Fleischhaltig oder vegetarisch?
Ich habe eine balancierte Ernährung. Zwei Mal pro Woche esse ich ein fleischhaltiges Essen und fünf Mal pro Woche esse ich ein vegetarisches Essen. Ernährungswissenschaftler sind der Auffassung, dass vegetarische Essen sehr gesund sind und jede Person Gemüse essen sollte. Sie erklären, dass vegetarische Essen verschiedene Vitaminen enthalten. Diese Vitaminen stärken das Immunsystem.
Einige Ernährungswissenschaftler glauben, dass zu viel Fleisch für das Herz beschädigend ist. Als ich Krafttraining machte, aß ich zu viel Fleisch. Eines Tages fühlte ich mich nicht wohl und ich ging zum Arzt. Der Arzt sagte mir, dass mein Blutdruck hoch war. Mein Blut wurde getestet und ich fand heraus, dass mein Blutdruck hoch war. Der Arzt empfahl mir, nur eine Portion Fleisch am Tag zu essen.

Anweisungen-
Man schnitte eine halbe Zwiebel und zwei Tomaten.
Dann schnitte eine Gurke und ein bündel Minzblätter.
Man vermische die obene Zutaten in eine Schüssel.
Dann vermische Schwarze Oliven und zerfalle 100 g Fetakäse.
Füge Salz, 2 Teelöffel Zitronensaft, SchwarzenPfeffer, und 2 Teelöffel Extra Virgin Oliveöl dahin.
Ihr Salat ist bereit!

Ideeen om duurzaamer te leven
Elke dag maken wij in ons leven keuzes die het milieu, klimaat, en dierenleven beïnvloeden (that affects the environment, climate and animal life). Van onze eten tot het aantal van kinderen die we overwegen om te hebben, er zijn veel dat we kunnen doen om onze milieu-impact te verminderen.
1. Koop minder.
"Verminderen, Hergebruik, en Recyclen" mag zijn een beetje retro, maar het is nu net als belangrijk zoals toen de frase werd oprichten. Elke aankoop heeft een CO2 voetafdruk, van de materialen die gebruikt is om het product te maken tot de verpakking die in de stoortplaatsen zult terechtkomen. Dus voordat je koopt, vraagt jezelf als je het product heel nodig heb. Als je het nodig heb, overweeg tweedehands kopen in plaats van nieuw, en zoek naar minimaal verpakking en verzendenafstand
2. Zorg dat uw grote aankoop heeft grote milieu voordelen
Als je in de markt voor een nieuwe auto of voertuig, zoek naar een brandstof-efficient model. Als je een nieuwe koelkast zoeken, zoek naar een die veel Energy Star label heeft. Deze soort van bijdrage zullen uw jaarlijks CO2 voetafdruk verminderen. Het lijkt misschien lastig om minder vlees te eten, vooral omdat zij zo lekker zijn! Maar, bedrijven zoals Beyond Meat hebben plaantardige-bron vlees oprichten. Het smaakt net zoals een echt vlees, en soms beter!

Parlare con un bot
Oggi, mi sono annoiato e ho voluto provare qualcosa di nuovo. Quindi ho cercato dei Chatbots su Google e ho trovato Tobby, un chatterbot italiano. Mi ha impressionato. Abbiamo parlato di un sacco di cose diverse e lui poteva rispondere in modo signicativo nella maggior parte dei casi.
L'ultima volta che l'ho provato le risposte erano molto peggio.

La cherche pour des beau gosses canadiens
Quand j'ai visité le Canada, les gens à la bureau de renseignement ont me conseille que je devais voir les «Canada Goose», une chose qui est un symbole du Canada. Cependant, à ce temps-la, ma capacité en Anglais n'etait pas parfaite. À cause de ceci, j'ai commencé ma cherche pour le beau gosse canadien, au place de la bernache du Canada.
Suivant leurs conseils, je suis allé au le parc locaux. Toutefois, la, j'ai juste rencontré les hommes vieux de la maison de la retraite presque et aussi quelques animaux plumé qui était vraiment aggresifs. Pour moi, c'etait un vrai déception que les beau gosses du Canada ont plus que soixante-cinq ans ou qu'ls ont des plumes. Peut-être quand on habites dans les terres désolées, et le temps est moins que moins quarante dégres, on doit prendre ce qu'on peut.

