Mi lamentable incompatibilidad con el café puro
Tanto como me gusta el sabor de café, no puedo beberlo sin una alta probabilidad de efectos secundarios negativos. O me da un aumento de mi frecuencia cardíaca o problemas estomacales. Lo peor es que se empeora cuando ya estoy cansado, y por consiguiente no funciona cuando necesitaría lo más. Parece que depende de la cantidad o el resto de la bebida, porque no tengo estos problemas con un capuchino (y tampoco con té verde o negro, mate, o bebidas similares). De vez en cuando hago la estupidez de nuevamente probar un café, esperando que esta vez no sea tan malo, pero nunca es verdad. Es una relación de amor-odio entre nosotros. ;)

Gute Gefühle :)
In letzter Zeit habe ich darüber nachgedacht, wofür ich persönlich dankbar bin. In den Worten meiner Lieblingsband aus Deutschland, gibt es in dem Leben viele kleinen Wunder. Zum Beispiel:
--das Gefühl von frisch getrockneter Wäsche aus dem Trockner
--jemanden zu umarmen
--die Sanft des Bodens und die Bäume (bzw. Kiefer) nach dem Regen
--eine Rückkehr in einen Lieblingsort, den man seit langem nicht besucht hat
--den Klang der Wellen im Meer gegen den Strand zuzuhören

Conditional, real life and university
This morning two highschool students, Sandra and Paul, are talking about their exams and their future.
Sandra : Hi Paul, how's it going ? Are you satisfied with your studies and your last year ?
Paul : Well, I think if a student works hard he can get the grade he expects without fear.
S: I agree but, what about you ? Are you going to get your grade this year ?
P: Obviously, if I am lucky I'll get my exam in biology and chemistry ;
S: Indeed but why did you talk about chance ? I don't understand, it's not a matter of chance, if you had worked enough, you'll get your exam, isn't it ?
P: Yes, obviously, you're right. I could say « if I were a good student, I would get this damned exam and the As I need to go the university of medicine ».
S: Right, sure, I think I begin to understand, what a poor boy ! I see you're a little scared but don't worry, if you fail you'll retake your exam next year.
P: Very funny, of course but that'll be a waste of time.
S: Sure, you can say that but what's the point ? Actually, if you really want to succeed in the grades you wanted you have no choice. It doesn't matter to say « if I had worked more seriously I would have get this exam ». Be brave my friend, let's go to the highschool, see your results and whatever you get, don't give up, carry on because if you need to retake your year you know it's up to you.You are the master and you know what you have to do.
Now, stop asking yourself, let's see what you've got and after that nevertheless it would be, good or bad , let's go to the pub, if we don't waste more time it'd be open !

久しぶりに日本語で書きますので、間違いがたくさんあると思いますが、何かを書いて直してもらわなければ上達しませんね。
3年半くらい勉強していますが、主にリーディングとリスニングの練習をしています。僕が住んでいる街には日本人がいませんので、スピーキングを練習する機会は全然ありません。もちろん、iTalkiとか、語学学習者のためのサイトを使えばアウトプットができますが、最近なかなかやる気が出ません。誰かと直接的に話すよりも、一人でゆっくり漫画を読んだり、アニメやyoutubeを見る方が好きです。でも、日本に行って全然話せなかったら少し落ち込むと思いますので、ちゃんとスピーキングの練習をした方がいいですね。

My morning routine
My alarm clock on my mobile rings at 8:45. After 2 minutes, my radio app starts. I like to wake up slowly, so I listen to the radio and after a while I check my phone concerning messages and my daily tasks, which I administrate in a gamification app.
Between 9:15 and 9:30, I really get up and prepare our breakfast, while my husband does his training on the crosstrainer. Around 10, we finally have our breakfast, which varies from day to day. Sometimes, I have an egg on toast, sometimes some spelt pops with milk an honey, but most of the time I eat toast with jam or chocolate and a vanilla quark (which is a special kind of dairy, a bit like skyr). If I don't have a peach or nectarine, I drink a glass of apple juice, diluted with water.

Humans...
The upright and on two legs walking people on the planet earth are called humans.
They see themselves as the top of the evolution and the most intelligent beings on their planet. But still they fail to prove this with their behavior.
Though being a part of this species, I have difficulties to understand, what exactly we are: the most intelligent or the most stupid species. We fight each other, sometimes with the aim of erasing whole races - and not because of food or something life-threatening. Often it's because of different thoughts about things, noone ever has really seen: god.
Furthermore, we destroy our planet and steal the fundamental basic requirements for life on earth from our great-great-great-...-grandchildren. We even kill other beings, we call them animals, often without any noble reason - we would have enough other food. Some animals die by the hand of humans only because they look fancy.
So, however our world functions and whatever you might fear concerning the humans: just go back to your planet, grab some popcorn and soda and wait and watch us - we'll manage to erase ourselves from existing within no time...

