Trouver recommandations
Malhuereusement, je trouve que recommandations en ligne ne sont pas souvent fiables. Je le dis parceque quelquefois j'ai lu une critique de quelque lieu que je connais et la critique es absolument faux. Alor, je lis encore les critiques juste me donne une idea que de pourrait m'interésser. Le plus fiables recommandations viennent de les gens que je connais. Bien sûr, ils ne sont pas toujours infaillible!

It's not real, just practice some word.
My work place was unpleasant atomosphere before. My boss was ambitious and hard-working, but also he was nosy, over-sensitive and impatient. He micromanaged everything team member did. But he spent time to hear about detail of project progress, he couldn't give us appropriate feedback. If someone made a mistake under such a situation, he got angry for about 2 hours one on one. It was so awful.

Mein Liebligsbild
Eines meiner Lieblingsbilder ist das Kunstwerk von Munch, genannt „Melancholie“. Auf diesem Bild steht ein Mann in Frontgebiet, der aussieht, wie er verwüstet und in Gedanken versunken ist, sowie ein See und ein Ehepaar im Hintergrund.
Als ein Journalist Munch fragte, was seine Inspiration für dieses Kunstwerk war, beantwortete er, dass er von der Verzweiflung eines Freunds begeistert wurde, der mit einer verheirateten Frau eine geheime Affäre einging. Dieser Freund war als der Mann in der Front abgebildet, wogegen im Hintergrund seine Geliebte und ihr Ehemann gezeichnet waren.
Insgesamt gefällt mir dieses Bild, weil ich die Darstellung der Ausweglosigkeit und der Gedankenversunkenheit bewegend finde.

La sequia
Esta mañana en la radio inglesa hablaban de la sequía en España. Informaron desde Jaén, la provincia donde se elabora el cincuenta por ciento del aceite de oliva de España. Vivimos en Córdoba, y llovió muy poco el invierno pasado, no lo suficiente como para proporcionar bastante agua para tener una buena cosecha este año. Parece que es la misma situación en Jaén. Decían que el precio del aceite va a subir por la falta de aceitunas, quizás se duplique. Me gustaría creer que el precio que mis amigos agricultores pueden ganar también se duplicará, pero no lo creo. También hablaban de la falta de agua en España. Mucho, el ochenta y cinco por ciento se utiliza para riego agrícola. Ahora existen máquinas para desalinizar agua de mar, y sería una buena idea aprovechar más este inagotable recurso.

Blood Donation
Last Saturday afternoon, I went to do a blood donation. I caught a subway towards Hospital Sant Pau station; and yes, there is a station in the same hospital, in a corner. It was early afternoon, so when I arrived, there was nobody apart of nurses and doctors. But a bit later, people was arriving and I was accompanied by other donors. First of all, when you come in, you must fill in a form with a long list of questions, but it's easy to fill. This list will be examined by a doctor who will have you some questions about the form. Also, will check you the blood pressure. As all was ok, I passed to next room where a nurse was waiting for me to doing the extraction. All went fine. Now, in the next days, some person will receive my blood. Some times, I get a message in my phone informing that a patient have received my blood.

Une confession personnelle
J'étudiais le français quand j'étais au lycée, mais je ne l'ai pas aimé. Peut-être c'était les professeurs où l'école en général. Alors, après je suis diplômée j'ai commencé réapprendre le français seul. Je pensais que j'ai perdu tant d'années à ne rien apprendre en cours de français. Mais cela n'a plus importance maintenant, parce que j'aime bien l'étudier par moi-même.

Thursday Talk Introduction
Having dislodged banks and consultancies as graduates’ dream workplaces, big tech attracted hundreds of thousands of talents in the past years. As people from different backgrounds, in different stages of their careers flooded into the tech industry, they are also plagued by different concerns. Some are not clear about the career path from a college graduate to a senior engineer/manager position in tech companies. Some may wonder about the difference between big tech and start-ups. Many want to know more about typical pitfalls during their early career. For those coming from a non–tech background, it is also interesting to know how they can set their steps into this thriving area.
To answer those questions, we invited XXX from ABC company and XXX from XYZ company to our Thursday talk this week. Both XXX and XXX are currently managers at big tech firms, and they will be happy to share about their career paths and answer audiences’ questions during the talk.

