Malayalam
Malayalam är språket som talas i den indiska delstaten Kerala av ungefär 40 miljoner människor. Det hör till den dravidiska språkfamiljen och därför inte är släkt med hindiska, punjabiska, eller något annat indoeuropeiska språk. Men om man talar malayalam kan man också förstå till viss del andra dravidiska språk som tamil och kannada som är modersmål i södra Indien. För mig som bara kan engelska och lite svenska skulle språket vara oerhört svårt att lära mig, men eftersom det talas av min flickvän och hennes familj vill jag ta mig an utmaningen.

Complete 3/7
This week I give myself a task.
Each day jogging one hour and practice 2 hours snooker.
Today is the third day.
I would say I completed half the task.
The second day was hard, I so want to give up.
But now (the 3rd day) I think I can complete the task.
Even just now I am happy because “3 days in row” was a good achievement.
Now I got the confidence to attempt another new task.
In fact, I already set up a new challenge to me.
When you physically strong your mind strong too!

N°5 : l'art du 20ème siècle
Au début du 20ème siécle, on est dans une période des conflicts, des guerres et des désatres. Les artists veulent rappeler les gens qu'il existe toujours en dehors des chaos une vie. Par la destruction, ils veulent faire table rase et recréer un nouveau monde. Ça donne naissance au mouvement de dadaïsme. Au niveau esthétique, les artistes se plaisent à performer devant le public et explorent la pare de hasard qu'amène l'art de performance. En plus, ils coupent les objets et les recomposent dans une toile. Tristan Tzara et Manet Duchamp sont sans doute les dadaïstes les plus connus. Marcel a construit « Fontaine (1917) » qui était une sculpture composée d'un urinoir renversé où l’artiste a signé « R. Mutte». Cette toile donne naissance à l'art conceptuel qui valorise l'intelligence cachée dans l'essence d'une œuvre mais malheureusement je ne peux pas le découvrir.
Ça pareil avec le surréalisme qui est séparé du mouvement dada par André Breton. Ce mouvement veut exposer la vérité psychologique en éliminant les formes des objets et créèrent une image au-delà de l'ordinaire. Les artistes mettent en scène les rêves sur la toile. C’est pourquoi je peux pas les comprendre du tous mais j'apprécie leur créativité.
Après la 2ème guerre mondiale, c'est la période hippie et de consommation où le pop art et le nouveau réalisme vient le jour ! « Made in Japan- La Grande odalisque» de Marcial Raysse est l'une des toiles représentantes. Il vient une toile d'Ingres dont Raysse l’a photographié, l’a recadré, l’a collé et l’a repeindu avec des peintures acryliques criardes. Ça transforme l'œuvre iconique en icône de la monde, populaire et accessible. J'aime plus les couleurs vivante et contrastes de pop art que le monde spirituel du surréalisme.
Mais quoi qu'il en soit, le dada, le surréalisme ou le pop art, ils créent des lignes avec les sociétés de ses époques. En plus, ils ont un point commun, c'est la récréation ! Bien sûr, ça correspond au changement du monde.

Schlafen
Was machst du, wenn du nicht schlafen kannst?
Fast die ganze Zeit habe ich kein Problem für Schlafen. Ich liege im Bett, biege nach links ab, umarme mein Kissen und tschüss. Aber manchmal ist Schlafen einfach schwerer.
Wenn ich nicht schlafen kann, versuche ich zu meditieren. Das ist eine gute Tätigkeit, weil sie mir hilft, den Kopf voller Gedanken zu leeren. Sonst versuche ich ein Buch zu lesen. Wenn ich nicht schlafe, kann ich zumindest etwas Produktives machen. Meistens muss ich zugeben, dass ich schlafe, weil Lesen mich langweilt. Wie auch immer, es wirkt!