Die Wasserkrise (1/2)
Obwohl die Gentechniker darum gekümmert haben, neue weniger konsumierenden Wasser und trockenbeständigen Getreidesorten zu schaffen, könnte das nicht genug
sein, um die zukünftige Ernährung der Bevölkerung zu sorgen. Davor warnen Wasserexperten: ohne wertvolles Wasser kann es nicht weiter gehen. Es muss einen
bewussteren und vernünftigen Konsum vom Wasser in unserer Gesellschaft geben.
Nur dann werden die Industrie und Landwirtschaft weniger Wasser verbrauchen. In meinem Heimatland, man denkt nicht wirklich darüber nach, wie sein eigener Wasserverbrauch ist. Vor allem die Leute, die unter Armut leben, können daran nicht denken.

Goodnight Moon
Hier ist einer meinen ersten Erinnerungen als Kind. Mein Vater war ein großer Kill Bill Fan und als Kind hatten wir eine Tradition, am Wochenende wahrend der Nacht, Filme zu schauen, und danach würde er mich und meine Schwester ins Bett schicken. Eines Tages, nach dem Ende eines Familienfilms, wollte mein Vater Kill Bill Vol. 2 schauen, glaube ich, und schickte mich und meine Schwester ins Bett. Es stellte sich heraus, dass ich mitten in der Nacht aufwachte und gerade rechtzeitig ins Wohnzimmer ging, um einen Blick auf das Ende des Films zu werfen. Was mir jahrelang in Erinnerung blieb, war das Lied am Ende. Was war das für ein Lied? Worauf war die Frau im Auto an? Ich hatte keine Ahnung. Jahre später würde ich es herausfinden. Das Lied ist Goodnight Moon von Shivaree, ein sehr schönes und charmantes Lied, finde ich. Und wie jeder weiß, war die Frau auf der Suche nach Rache. Es ist heutzutage ein bisschen lustig, Kill Bill zu sehen, einige Actionszenen sehen lustig aus, aber es bleibt insgesamt ein brutaler Film, kein Wunder, dass mein Vater nicht wollte, ich den Film zu sehen.

How to reduce carbon footprint
The problem of carbon emissions became a hot issue in recent decades. We all see climate changes and other consequences caused by greenhouse effect. If we assume that these problems are the result of human activity then we should think on how to improve this situation.
First of all, we must examine the sources of carbon emission. Main sources of emissions are industry, cars, and energy production. All of them use carbon fuels as energy resources, and carbon emissions are the result of carbon fuel combustion. So, the obvious answer on how to reduce ‘carbon footprint’ is to change the technologies of energy gaining.
In other words, the problem is that we have a ‘bad habit’ of carbon fuels usage and the task is to break it off. To achieve it, authorities of the countries should stimulate usage of non-carbon sources of energy by means of laws and economy measures. That means, they should adopt certain laws, which will prevent or reduce carbon-fuels usage, and introduce taxes, which will course price rise for carbon fuels. At the same time, governments should encourage the development of ‘green’ technologies that don’t use carbon as the base of energy, and they must grow companies, that will be able to produce energy from non-carbon fuels. Of course, they will not appear soon, since the process of technology substitution goes gradually, and today’s new energy sources are expensive and are not as effective as traditional carbon-based sources. So, governments should be very careful in pushing their countries into the ‘new technology era’ to avoid any shocks, including high energy prices, economy crises and drop in living standards of people.
The process of new energy sources introduction already goes. The automobile companies develop electric cars, wind turbines and solar panels become more and more popular. But will it help to change the tendency of climate change? I hope, we will see it soon.

As linguas que eu falo
Falo um pouco de português. Acho que posso entender mais do que eu posso falar, porque eu não tento falar. às vezes, falar pode ser estressante e assustador porque você deve pensar em palavras e regras gramaticais rapidamente. Além do português, falo um pouco de francês. No passado eu sabia falar mais porque aprendia na escola, mas infelizmente esqueci todo.
Eu falo inglês quase fluentemente também.

Podcast
J’ai télécharger beaucoup des podcasts pour écouter quand je cours. Dans le podcast que j’ai écoutée hier une fille parle de que elle a était tromper par son petit-ami mais que c’est rien parce que ça a était seulement un dépare ??(creo que la palabra que utilizó es lo equivalente a tener un desliz en español) mais je ne peux pas me souvenir avec precisión et après que le podcast fini il s’efface automatiquement. Si quelqu’un sait c’est que je veux dire ça serait magnifique.

