Sport als Lebensweise
Viel Bewegung gehört zu gesunder Lebensweise – das ist eine reine Wahrheit, die allen bekannt ist. Frühe dachte ich, dass ich mich genügend bewegte. Außerdem hatte ich keine Zeit, einen Sportklub zu besuchen. Doch während der Covid-Pandemie entschied ich mich, mit Sport anzufangen. Überraschenderweise war ich in der Lockdown-Zeit mehr aktiv als sonst. Nur damals verstand ich, wie wenig ich mich tatsächlich bewegte und wie schwach und kraftlos ich war. Seitdem hatte ich vor, regelmäßig Sport anzutreiben.
Vor einem halben Jahr ging ich regelmäßig ins Schwimmbad. Ich lernte 1 km ohne Pause kraulen, und mein persönlicher Rekord war, 2 km während eines Schwimmbadbesuch zu schwimmen, sogar mit Erholungspausen. Danach machte ich mehrere Monate Fitness. Das war sehr anstrengend, und ich machte viel Übungen für meinen Rücken, Hände und Beine. Mein Zustand und meine Ausdauer verbesserten sich deutlich.
Gestern war ich wieder in der Schwimmhalle. Ich wollte ansehen, wie viel ich jetzt leisten kann. Ich war sicher, dass ich schnelle und besser schwimmen werde. So groß war meine Überraschung, als ich schon nach 300 m extrem müde war! Meine Muskeln waren so schmerzhaft, ob ich gar kein Sport trieb. Ich war auch nicht schneller als bevor. Wenigstens war ich auch nicht langsamer. Aber ich fühlte meinen Rücken und Hände, ob ich sie absolut nie trainierte. Ich war schockiert. Mit großer Mühe schwamm ich 1200 m.
Vielleicht alle andere wussten es immer, aber ich machte mein Fazit nur gestern: Man soll unterschiedliche Sportarten ausüben, um seiner Körper harmonisch zu entwickeln.

¿Libros físicos o electrónicos?
Pienso que soy una de las raras personas preferiendo libros electrónicos, porque puedo conectar el ordenador a la televisión y mostrarlos ahí, lo que es mucho más practico para leer, sobre todo con la retroiluminación.
Sé que a algunos no les gustan los libros electrónicos porque la luz de los aparatos electrónicos les parece demasiado fuerte, pero es lo que me gusta. Leer libros de papel me relaja tanto que al cabo de una media hora, me duermo, y tengo que luchar contra el sueño para concentrarme y seguir leyendo.
Los libros electrónicos tienen una otra ventaja: se puede conservar miles en un disco duro. Un libro de papel es pequeño, pero cuando hay unas decenas, se da cuento de que ocupan mucho espacio, ¡y se comprende porque todos los aficionados de la lectura viven en casas grandes! Recientemente, he hecho espacio en mis estantes, pero no puedo negar que es mucho más cómodo tener libros en mi ordenador.
Sin embargo, extraño el olor del papel y su sensación tactil. De hecho, extraño esa sensación cuando escribo, mucho más que cuando leo, y diría que de manera general, en mi proprio caso, las ventajas de los libros electrónicos compensan sus desventajas, por tanto, al final, todo está bien.

My essay:
People have different views about what the best method is to run a successful business. Some people advocate that it is having a positive work environment in which workers respect and recognize each other’s worth, whereas others believe investing in improving facilities and equipment is more advantageous. I tend to agree with the former approach.
On the one hand, upgrading facilities and equipment is beneficial in many ways. One is that it allows organizations to run smoothly and safely. In particular, properly functioning machinery, such as industrial turbines or computers, helps employees complete their tasks with greater ease and efficiency, while low-quality ones may malfunction and impede workflow, causing loss of production and profit, or even accidents. Another is that a workplace with good ventilation and suitable temperature, lighting, space and seating makes its workers comfortable. Consequently, they can perform at their optimal level.
On the other hand, creating a supportive and respectful workplace also has its own benefits. First, as workers feel supported by their colleagues and supervisors, they are more likely to help others. This promotes harmonious relationships between employees, thus improving productivity. Second, being respected and valued makes employees feel a sense of worth; they are happier and more motivated to work hard. This can result in a good performance. Finally, the alternative option, providing better facilities and equipment, can be quite costly, whereas no money is required in forming a supportive work environment.
In conclusion, investing in good equipment and facilities can optimize business processes and safety. However, promoting mutual respect and support can enhance teamwork, incentivize employees to put in their best performance, and entails no capital expenditures, so it is the better choice.