China has ten famous brands of tea, but only Anhui province has four out of them and they each are Lu'an GuaPian, Huangshan Maofeng, Taipin monkey chief and Keemun black tea. The first one is produced in the mid-east mountain areas of Anhui province and the last three are produced in the southern mountain areas of Anhui province. The first three are all green tea, but the last one is black tea. As to the difference between the two kinds of tea, there are four points below: first off, they have different manufacturing technology. Black tea is fermented, but green tea is not fermented. The second is that black tea contains thearubin. It has a function to dispel cold and warm stomach, but green tea contains caffeine and it can make people feel more refreshed. The third difference is about the anti-cancer effects. Based on some experiments, scientists consider that black tea has more anti-cancer functions. However, although I am not a tea person, I am proud of being a person from Anhui because it covers four famous tea brands out of the ten in China.

月が綺麗ですね
「月が綺麗ですね」を初めて読んだ時に全然分からなかった。どうしてこの人は月について話しているか知らなかった。その言葉の告白の意味は直接見えないし、分からないのは多分当たり前だろう。そして、「僕に毎日味噌汁を作って」という言葉も私にとって面白い。
その言葉の本当の意味を聞いたら、私は「やはり英語と日本語は違う」と思った。二つ意味がある言葉は英語にもあるが、大抵全部の英語のは悪い意味だけだ。例えば誰かが死んだ時に、「He died」と言わないで「He kicked the bucket」や「They’re pushing up daises」と言う。全部の婉曲表現は悪いことの変りに話せる言葉しかない。一つのいい意味も考えられない。もちろん日本語にもそんな婉曲表現もあるが、どうして日本語でいい意味と悪い意味もあるか分からない。

Es ist nur möglich in nichtlineare Oszillatoren und die mathematisches Modell, die dass beschreibt heißt Kuramoto Modell. Kuramoto ist wirklich klug, sich das ausgedacht zu haben.

宠物不但习惯主人的陪伴，他们还习惯其他宠物和总体生活情况。我听过这样一个故事。一位农人过世后，他的一只山羊和一只马送给了不同的新主人。但是，这只山羊又拒绝进食又看起来很沮丧。它几乎快死了，这时有人想到跟它一起养育的马。他从远运输那只马。生病的山羊见到自己的马朋友，活泼起来，身体又恢复正常了。

Dawan, a beautiful mountain village in Huashi township, Jinzhai county. On April 24, 2016, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the People's Republic of China, Chairman of the Central Military Commission, visited it and held a forum at the home of Chen Zeshen, a poor household. Chen Zeshen's house is located at the entrance of the Dawan Group in Dawan Village. The house is composed of earthen tiles and brick tiles with an area of 160 square meters. There is a distributed photovoltaic power station in front of the house. In 2016, the villagers enjoyed the relocation.

Quantum Annealing
Conventional computers use electric current and its circuit, and consist of many parts such as CPU. On the other hand, the quantum computer uses electrons. An electron has a spin, right or left rotation. We can use the rotation as on and off.
Quantum annealing can be said one kind of quantum computer. However, this method can't solve all kinds of problems. It is useful for solving particular problems like a combinatorial optimization problem. The most famous one is the traveling salesman problem. The computational complexity is very high, so it needs thousands of years using normal computers, but quantum annealing can solve the problem shortly. Actually, a Canadian company, D-Wave Systems, has made this practicable, and Google is developing quantum computers. It may occur a technological revolution.

