My opinion on work culture
I agree that our jobs take up too much time in our lives. As a society, we should ensure everyone can find ways to be more independent or work doing things they enjoy. Unfortunately, that would require a radical paradigm shift, starting with proper parenting and schooling to help children develop their strengths and find which activities they enjoy doing. That way, they could find a job suited to their personalities, but instead, we are pushing onto them the societal expectation that they should find any job for money's sake.

Ein Kurzes Tagebuch
Heute habe ich deutsche lernen neu gestartet. Ich will der C1 Prüfung passieren denn ich will nach ETH Zürich gehen. Jetzt höre ich der Easy German Podcast für meine Hörverständnis, und laufe ich die Top Thema Übungen für leseverständnis. Außerdem habe ich gestern eine neues Zeichnung gezeichnet. Es handelt von einen Charakter heisst Lloyd Frontera aus einem koreanischen Comic. Ich glaube das es ist sehr schön, aber es war schwer zu zeichnet weil ich eine Maus Benutzet. Vielleicht ich soll ein Zeichentablett kaufen.

Superioté
On se dit que la superioté est l'opposé d'un setiment d'inferiorité mais ce n'est pas le cas. En effet le complexe de la superioté est un autre typ du complex d'inferiorité. À la base les personnes qui en ont un des deux se servent d'eux pour qu'ils puissent justifier le fait qu'ils ne sont pas satisfait de la vie ou avec soi même. C'est toujours comme ça car ces personnes veulent toujours prouver à tout le monde et surtout à eux même qu'ils valent quelque chose. Au fond de leur ils savent qu'en realité ils sont justement pas heureux avec eux même.

日本での初日
前回は日本まで飛行機旅について書きました。今回は私の日本での初日について書きたいと思います。
飛行機は夜中に到着したので、終電に間に合うのは無理でした。その時、オプションはタクシーを呼ぶのと午前5時まで空港で待つのがしかありません。
タクシーは高すぎるので、空港で待つのを決めました。時間がたくさんから、税関の書類を日本語で記入しました。手で漢字を書くのは苦手なんですので、大変でした。
でも、勉強になりました。税関を越す後で、いろんな空港で働いている方と日本語で会話しました。楽しかったです！あの方は暇のようでしたから、「誰かと会話してよかった」と思うかもしれません。
そして、私は睡眠のために静かな所を探していました。そんな所を見当ててベンチに横になって4時40分ぐらいまで寝ました。

La sovrabbondanza di informazioni
Il diluvio informativo che fornisce l’internet potrebbe essere sia un bene sia un male. Da un lato, da il potere di imparare o communicare quasi tutto da soli, da qualsiasi parte del mondo. Questo potere porta un forte importanza per i cittadini di paesi in cui l’accesso a qualche informazione è vietato, aiutando la gente di questi zoni a lottare per i diritti civili.
Tuttavia, il costante concorso di informazioni potrebbe anche causare le difficoltà per chi deve valutare la veracità di una notizia. In un mondo in cui chiunque si può pubblicare le informazione senza limiti o controllo, diventa quasi impossibile decidere se si legge una notizia vera o falsa. Questo fenomeno è aumentato dalla crescita di IA, che frequentamente presenta informazioni assolutamente sbagliate con un livello di autorità preoccupante.
A mio parere, un mondo in cui è possibile controllare la verità di tutte le informazione pubblicate online è un traguardo irragiungibile. Invece, dobbiamo dare alla gente la capacità di analizzare criticamente cosa legge, sia sui social sia nei giornali. Superare questa sfida bisognerebbe un cambiamento culturale per l’educazione, valorizzando la capacità di esaminare le informazioni oltre alla capacita di ricordarle.

Le cycle de vie de la pappillion monarque
Les pappillions monarque vie en Amerique de sud dans l'hiver. Ils vont en Amérique du nord en printemps. Ils mangeant du nectar des fleurs. On les voit sur les arbres. A propos de le period de gestasion. Quand il sont jeunes chenilles, ils mangeant plus de feuilles devant de fair ses cocoons. Ils peuvent manger treinte fois son poid. Apres entre dix a vingt jours dan ses cocoons ils se deviennent pappillions. Il y a beaucoup de personnes qui voyager pour les visités dans l'éte. Moi, j'ai acheté mon billet pour les voir au forret du nord.