Je probeert een belangrijk boodschap over te brengen. Dat is goed! Maar ik heb het gevoel dat je Dave Chapelle aan het nabootsen bent. Wees je eigen zelf en weet dat het genoeg is. Het vermogen om anderen te inspireren, dat heb je altijd gehad. Je bent zeer gedisciplineerd en toegewijd. Je moet alleen jezelf beter leren kennen en je eigen stijl, in je eigen gedaante, ontwikkelen. Je gedachte en emoties in acties omzetten. Zo krijg je de beloning van je hard werk.

Otto The Great (and third)
One very important milestone that Otto the Great achieved was to put an end to the magyar raids in Western Europe. This was a long-standing problem that his father also had to face. The former Carolingian Empire had to tackle the menaces, not only of the Hungarians, but also the Vikings from the north and the Arab expansion from the south. The critical bending point was the Battle of Lechfeld, where over the course of three days the Hungarian and the “German” armies crashed into each other. The battle meant the annihilation of the Hungarian troops, the end of the raids and played a key role in the stability of Otto’s kingship.
Otto was already fifty (an advanced age for that time) when he marched to Rome to support the Pope on his conflict with an Italian noble, what meant crossing the Alps, a non-straightforward fact then. The stay in Italy, following his coronation as Emperor, would last ten years.

Quelle est ma première mémoire ?
Je me souviens pas quelle est ma première mémoire mais je me souviens une histoire drôle qui s’est passée quand j’avais 6 ans.
J’étais en Chine pour rendre visite à mes cousins. On était chez l’ami de ma mère et je jouais avec la fille de l’ami de ma mère. Je me souviens qu’on jouait avec une petite BMW voiture et l’ami de ma mère est venu et a dit à sa fille que le dîner était prêt. Tous deux sont parti peu de temps après. J’étais seulement dans l’arrière-cour, donc je juste continuais à la jouer.
Quand il était le temps qu’on parti, j’ai voulu pas la retourner à la fille de l’ami de ma mère. Je me souviens que je pleurais et faisais une crise de colère. Ma mère me grondait en son ami a ri. Finalement, son ami a décidé me la donner. La petite voiture qui appartient à leur fille.
J’étais très content apparemment à ce moment-là mais tous les temps quand je me souviens cette histoire maintenant, je veux mourir. Ma mère et son ami a trouvé ça drôle aussi.

Mittagsschlafen bei der Arbeit (Präsentation)
Das Thema meiner Präsentation heute ist ,,Mittagsschlafen bei der Arbeit''. Ich werde erst den Aufbau meiner Präsentation erklären. Zuerst möchte ich Ihnen von meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen erzählen. Danach berichtere ich über die Situation in meinem Heimatland. Dann nenne ich ein paar Vor- und Nachteile, und anschließend teile ich meine Meinung.
Ich fange jetzt mit meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen an. Ich habe keine persönlichen Erfahrungen weil ich noch nicht angefangen habe zu arbeiten, aber mein Vater der früher bei einem staatlichen Unternehmen arbeitete, hat mir gesagt dass wärend seine Beschäftigung hatte er nur eine Mittagspause (zum Essen) und keine Schlafspause.
Jetzt würde ich gerne über die Situation in meinem Heimatland sprechen. In Algerien gibt es keine Schalfspause bei der Arbeit. Man hat mittags zwischen 20 Minuten und 2 Uhr Pausezeit. Das ist von Arbeitsplatz zu Arbeitsplatz unterschiedlich, aber diese Pause gilt als Essenspause.
Nun erwähne ich einige Vor- und Nachteile. Wenn man bei der Arbeit mittags schläft, wird das seine Leistungen verbessern, seinen Stress abbauen und ihn in gute Laune versetzen. Zu diese Vorteile gibt es auch ein Nachteil. Einige Mittarbeiter können diese Situation nutzen und bei der Arbeit bummeln.
Also ich bin der Meinung dass Mittagsschlafen bei der Arbeit wichtig ist, weil es das Arbeitsumfeld verbessern wird.
Damit bin ich zum Schluss meiner Präsentation gekommen. Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit.

Les vacances
Le mois dernier, je suis allée au nord avec ma famille.Nous sommes allés en voiture.Pendant le chemin, moi et ma sœur avons dormi.Nous sommes arrivés à minuit.
Le deuxième jour, nous avons mangé des pâtes au déjeuner et puis nous sommes allés faire des magasins et nous avons mangé des frites.