Pas tout le monde a l'envie d'etudier et grace à l'état de notre system de l'éducation on pourrait dire que c'est le cas pour beaucoup de gens. On ne sait pas ce que on veut faire avec notre avenir. En fait je crois que c'est normal parfois on ne le sait pas mais à mon avis au moins on doit savoir quoi on peut faire après l'école. Par exemple trouve un emploi comme serveur ou quelque chose de cette manière. Alors juste assez pour savoir comment se debrouiller tout seul.

What Motivates me Learning English
I still remember in that saddening room with a disinfectant scent, a soul, confined in the only space where he could do none other than complaining, was extremely unhappy toward every person around him and began to seek a way in lighting the last hope for living.
Should I have taken everything easy, a person without any positive expectations for the future, who was tired of typical Chinese schooling and bothered by 7/24 surveillance from parents, was me and is still part of me now.
I know in China, a sole of one’s will can’t change a thing around him, at least, not that much, but in this golden era of the Internet, without living abroad one can certainly access innumerable information online, be it music, videos, podcasts or e-books. Try to consume anything in another language besides maintaining necessary interaction with people in real life. This, I would say, is one of the best ways to escape from meaningless social media, and is a means to stay less infected by negative people around me, not because it makes me happy but also comforts me.
If you ask me what makes me never give up on learning, though you may not get the answer as expected, there is only one reason — — I get happier when I am exploring and absorbing something new, like an adventurer. Not on all of the occasions, but close to 99% of them, I will say I play with enjoying instead study with resenting. Nobody can force me to do something I don’t like and no one will be able to in the future.
When I feel bored, I change; when I am tired, I stop; when I get hurt, I leave. It is merely this easy. I learn what I like and I like what I learn or more precisely I play what I like and I like what I play.

Liebe Karola,
schön, dass du mir geschrieben hast. Mein Urlaub war erholsam. Ich habe noch Urlaubsfreude. Es ist mir schön, dass du mir von der Frühförderung erzählt hast. Das Thema ist mir nicht so bekannt. Ich habe nur davon gehört, dass die Mutter den Kindern beibringen können, wenn ihr Kind noch in ihrem Leib sind. Das Konzept ist mir unglaublich, aber ich sehe das entspannt. Ich kann ihre Situation nachvollziehen. Du und andere Mutter möchte den Kindern das Bestes geben. Jedoch ist es kritikwürdig, wenn die Kinder zu viel unternehmen müssen. Ich denke, dass du ein angemessenes Programm für ihres kommendes Kind suchst, das zu eurer Zeit und Situation passt.
Ich hoffe, dass meine Meinungen hilft und du eine gute Lösung finden kannst.

The Last Day of the Summer Vacation
Yesterday was the
last day of the summer vacation for my daughter. I wanted to take her out for dinner. I cheked the vacancy of the table, but it was full everywhere. So, I gave up.
This morning, she told me that she doesn't want to go to the school. She was nervous, because she wondered what she would do if the teacher got mad at her. She got the detrimental impact by the long vacation.

À l’Avenir…
Bonjour! Hier soir, ma mère me a demandé si je voudrais aller à le fac et j’ai dit que je vais aller à l’université en France, à Paris. Depuis j’avais seulement six ans, c’est ma rêve être médecine puisque la biologie et la chimie sont mon sujet préféré en l’école. Après avoir fini le lycée, j’ai l’intention faire du stage en un hôpital que n’est pas loin de ma maison.
Sur l’autre côté, ma sœur préfère le dessin et les langues. Elle trouve que le science est barbant. À l’avenir, elle aimera devenir un prof d’anglais en l’Italie, possiblement à Venice.
