les airbags dans nos voitures comme normals, comme quelque chose basique dans tous les voitures. Les airbags peuvent nous secourir dans des accidents, et je crois que la plupart de gens dans des pays développés peut-être se sentiraient mal à l'aise si on s'invitait de fair un tour en voiture sans des airbags. Mais quoi des motos ? Les motos sont bien plus dangereuses que les voitures, mais les motos n'ont pas de airbags. En fait, je crois que l'idée des airbags à moto pouvait embrouiller la plupart de gens. Les motos ne sont pas des espaces confinés comme les voitures; comment est-est qu'on peut faire un airbag efficace ? Et en fait, les gens qui font de la moto le faire en sachent qu'il y a un risque augmenté du mort et de la blessure sévère par rapport à aller quelque part en voiture. Est-ce qu'on a besoin vraiment des airbags à moto ? Et si on dit "oui", comment fonctionnent-ils ces airbags ?
Selon un articles que j'ai lu récemment, les airbags à moto se porte par-dessus la veste du motocycliste et, utilisant des capteurs, se déclenchent au moindre choc. Les poches de l'airbag sont gonflés rapidement par une cartouche de gaz, et ça crée une sorte de bulle de protection autor de l'abdomen. Bien sûr, il fait porter un casque, des gants et des pantalons pour protéger les autres parties du corps. Si ces airbags à moto pouvaient protéger beaucoup de motocyclistes, ça serait très bon. Mais en fait, les airbags à moto ne sont pas très répandus, et ils sont chers. Un airbag à moto coûte en moyenne 300 Euros. Beaucoup de gens font du moto comme sport et ont de l'argent pour les airbags, mais il y a aussi beaucoup de gens qui utilisent les motos comme alternative moins chère à une voiture. Les airbags à moto ne pourraient pas sauver ceux qui n'ont pas les moyens de les acheter. En plus, il y a de gens qui aiment bien la risque des motos. Si on espère que les airbags à moto deviendraient rèpandus, il faut faire des airbags plus abordable, et il fait aussi convaincre les casse-cous que la sécurité est plus importante qu'une poussée d'adrénaline.

2021年台灣平均壽命較2020年減少
據台當局內部事務主管部門近日發布的數據，台灣民眾2021年平均壽命較2020年減少了0.46歲為80.86歲。其中男性的平均壽命是77.67歲，女性的是84.25歲。平均壽命減少的原因就是因為2021年標準化死亡率較2020年上升3.8%。我看的報告沒告訴死亡率怎麼上升那麼多，但是我認為是疫情所致的。
2021年台灣平均壽命減少了為80.86歲，但那不是說每個地方的平均壽命都一樣。據報導，從地區分布來看，住在台北市的民眾的平均壽命最高，達84.17歲。我覺得那就是因為住在大城市的人平常比住在別的地方的人更有錢。如果覺得不舒服，他們更容易地就可以看病受好的醫療。

Hoy no fui al colegio en lugar me quedé en casa y pasé todo el día allí, estudiando. Luego tenía café pero era una mala idea… a veces olvido pensar sobre el futuro con mis decisiones. Tengo mucha suerte ser joven todavía, porque puedo hacer muchos errores y aprender muchas cosas nuevas todos los días. Sé que la mañana irá un mejor día, porque será el miércoles, y mi colegio me permitirá salir muy temprano durante este día. Para mí colegio, miércoles es el día de deporte. También, solo tengo dos clases. ¡Que bien!

Proposal
The current Colombian’s president gives a proposal about reduce of external debt, in exchange for governments make an inversion of care and environmental recovery.He is arguing that institutions like IDB, and others, do not do effective investments in this kind of problematic. Moreover, the governments can use their resource for environmental recovery in the way that they know is the best for their territories, and next get a discount in external debt.
ONG's, communities, organizations agree with the proposal, due to the increased global warming effects. Forest fires, desertification, high temperatures, are our reality, and we need to affront the problematic as soon as possible, before it is too late.
Even, if this idea sounds good, is difficult to make this possible, because to bureaucracy and interest of governments and big organizations to keep economics priorities, over lives needs.
In conclusion. We can not agree, even if We are up against time, for keeping our lives.