간접 광고의 인기와 부정적인 영향
현대 우리 사회에서는 대중매체와 다른 의사소통 수단으로 광고를 전달하게 되는 경우가 많다. 하지만 간접 광고란 무엇인가?라고 묻는다면 대답할 수 있는 사람들은 얼마 없을 것이다. 간접 광고란 직접으로 상품을 알기지 않은 것이 아니라 다른 전략으로 홍보하게 되는 것을 말한다. 그렇다면 에 간접 광고의 인기가 늘어지고 있는 것일까?
간접 광고는 인기가 많아지고 있는 이유는 무엇보다 광고의 성공할 가능성을 높기 때문이다. 간접 광고는 소비자의 관심을 당연히 근다는 점에서 소비자는 광고의 압박 때문에 부담을 느끼는보다는 홍보하고 있는 상품이 필요하다는 느낌을 불러 일으킨다. 또한 디지털 시대가 도래함에 따라 소셜 미디어 이용률이 많아지고 있으므로 인해 광고를 하는 것이 영향력자를 통해 효과적인 결과를 이루어지기 더 쉽다. 왜냐하면 사람들은 모델과 같은 되고 싶기 때문에 영향력자가 좋아하는 것을 자동적으로 입수해야 한다고 생각하기 때문이다.
그러나 간접 광고에는 부정적인 영향도 있다. 먼저 요즘에는 젊은이 고객층 관심을 꿀고 있는 광고를 하는 경우가 많은데 이런 광고는 청소년의 경우에 악영향을 끼친다. 특히 청소년이 아직 자아가 형성되지 않았기 때문에 보는 것을 의심하지 않고 모든 것을 흡수한다. 만일 이 경우라면 청소년에 정신발달뿐 아니라 삶의 전 영역에 지속적인 영향을 미친다.
이처럼 간접 광고는 성공한 광고전략으로 인해 널리 시용되고 있다. 하지만 이런 전략이 미래의 젊은 인구를 희생시키면서 산업에만 이익을 중 것이라면, 새로운 효과적인 방법을 찾을 수 있기를 바란다.

Do heroes exist in a modern society? --3
My second point is that the media today, with its informative nature, lets people view societal issues in a more objective manner via news, documentaries, or the Internet. That is, through the media, the public can realize that almost all policies or issues, even those well-intended, can have negative consequences. Admiration could easily come from seeing only positive aspect of an issue. Thus, when the public is unbiased, a blind respect or admiration for someone becomes unlikely. For example, while initially praised for being egalitarian, Obamacare now receives mixed opinions(?) with some pointing to its drawbacks such as increased insurance premiums and medical costs. This can cause someone who initially regarded Obama as a hero to realize that even he has his limitations. As is the case with Obamacare, many issues attributed to the leaders who are deemed heroes today are highly complex, and thus intense media coverage is likely to reveal their two-sided natures. Thus, the public will find themselves in much less instances where they uncritically praise or admire someone for his actions or policies.
In light of these discussions, I agree with the prompt as, when put under scrutiny, it is highly unlikely for any individual to maintain a faultless image so that the public could keep regarding him as a hero. Also, the media lets the public become aware of the multifaceted nature of many societal issues. These two factors of the media lead the public to view their initial “heroes” in a more objective light and lead them to be disenchanted.

Some people could oppose this point by arguing that the private life is a scope that one should judge distinctively from the leader’s worthiness. However, while this assertion may be true, many fail to separate a person’s private life from his public persona. Thus, I argue that in order for someone to be indeed deemed “a hero” it would necessary for one to maintain an almost “perfect” image, both in private and public sphere, which is very difficult. Furthermore, if one considers the fact that scandals or bad images usually leave more enduring impression than good deeds, it is reasonable to think the public would likely no more deem one as a hero once his fault is exposed. This would thus be applicable even for someone who made a few mistakes and had achieved a myriad of things in the past.
Some could also argue that there exist people who were free of scandal, such as Obama. But Obama is regarded as almost the only US president who was free of scandal throughout history, a fact that speaks for itself how rare it is for a public figure to maintain a flawless image and thus remain highly admirable. Moreover, even if a person has not suffered a notable scandal in his private life, the media is likely to uncover at least a few of his other fallibilities. That is, for instance, since media today has so many sources available, it can be discovered that among the many words he said, a politician was inconsistent in his stance or was mendacious. Inconsistency, especially for a politician, could cause people to highly cast doubt on the causes he supports. Let us take a hypothetical example of a senator who has always been unswervingly opposed to granting women an automatic right to an abortion, a stance that gained him popular support. His supporters could even regard him as a “hero” since he works for a righteous cause. However, among numerous old recordings of him, let us assume his supporters discovered an instance where he spoke about the issue in a somewhat condoning manner. This will likely cause his supporters to doubt his credibility, even for causes other than abortion.