Мой каникул в Алматы - часть один
Немного напишу о своём времени в Алматы.
Это был мой первый раз путешествовать одинокого. Первый день был очень длинный.
Я ездил в аэропорт поездом а потом полетел в Алматы через турцию. Прилетел в аэропотре алматы был очень устал.
Мне все равно пришлось снимать деньги с банкомата. Был так нервный я забыл мою карточку в банкомате.
К частью что-то заметел и вернул ей мне. Очень благодарен за ето.
Затем мне нужно было доехать на автобусе до квартиры, которую я снимал. Но не мог найти автобусную остоновку. Ещё раз к частью что-то помогал мне и показал мне направления. Я знал что трафик не будет как, так дома, но всё равно очень удивил. Я видел девушку, которая стояла посреди четырехполосной дороги и переходила ее, ожидая, пока ее пропустят следующие полосы. Для меня был безумный но кажеться она сделать то езжедневно. Затем случайно вышел с австобуса три остановки порано.
У меня не было мобилные данны. Я долчен было купить сим карточка в Аэропорте но не сделал потому что собирался купить это в центре города. У меня толко был скрееншот карты. И я не хотел включить роаминг потому что он очень дорогой. Но к счастью случайно появился в правильном улице. Мне толко надо было найти правильную квартиру, что заняло слишком много времени, но наконец нашёл её.
Когда я видел хозяинку был очень рад. Она очень быстро показала квартиру и объяснала что не могу пить воду крана. Она ушла и у меня был время чтобы отдыхать. У меня был интерет и мог сообщить родителям, что со мной все в порядке.
После отдыха я вышел чтобы купить сим карточку в магазине Кселла. Мне был трудно объяснить продовцу что мне нужен. Я чуствовал как идиот. Но всё шло хорошо, очень медленно, но наконец я получил карточку. Потом я купил несколько продуктов, вернулся к квартиру и лёг спать.

Journal #19: "How I'm learning English"
In this journal I will continue to tell you story how I met my friend.
My friend sat down on bench and we told about our future life at university, how we will learn different subjects, will meet maybe interesting people, what we will do after university. My friend can play the guitar wery good. He teached me how to play the guitar. I learned some song, but I never didn't play in public. Maybe I must tried, because I think it's interesting experience. I and Amga are the best friends to this day. I think we are must to talk more than now. We are have each our interests, but we don't stop be friends.

Journal #18: “How I’m learning English”
Today, I want to tell you about my friend. His name is Amga. We met in university at first course before study. We met on a work, when students come to the university before study and work. You ask me: What type of work we did? We painted walls, floor or celling. It was carry university furniture. In general, we did hard and dirty work and this work we did free for university. Yea, it’s strange thing. I think we didn’t do this free. I tell you in details how we met. I and other future students ended our work and we took a break. I sat down on the bench in the backyard our future university. After 5 minutes, girl set down on my bench. Her name was Mari. We talked about different themes which was interesting for us. I asked Mari when her birthday and she said 1th May. I said her me too. I was born on 1th May. It was so strange. After that, Amga set down and when he set down at once, she said him on this bench can sit only people who was born on 1th May. He smiled and said I was born on 1th May too. It was so strange.

Lunedì
Mi sento meglio di ieri, ma fra poco farò un pisolino prima di lavorare per sentirmi rinfrescata. Voglio essere pronta per affrontare la settimana lavorativa.
Ho già fatto una breve passeggiata - mi sono vestita con una felpa perché faceva freddo. L'autunno è arrivato e non potrei essere più felice! Non vedo l'ora che arrivi l'inverno.
Questo mese lavoro dalle 15 e mezzo fino a mezzanotte. Non mi piace per nulla, ma ho più tempo libero la mattina. Almeno ho la domenica e il sabato liberi.
Ho pranzato ( ho mangiato qualcosa di leggero ) e fra uno o due giorni compreremo ( io e mio marito ) più cibo. Non ci piace sprecare il cibo, quindi abbiamo sempre abbastanza quantità.
Sto per riposarmi. A domani!