Dissatisfaction and progress
Throughout history there has always been motivation for the improvement of mankind. Certain people consider that humans are motivated only by their surviving instinct. While other individuals think that mankind thrives because of certain feelings, such as satisfaction. I definitely agree with the fact that dissatisfaction leads to progress.
First of all, a person improves their life only when they are not satisfied. There are many examples which support this statement. Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the best footballers of all time, has succeeded thanks to his hard work and his insatiable hunger for improvement - which comes from dissatisfaction -. Moreover, Robert Kiyosaki, a somewhat known entrepreneur, has made millions of dollars because he was not satisfied with his life and he wanted to become as wealthy as his rich father.
Secondly, not only is dissatisfaction a personal feeling, but also a social feeling. In ancient times, most civilizations thrived because they were not satisfied with the power they already had. Roma and Greece are great examples of this. Thus, the progress of these civilizations was only possible because of dissatisfaction.
Lastly, dissatisfaction is the feeling that makes the whole world go forward. Tesla is making considerable progress on renewables energies. Other companies, such as SpaceX and Nasa, are working on spaceships which will allow humans to visit many different planets. Starlink is making huge strides towards a world were a wifi network is available everywhere. Elon Musk, the owner of these companies, is not satisfied with the state of the world right now, that is the reason he is trying to build a better world for everyone.
In conclusion, progress is directly caused by lack of satisfaction. Personal improvement occurs when a person is not comfortable with their life. Furthermore, dissatisfaction made ancient civilizations thrive. Now, society as a whole wants to improve because they are not satisfied with the world as it is.

自分のペースで進むこと。
さっき、日本語を勉強している知り合いの悩みを聞きました。「毎日日本語を熱心に練習していた僕は、なぜか、なかなか練習する気になれなくなっちまったんだ。どうすればいいと思う？」
どうすればいいのでしょうかね。
私には趣味がいくつかもあります。絵、読書、ビーズ手芸、日本語、、、。
数年前、三日坊主になるのを恐れて「毎日趣味のことをするようにしなければならない」と決めました。特に日本語を毎日、着々と勉強するべきだと、強く決心しました。それに、絶えず自分を他人と比べて彼らの成功に追いつくために自分に対してもっと厳しくなってきました。
でもある日、燃え尽きてしまったと感じました。自分に圧力をかけすぎて、日本語を勉強し始めた動機をうっかり見失ってしまいました。
日本語の美しさを味わいたいという動機。
自分を他人と比べるなんて、まったく猫に鰹節じゃないですか。比較する誘惑に負けるのは当たり前のことだと思いますが、この悪習慣の危険性を認識しなければならないでしょう。自分より成功してるように見える人のイメージは、ただの幻想にすぎない場合が多いですが、比較する人には破壊的な影響を与えることができます。ネガティブな思考に陥って、自分に対して残酷になってきた人は結局、人生の味を失ってしまう可能性が、非常に高いと思います。しかも、人生はやがて抜けられない悪循環になってしまうでしょう。
決して勝てない競争になってしまう。
でも急ぐ場所は一体どこかな。
想像上の優勝テープを切るために可能な限り速く走る人は、幸せなのかな。
人生は、競争なんてない。
自分のペースで進んでその道を最大限に味わいたいです。

Como aprendo Español
¿Qué uso para aprender español?
Voy a decir en esta serie de videos.
¡Hola a todos!
Soy Honza y aprendo español. En esta serie de videos quiero hablar como lo aprendo. Yo uso muchas cosas para aprender español, pero hoy quiero hablar solo como aprendo con este libro. Se llama "Español no solo para autodidactas" y es mi guía para mi estudio de Español. Creo que no es el mejor libro que existe pero me gusta y esto es importante.
Este libro tiene 44 [cuarenta y cuatro] lecciones. Cada lección empieza con texto con audio así que lo puedo también escuchar, hay vocabulario nuevo para el texto, la gramática nueva y al fin son ejercicios. El nivel de salida es B1 [be uno] a C1 [se uno].
Para mí es el más importante el texto y la escucha. Primero leo el texto y traduzco palabras que no conozco. Cuando entiendo bien, continuo a leer y escuchar al mismo tiempo. Luego escucho y leo un texto en voz alta. Después ya sin texto escucho solo en mi tiempo libre (por ejemplo en un coche cuando voy a trabajar) hasta entender todo perfectamente. Durante la escucha no estoy concentrado todo el tiempo.
La gramática leo solo en velocidad y luego hago los ejercicios que controlo con clave si comprendo todo bien.
Las palabras que me parece difícil, meto en la aplicación ANKI. De esta aplicación voy a hablar en el siguiente video.