Do heroes exist in a modern society?
Heroes are figures who are deemed virtuous and thus highly admired by the public. Heroes are often portrayed in movies as flawless, righteous, and sometimes sacrificing themselves for the good of others. However, in this age of high media scrutiny, could heroes exist in real life? I argue that in most cases, as the prompt suggests, it is indeed difficult to consider any living person as a hero. Intensive media coverage is likely to reveal the fallibility of highly admired people and put into light the multifaceted nature of related issues, thereby disillusioning the public.
Certainly, it would be unfair not to mention the fact that anonymous people could rise as heroes in this age of active social media. For instance, ten years ago, there was once an anonymous American man who saved a drowning girl in China by courageously jumping into a river. His action was filmed by someone in the crowd and the videos of him went viral. As he staked his life to save another life, people praised his selflessness, calling him a hero. In cases like this, where laypeople’s deeds become known to the public in social media, heroes are created, rather than dispelled by the media. However, in most cases, people who are deemed heroes are those who are already famous, usually the ones in the highest position in the field of politics, military or corporate. I argue that these famous people, although heroes initially, are not likely to continue being regarded as heroes for the following reasons.
Firstly, although the leaders who are admired by the majority of the public exist, their fault, especially the one in their private sphere, is likely at one point to be let out with the intensive media coverage. Take for instance the case of Kennedy. Kennedy was the youngest person ever to be elected as a president. In his time of presidency, he was often widely commended for wisely handling national crises, such as the Cuban missile crisis and the Cold War. However, his private life, exposed by paparazzies and prying reporters, was not flawless. He was purported to have had an extramarital affair with Marilyn Monroe as well as having engaged in other illicit relationships. While some rumors could have been made up by gossipers, such stories linked him with an indelible image of infidelity.

Говорят, что в Техасе надо стоять в очереди несколько часов, чтобы проголосовать. Я также слышала о том, что в Георгии удалили имена гражданинов из системы. И в довершение всего, все волнуются по поводу риска заражения с коронавирусом. Я горда тем, что живу в стране где я могу голосовать. Vacuna contra el gripe
Hoy recibí la vacuna contra el gripe. He procrastinado esto por mucho tiempo porque no me gustan las agujas, pero el supermercado cerca de mi casa ofrece una tarjeta de regalo de $10 si recibes la vacuna allí. Me di cuenta que el tiempo se estaba acabando para esta oferta y para prepararme antes del estación del gripe y me inscribí en la farmacia. El proceso fue muy fácil y la inyección no me dolió mucho. Ahora siento que mi brazo pesa mucho pero estoy contenta de haber acabado con esta tarea.

Ma Fille
Quand ma femme travaille durant le soir j'avais du temps avec ma fille. Elle s'appelle Lily et elle est dix-sept mois. Aprés ma femme s'avait sorti on jouait pour environ un demi heur. Aprés ça, je preparait notre répas, et on le mangait. À dix-huit heures et demi je preparais la bain et je lui lavais. Quelque fois nous appellions mes parents, mais pas toujour. Quand nous étions finis c'est le temps pour se couchait. Elle buvait du lait et s'endormait.
J'avais quelque question :
1. Je ne sais pas si je dois utilizer l'imparfait, l'histoire se produit plusieur fois. Alors, est-il necessair? Ou est-ce que on doit untilizer l'imparfait la première fois a aprés ça untilise le present?
2. Je ne suis pas sûr si j'ai unitilisé "on" et "nous" correctement.

Culture shock - inside a bus / train
I like make friends from different parts of the world.
Recently I have made a new friend from Japan.
She hasn’t been to Hong Kong yet.
So, when I told her we can use mobile phone inside train or bus.
She was so shocked.
If you didn’t know, in Japan use mobile phone inside a train will consider as impolite.
Today I watched a video about a Chinese, he is first time travel to Japan.
He knows inside train or bus isn’t allow use mobile phone.
But he can’t stand the quiet of a bus full of passengers yet no one is talking.
I always enjoy watch their culture shock reaction.

The mountain areas usually have fewer people. I think the reason why this may be because the mountain area has fewer farmland, so it cannot support many people living there. But the mountain area is very quiet and the air is very fresh, so I think people living here can have a longevity. But as a person who is born and growing in the plain areas, if they occasionally visit mountain areas for a short time that is ok, but stay a little longer, they may feel bored. Overall, transportation in the mountain area is not developed and the mountains will block your vision. You can't see faraway. These are my points about the mountain areas, but I don't know if they are right.