Una de mis películas favoritas es El fabuloso destino de Amélie Poulain que trata la historia de una chica de París que trabaja como camarera en un bar. Amélie tiene una vida solitaria cuando de repente se entera del fallecimiento de Lady Di. Aquel mismo día descubre una pequeña caja en el muro de su baño que contiene fotografías y juguetes de un niño del pasado. Amélie decide que debe encontrar al dueño de la caja. Después de ver un resultado positivo, se dedica a hacer toda la gente alrededor de ella feliz.
2. ¿Sabe bailar algún tipo de baile o moderno?
Cuando era una niña bailaba vals por 6 años. Tenía un pareja con quien practicábamos los bailes y también participábamos en competiciones. Pero después de 6 años de bailar vals con un pareja decidí a cambiar esto. Ya no quería participar en competiciones. Entonces formé mi grupo propio de hip hop. Bailaba hip hop por 5 años adicionales.
3. ¿Colecciona algo?
Colecciono postales de museos famosos y de obras famosas. Por ejemplo si visito un museo o una exposición donde veo algo interesante o algo que llama mi atención intento a comprar una postal. También envio y recibio postales del cualquier parte del mundo.
4. ¿Suele practicar deporte en su tiempo libre? Qué deportes prefiere?
Solamente practico hacer yoga cada mañana y también por las tardes pero esto depende de mi estado de ánimo. Algunas veces hago ejercicios según videos en Youtube. Me gusta hacer ejercicios en casa, es muy comodo y puedo hacerlo cuando quiero. Pocas veces voy a correr o bailo por un rato.
5. ¿Por qué es importante tener suficiente tiempo libre?
Por primero, es necesario tener tiempo libre porque cada persona necesita hacer algo diferente de su trabajo que pueda relajarse la mente y ayudarle a olvidarse de los problemas diarias. En segundo lugar,tener suficiente tiempo libre es inevitable para la salud mental y física y de este modo todo el cuerpo prepara para tener más energía y vitalidad. Luego, la vida no es simplemente de trabajo, hay que disfrutarla también y nuestro tiempo libre nos ayuda lograr esto.

El otoño
No sé porque, pero el otoño siempre me hace triste. Quizás el porque es que me acuerda del transcurrido del tiempo o significa el fin del verano. Esta semana la temperatura va a caer en picada y no podemos engañarnos que el verano seguirá ni una semana más. Resulta divertido que esté sorprendido cada otoño que ocurre esto porque.
No es completamente terrible. Puedo encontrar unos consuelos, como hacer ejercicio es más cómodo y las hojas se vuelven bellísimas. Por último, es la estación en que el té es lo más agradable.

Segunda dia das férias
Hoje saio. Vou para a casa do meu amigo. Comemos almoço e falámos. Agora a sua esposa não é Pequim. Ela vai para a sua terra com a sua filho, mas o meu amigo não pode ir contigo porque de trabalho. Não vedes há muito longe. Somos uns professores, mas ele é professor em um universidade de Pequim no norte.

Cette semaine, j’ai fait beaucoup.
Lundi, je suis rencontré deux amis dans un beau restaurant. Nous mangions des burgers et des soupes et nous buvions de thé. Après manger, nous allons au cinéma pour voir un thriller psychologique. Celui était captivant.
Mardi, j’ai téléphoné avec un ami. Nous parlions de nos plans de travail et de nos rêves de la future.
Mercredi, j’ai cuisiné des pâtes avec des légumes. Elles avaient bon gout !
Jeudi, je suis allé à Marburg avec un ami. Nous voyagions le château et l’église, puis nous mangions du sushi.
Vendredi, je suis allé chez la médecin. Je suis sain.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai lu pour le travail, j’ai fait des sports, j’ai mangé des pâtes et j’ai appris le français.

2 octobre 2022 - Pinocchio
J’ai enfin eu le temps de voir ce film et je trouve qu’il ressemble un peu comme le Petit Prince. Bien sûr, les themes sont différents mais le point commun, c’est l’innocence du personnage clé. Ce mannequin a presque devenu un vrai garçon après son « père » avait fait une bonne pire de son cœur. Mais pour devenir un vrai garçon, il faut qu’il développe sa propre conscience et qu’il monte son courage. Son père a fou de joie après avoir vu son mannequin peut bouger sans lien et parler comme un vrai garçon, et Pinocchio veut aussi que son père soit fier de lui, donc il va à l’école pour apprendre et acquérir les qualités pour devenir un vrai garçon. Malheureusement, il n’est pas bienvenu chez l’école et il ne peut pas resister d’autres tentations et se perde, tandis que son père vende tous ses valuables pour le retrouver. Au final, ils se réunissent et Pinocchio sauve son père de grand danger et monte enfin son courage et sa conscience.
C’est un mélange de fantaisie et d’aventure mais c’est aussi un reflect d’un garçon qui grandi dans la société et qui devient un homme dont son père est fier.