Gedanken zum Tage
Heute habe ich angefangen, online zu studieren. Ich musste viele Artikeln über Akzente und Diskriminierung lesen. Es war ein bisschen deprimierend, weil der schottische Akzent sehr benachteiligt ist. Zum Glück ist mein schottischer Akzent nicht so stark und normalerweise können Leute mich einfach verstehen. Ich habe einen kurzen Aufsatz geschrieben und eingereicht. Ich hatte auch drei online Vorlesungen und habe schon viel gelernt. Jetzt kann ich mich einfach entspannen. Morgen muss ich mehr studieren und vielleicht auch einen weiteren Aufsatz schreiben. Später werde ich die letzte Folge von Stranger Things schauen. In Stranger Things gibt es viele tolle Lieder und das gefällt mir sehr. Ich muss auch etwas kochen und wahrscheinlich werde ich mal wieder Würste kochen, bevor sie nicht mehr frisch sind. Ich habe noch viel Spinat, das ich nutzen muss, bevor es abgelaufen ist. Heute habe ich schon Yoga gemacht und fühle mich sehr gut. Ich freue mich auf meinen Kurs und will möglichst viel lernen. In letzter Zeit habe ich nicht so viel Griechisch und Italienisch gelernt, weil ich nicht so viel Zeit habe. Anstatt fokussiere ich auf Deutsch. Deutsch ist meine Lieblingssprache, aber es gibt noch viel zu tun. Nächste Woche muss ich meine Klassen auswählen, um meinen Zeitplan zu bekommen. Es wird sehr interessant, mal wieder Student zu sein! Das letztes Mal, dass ich Student war, habe ich nicht so effektiv studiert. Jetzt bin ich ein bisschen älter und will meine Zeit effektiver nutzen. Ich höre gerade Lieder von 'The Mystic Braves'. Sie kommen aus Kalifornien und machen sehr gute Musik. Ich habe sie in Glasgow getroffen und zusammen haben wir gesprochen und viel Bier getrunken. Heutzutage haben sie ein paar neue Mitglieder. Es wäre schön, sie mal wieder zu sehen, aber leider ist es seltsam, Musikbände Schottland zu besuchen. Es wäre auch schön, Kalifornien zu besuchen. Viele meiner Lieblingsbände kommen aus Kalifornien. Ich höre gern Surf- und Psychedelische-Musik. Früher hatte ich viele Musikplatten, aber jetzt habe ich sie meistens verkauft. Letztes Jahr wollte ich nach Berlin umziehen, aber endlich habe ich entschieden, dass ich in Schottland studieren soll, weil mein Deutsch noch nicht perfekt war. Es ist immer toll, in Berlin zu sein, aber jetzt muss ich in Schottland bleiben und viel lernen. Meinen jüngeren Bruder hat heute Geburtstag. Jetzt ist er 26 Jahre alt. Ich vermisse ihn sehr und denke, dass es sehr gut wäre, ihn irgendwann zu besuchen und nach Australien zu reisen. Irgendwann werde ich es schaffen!

I always have apreciated the live of all animals. I think that the dolphins and whales they are special, and very close to us in intelligenlly. We cannot solve the climate crisis without protecting our oceans. The Earth is like a bubble and all is closely connected. Humans should be a bit fewer depredators.

According to recent data from the XXX, up to 62% of American white-collar workers are experiencing high stress, extreme fatigue, or a sense of life out of control. In the highly stressful tech industry, many workers have experienced workplace anxiety: irritability at work, fear of uncertainty and job security, and frustration with a denied promotion are common in this environment.
To discuss further on these issues, we invited three guests to share their experiences dealing with workplace anxiety this Thursday.