印象に残っているストーリー
印象に残っている話は子供向けに書かれた本です。ビロードのうさぎという話です。愛されてくれてたら、古いうさぎぬいぐるみが本当のうさぎになる話です。子供の時、母はよく読んでくれましたから、私にとって懐かしいストーリーです。
登場人物は無名の少年とうさぎぬいぐるみです。クリスマスプレゼントとしてビロードのうさぎを少年がもらいました。少年は毎晩うさぎと一緒に寝たり、一緒に遊んだりします。他のおもちゃはうさぎをからかっていますが、少年が愛してくれていましたから、うさぎはうれしいです。うさぎが古くて汚くなってきても、毎日は幸せだったので、気にしませんでした。
でも、あの日、少年が病気になりました。お医者さんは、部屋を全部消毒して、少年の本やおもちゃを焼くように言います。古いうさぎも、焼きなくてはならないことになっていました。そのとき、うさぎが本当の涙を泣きました。すると、妖精が現れて、ビロードのうさぎを本物のうさぎにしました。
おもちゃの本当の価値を考えられさせた話です。年をとるにつれて、読むことは少なってきましたが、何年かの前に、母は病気になってしまって、その本をよんであげました。今でも、持っています。

My day
Hello My New Journal!
I have found this site today and decided to open my own journal here. It will be about my day.
This morning I was awoken at 8 a.m. by my little kitten. He wanted to play and started jumped on my bed. A little after I opened my eyes and watched FB news in my phone. Then I revised 53 English phrases in Memrise (it's a special programme in the Internet) and got up. Today I started to do morning exercises again (I didn't do it for two months, because of back ache). I chose exercises for spine and did ten.
After breakfast I had 30 minutes for English practice and went to my work at 10.45
I work as a ballroom dances coach. I had one group lesson for little children and two private lessons at first part of day.
Now I am going to work again for the second part of day lessons. I will have two other private lessons and group lesson for my sport dance students. My kitten is sitting at me now and purring very loudly. He wants me stay at home:))

Wie weiß man, dass einer die sogenante wahre Liebe gefunden
Manchmal lernt man jemanden kennt und verliebt sich sehr schnell in diese Person. Oder man denkt, dass man verliebt ist. Was aber oft vorkommt, ist, dass einem etwas fehlt. Das heißt, man braucht jemanden, der mit einem zusammen ist. Deshalb setzt man all seine Hoffnungen und Erwartungen auf eine Person, die einer nicht wirklich gut kennt. Nicht selten reicht es aus, dass nur ein paar Wochen oder ein paar Monate vergehen, um erkannt zu werden, dass man falsch lagt und dass dies nicht die Person ist, die man sich eingebildet hat.

Mes boisson préférés
En ce moment j’essaye d’arrêter de boire du café parce-que ca me donne mal au ventre. Donc pour remplacer le café je bois du thé dans sa place. Des fois, le soir, quand j’étais plus jeune, j’adorais boire due sirop à la menthe avec de l’eau gazeuse, mais en ce moment je préfère boire une bonne bière froide. Quand je suis vieux, j’espère que j’aimerai plutôt boire quelque chose sophistiqué, comme le champagne.

Diary: Groupies in China
To be honest, I haven't heard of the word "groupie" before, until I read an article about the groupies story of Chinese rock. And it was posted on International Women's day, it's really a very special way to celebrate the festival. Groupie is a group of girls who pursue rock band boys with their bodies. In the vigorous era of rock music, groupies attached to the musicians and regarded themselves as music devotees. At the same time, they also regarded the musicians as consumer goods. Rock music entered China from 1980 to 1990 and has been underground for a long time. So I know little about Chinese rock culture. In addition, because in China, it's very conservative in terms of sex, I'm surprised that groupies actually exists in China. Today was busy and fulfilling. I played soccer with my friends. After that, We played Mahjong and a video game. Mahjong is a Chinese game, played for three or four people. People often play it as a gambling betting money, even which is illegal in Japan. (Of course, we didn't do.) It is often said that college students who play Mahjong tend to fail their tests and go astray. This is because Mahjong needs a certain number of people and once a game starts, it takes so much time that people often stay up all night. However, Mahjong is exciting.

Kreativität
In dieser welt es gibt viele kreative leute,ich habe nur ein paar kreative leute getroffen, und ich möchtet immer wissen woher kommt ihre kreativität, und wann sind sie eher kreative. Deshalb hatte ich ,mein freund(dessen ein kunsler ist ) ein paar frage gestellt. er hat mir gesagt dass es kein platz oder zeit für ihn gibt.es hängt über seine gefühle, manchmal war er traurig oder glücklich, und er möchtet seine gefühle ausdrücken, deswegen suchte er ein weg damit er konnte das machen.ich hatte ihn auch gefragt ob er mit leute oder allein mehr kreative war, seine antwort war auch mal nicht klar (für mich). schließlich habe ich verstanden dass vielleicht kreativität viele bedeutungen hat, und diese bedeutung verschiedent mit anderen leute, und irgendwann für die gleiche person hängt auf viele gefühle und alter, und diese kreativität kann nicht erklärt der gemessen werden.