There is some points which I don’t understand;
- Why HR Department of the Corporate does not get in touch with Mr John on inflation forecast? Because if they get wrong information about the inflation, they give us less rise. For example, Inflation forecast for 2023 is 65% but Corporate thinks it is 50%.
- Why the Corporate does not find a permanent solution on our salary problem? Because the estimation of minimum wage rise in 2024 will be 40%. In this case Mary’s salary will be under minimum wage next year, mine will be very close to minimum wage. HR Department of the Corporate approves Dany’s salary paying EURO-indexed but not for us. I think they discriminat BCC Laboratory’s staff against BCC Oman’s staffs.

Severe Conflict
Two days ago, a shocking news startled me. Hamas, a terrorist organization in Palestine, suddenly launched approximately 5000 rockets at Israel. It was reported that hundreds of people in Israel died and thousands were injured, the even more hazardous is that Hamas claimed they had captured 163 people in Gaza including some women and children.
I noticed that the news in my country is a bit different from Western media. First, they don't report that some civilians were kidnapped by Hamas. Instead, they focused on the anti-missile systems were ineffective, many of which are backed by the USA. In addition, a significant number of the comments support for Hamas, arguing they are defending the invaders. I know these comments are what the propaganda agency wants us to see. The political issues are quite complex and contentious.
There's no doubt that Hamas is a terrorist group because they often target regular people.

現在、日本は世界で最も出生率(しゅっしょうりつ)が低(ひく)い国の一つです。男性は安定した仕事を見つけるのが難しくことや女性は結婚や子供よりも仕事を重視(じゅうし)する事や高価な生活水準のことなどの理由です。したがって、多くの人は子供を育てる代わりに、費用が低いペットを育てることを選択(せんたく)します。だんだんに若者の流行(りゅうこう)になってきています。それで、ペットのサービスは急速(きゅうそく)に開発しています。今では、ペットが子どもの数よりも多いことになるが、これがおそらく最も悲しいことでしょう。日本の若者は家族の愛情(あいじょう)を大切にせず、社会とのつながりを持ちにくいというのは本当だろうか。もちろん、ペットを飼うことには良い面も悪い面もあり、ストレスが軽減(けいげん)され、気分が良くなり、動物(どうぶつ)がより尊重(そんちょう)され、保護(ほご)されます。しかしその一方で、飼い主に経済的余裕(よゆう)や本来の愛情がなくなった場合、簡単に捨てられてしまうペットも少なくありません。また、多くの若者が自分の決定(けってい)に対して無責任であることも反映しています。では、子どもを大人になるまで育てる責任と自覚(じかく)はあるのでしょうか？

Please Review My Essay
Some people think that children should begin their education at a very early age. Some think they should begin at least 7 years old. Discuss both vies and give your own opinion.
In the modern era, it has been argue by some that children should start learning formally as early as possible, but others believe that they should wait until they turn 7 years old. From my perspective, i would assert that starting on going to school early is more beneficial than the later one.
In most nations, there are several reasons why parents should not send their children at a very e arly age. First of all, beginning children’s education early cannot allow them to enjoy their childhood. In other words, children who have to go to school may have less time for their hobbies and their peers, adversely affecting their development. A pertinent instance for this is that the lastest news on BBC demonstrated that children who spread less time playing with their friends or doing games that they love would not have more chances to develop their imagination and creativity. Moreover, they are likely to suffer from mental issues due to their stress and anxiety at school. These problems can cause them to rebel and have infavourable view of school, holding a negative attitude towards learning when they get older. Therefore, the impact of starting children’s education at an early age could cause serious problems in the mental health as well as their childhood.
However, there are some benefits for younger people when attending school at an very early age. Firstly, parents tend to resort to sendingn their children to school given that they want their child to develop their self-dependence and overcome their shyness. In classes, children may have numerous opportunities to interact and communicate with their friends, helping the, become more confident in communication. Additionally, the younger an individual is, the easier is is to acquire knowledge and information. As a result, these children would have a head start over their peers when pursuing higher education. Besides, the young can have more chances to find out their natural talents seeing that educational programs are designed to suit not only their ages of children, but also the needs of them. With professional courses, teachers are trained to deliver knowledge in attractive and fun ways, so children may be encouraged to develop their potential advantages as well as become effective learners. Thus, attending school at a very early age would generate various positive outcomes for children in higher education.
In conclusion, sending children at an early age may have both drawbacks and benefits. Nevertheless, i believe that children who are exposed to education from an early age would be likely to improve their soft skills as well as develop their potential talents thoroughly.