MY ESSAY:
People have different views about what the best method is to secure a good job. Some believe it is having a university degree, while others say it is better to establish soft skills and gain experience. I tend to agree with the latter opinion.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why graduating from a university can be beneficial regarding good job offers. One is that it opens the door to certain specialty occupations, which often offer high salaries. In particular, it would be impossible for people to be a doctor or lawyer without having the relevant degree. Another is that years of higher education provide students with a certain level of fundamental knowledge and skills from professors and experts in the chosen field. Consequently, employers may favor them over other applicants as they might consider university graduates as highly educated laborers who can learn quickly, solve difficult problems and have innovative thinking.
On the other hand, experience and soft skills can also give people an advantage in finding a good job. This is because they are transferable features that employers look for in job candidates. For example, if job-seekers have worked in the field before, they can develop practical skills and gain an insight understanding of the profession as well as a network of potential customers and suppliers. This allows an easy transition into their new role, immediately benefiting the company. Similarly, those who are good at soft skills can communicate with their coworkers effectively, resulting in good performance and teamwork.
In conclusion, while having a university qualification can offer access to certain professional careers and academic development, experience and soft skills are vital transferable attributes that can be of immediate benefit to potential employers.

みなさんおはよう御座います。
今日は仕事について話したいと思います。一年前くらいitalkiというウェブサイトで、〇〇さんという日本語の先生に出会いました。italkiとは、言語学習の先生を探せるプラットフォームのことです。
〇〇さんは日本語の先生だけではなく、同時にANAのキャビンアテンダントとして働いています。すごい人だと思うし、二つの仕事もしているし、独特な観点だろうと思ってインタビューしてみました。
〇〇さんは、どうして日本語の先生になったのか。小学校の時は、好きな先生がいたそうです。そして中学校の時は、英語の先生の教え方が好きだったので、そのおかげで〇〇さんも言語の先生になりたいと思っていました。
〇〇さんはいつも人の役に立つため仕事で頑張っています。お客様が喜んでくれると仕事のやりがいを感じると言っていました。
例えば、italkiでは、日本語の先生がたくさんいるのに、その中で自分を選んでくれて、自分のレッスンを受けてもらうと嬉しい。それに、「〇〇さんのおかげで話せるようになりました」とか、「会話がスムーズになりました」とか、「会話が楽しいです」とか言ってくれるとやはり嬉しいですね。キャビンアテンダントの仕事も、お客様が「乗ってよかった」と言ってくれると嬉しい。
CAさんの仕事で、難しいことがいくつかあるそうです。お客様の満足度を高めることを目指しているし、いかにお客様を喜ばせるかが大事なことです。お客様との少ない接点の中で「乗ってよかったな」と思わせるのは容易なことではないが、〇〇さんはできる限り会話をするように心がけています。例えば、家族が乗っている時は、一歩踏み込んで目的を伺います。そうやってお客様を喜ばせるように頑張っています。
〇〇さんはいつも日本語の先生の仕事でも、お客様のニーズに答えるように頑張っていると思います。生徒の会話力を上達させるために、相手を励ましながら優しく日本語の間違いを指摘してくれます。
また、長いフライトで足も痛くなるし、CAさんという仕事は体力が必要だと言っていました。働く時間も決まっていないので、生活が不規則になって大変になることもあります。例えば、夜遅く帰ることがあるし、逆にすごく朝早く（３時くらい）起きることもあります。
〇〇さんにとっては、プロフェッショナルとは自分の仕事に情熱を持って、常に成長することです。それに関連して、仕事をすることで自分も新しい世界を知ります。色々な人と出会えるし、色々な経験もできます。そして自分が学校で学んでいたことを活かせます。働かないとつまらなくなるし、〇〇さんはお金があったとしても働くと言いました。
〇〇さんが言ったことに少し加えるとしたら、自己実現が大事だと思います。自分のアイデンティティに一致している仕事をして、能力を自分につけて、周りの人を手伝いながら自分も成長する仕事をすることです。自分の仕事が気に入っていないのに、ただお金を儲けるために働ければ、生活がつまらなくなる始末だと思います。自分自身もそういう仕事を見つけるように頑張りたいと思っています。

Demande-toi
De temps en temps on ferait mieux de se demander si on est une bonne personne. Parfois on a l'impression que tout le monde est contre nous quand ce n'est pas le cas du tout. Il y a une chance qu'on est le problème cependant on ne le veut pas accepter. C'est plutôt normal personne ne veut être le mechant mais il faut qu'on réalise de personne est parfaite. Admitte nos fautes et essaye de nous améliorons c'est quelque chose que nous tous devons apprendre. Comment on peut ésperer que les gens nous faisons confiance quand nous avons pas confiance à nous-mêmes.
