James Dean war ein Idol in den frühen 50er Jahre. Er war ein guter Schüler und studierte einige Zeit Jura, aber seine Leidenschaft galt wirklich der Schauspielerei und er hat zum Theater gewechselt. In seiner frühen Karriere hatte er Mühe, einen Job zu finden. Eine seiner ersten Rollen war als Johannes der Apostel, was schwer zu glauben scheint. Aber schließlich hat er Ruhm in Hollywood gefunden, porträtierte "bad boys" und so weiter. Ähnlich wie seine Charaktere schien er sich der Gefahr zu erfreuen, und mag besonders Autorennen. Im 1955 wurde er in einen Autounfall verwickelt und leider ist er jung gestorben, im Alter von 24 Jahren.

Diary: Local Gods
Today I listened to a podcast about local gods in my city. I was surprised to find that there are two temples less than 1 km away from my home. Even though I have lived here more than 20 years, I have never heard of them before. One temple worships a god of music, and the other worships a tree. The locals are full of awe of nature. As long as there is an old tree, people will worship it. If the tree is very old, people believe that there is a soul in that place, and a temple will be built there, hoping to be blessed.

Una respuesta final al asunto muy serio: ¿té o café?
Por supuesto, no voy a estudiar las implicaciones geopolíticas y sociales del consumo de estas dos bebidas, ni a proponer un análisis comparativo porque algunos documentales ya lo hicieron mucho mejor que lo podría yo, pero si que intentaré identificar algunos elementos diferentes entre ambas, y sí que demostraré porqué el té es de lejos superior.
Primero, beber té no nos da una bofetada tan violenta como beber café - por su sabor más sutil, y porque teína tiene menos efecto que cafeína. Eso podría parecer un desventaja, pero a largo plazo, nos obliga a solucionar los problemas reales que justifican nuestro cansancio no contar con el café como con una solución milagrosa. A título personal, tengo mucho más energía que cuando bebía café, porque la cafeína que no consumo no me da insomnio, pero también porque empecé a acostarme más temprano.
Segundo, es mucho más económico beber té. No tienes que comprar una máquina hipercompleja que muele los granos de café, que mide la temperatura del agua en kelvin y la transmite a une satélite para recibir la autorización de proseguir, y que tendrás que reemplazar en dos o tres años porque porque ni siquiera un ingeniero de Airbus está acostumbrado a trabajar con una máquina tan increíble. Si quieres beber té, sólo tienes que comprar un hervidor, cuya sola función es calentar el agua mediante una resistencia térmica. Es una máquina tan sencilla que le sobrevivirá. Y en universidades como la mía y en lugares de trabajo, un vaso agua caliente es gratis, mientras que un café cuesta por lo menos cincuenta céntimos. Si bebes dos al día y te pasas al té, ahorrarás cientos de euros al año.
Tercero, la variedad de bebidas conocidas comúnmente como "té" no tiene parangón. Hay té blanco, té negro, té verde, té de rosa, etc - y café sólo es café. Pues, existe el kopi luwak pero su método producción es bastante espantoso.

Vor Kurzem habe ich ein nutzlich YouTube channel zu Deutsch lernen entdeckt. Der Channel heißt ‘easy german’ und habe ich immer 20 oder mehr Videos geschaut.
Vor der Korona Krise ich täglich, wenn es ging, zum Kickboxing gegangen. Jetzt kann ich kickboxing nicht gehe aber habe ich mit meinem Freund jeden Mittwoch draußen zum Kickboxing.

Am Abend, gehe ich nach schweren Arbeitstag ein bisschen spazieren. Als Während spazieren gehen habe, lerne ich mit Karteikarten Deutsch.
Nachdem ich nach Hause gekommt bin Ich koche Abendessen. Wenn ich Zeit habe koche mir was Schönes aber normalerweise esse ich jeden Tag das Gleiche: Risotto und Salat. Beim Essen schaue ich 30 Minute lang Deutsch Videos auf YouTube oder auch mal Netflix.

cosa hai fatto nel tuo weekend?
Il mio weekend è stato un po’ noioso. Sono rimasta a casa e non ho fatto molto tranne per i miei compiti. Nel pomeriggio ho guardato un film, Howl’s Moving Castle e mi piaciuto molto. Il film parla di una ragazza che è maledetta nel un corpo di una vecchia, e prova a trovare un uomo si chiama Howl. Dopo ho finito il film, ho giocato videogiochi prima sono andata a dormire.

Could you please tell me the difference between “things get lost” and “things lost”? In my opinion, “things lost” is enough. Things/subject, lost/predicate verb. But in the sentence “things get lost” things/subject, get/linking verb? Lost/adjective use as predicative? But leave those sentence structures alone. Why do people say this way “things GET lost” instead of "things lost”? Hope you can give me a lesson. Thank you very much.@🇨🇳 Sue

Corriendo en la lluvia
Hoy fui a correr por un camino que anteriormente era un ferrocarril. Este camino pasa de mi ciudad a la ciudad al sur y en muchas zonas está rodeada con árboles. Estaba lloviendo un poco cuando salí a correr, pero tenía tantas ganas de volver a la rutina que decidí seguir de todos modos. De hecho, me encantó la lluvia porque despertó el olor de las plantas y me refrescaba mientras corría. Al final, fue una experiencia muy agradable.