Mon objet indispensable dans ma vie quotidienne
J'ai besoin de prendre des cachets deux fois par jour pour alléger mon symptôme d'allergie, le matin et le soir. Si je ne prenais pas j'aurais une démangeaison très forte sur tout le corps, notamment sur le visage. J'ai toujours eu le dermatite atopique depuis mon enfance, donc je m'y suis déjà habituée, mais je me sens étrange quand j'imagine parfois que les personnes autours de moi n'ont pas des démangeaisons comme moi. Je ne connais pas vraiment la vie sans des démangeaisons, et parfois je rêve d'être tout sain sans problème de la peau.

Giochi da bambino
Da bambino, amavo molto i giochi di tavolo. Amavo anche i videogiochi, ma penso che i giochi di tavolo hanno bisogno di più di strategia, una cosa che mi piace. In particolare, giocavo spesso il gioco "Risk," un gioco in cui il giocatore prova di acquistare tutto il mondo via una serie di battaglie. Un altro favorito era il gioco "Settlers of Catan"; in questo gioco, i giocatori si contendono di costruire le strade e le città e di ottenere le risorse naturale. Mi piaceva anche i giochi del cortile. Per esempio, in "Capture the Flag," ogni squadra cerca di trovare lo stendardo nascosto dell'altro squadra senza essere catturato. Lo giocavamo sempre quando i cugini ci visitavano. In conclusione, amavo molti tipi di partite da bambino.

Gli animali nella mia vita
La mia famiglia ha sempre amato gli animali, e per questo ragione, abbiamo molti animali nella casa. Per esempio, io personalmente ho un pesce chi è colorato brillantemente. L'altra piccola animale che abbiamo è il criceto. È un criceto molto fortunato; abita in un grande contenitore con una ruota del criceto per mantenersi in forma. Anche abbiamo un cane bianco. Camminiamo con lei nel quartiere e le lanciamo una palla per giocare. Finalmente, abbiamo due gatti. Il primo gatto è molto timido; non ama molto quando le persone sconosciuti sono nella casa. Ma l'altro è tutto il contrario; ama molto le persone straniere, ed è molto affettuoso. In conclusione, amo molto gli animali nella mia vita.

Le Associazioni dei Colori
Per me, ogni colore è un modo in cui posso vedere il mondo. Ogni colore ha una storia per raccontare, e ogni colore aiuta il mondo ad essere un luogo interessante. Per esempio, il mio colore preferito è l'arancio. Ho trovato che non molte altre persone amano il colore arancione, ma non so perché. L'arancio è un colore coraggioso; è il colore del sole, di un tramonto, d'avventura, di autunno. Allo stesso modo, amo molto il giallo, perché anche il giallo è molto felice e divertente. Il fratello rosso di questi colori, però, è un po' differente. Il rosso simboleggia molte cose; può rappresentare l'amore e la felicità, ma anche può rappresentare una situazione dannosa. Per me, il verde è il colore di vita. Faccio di giardino nell'estate, e tutte le mie piante sono verdeggianti. Il blu è un colore molto emozionale; è il colore di infelicità e della pioggia, ma è anche il colore di un cielo soleggiato. Finalmente, il viola per me sempre sembrava la regalità; è il colore degli abbigliamenti di un re o una regina. In conclusione, tutti i colori sono speciali e causano le emozioni per me.

Première entrée dans mon journal
Bonjour! C'est la première fois que j'essaie d'écrire quelque chose, d'autre qu'une conversation détendue, en français depuis un long moment. Je fais des échanges en français très souvent mais ils sont tous à l'orale et je trouve que les conversations orales ne servent pas à améliorer le vocabulaire ou la formation des bonnes phrases. Ils sont très utiles mais vraiment justement pour la compréhension et la prononciation. Donc je pense à écrire des trucs comme celui-ci une fois par jour afin de m'habituer à former mes propres phrases et à mieux exprimer des idées plus compliquées et plus longues. Je serais très reconnaissant s'il y a un(e) français(e) qui peut me corriger et en retour je serais ravi de vous aider en anglais!

Pensez-vous que le leadership est une compétence innée ?
Selon moi c'est possible de acquérir toutes les compétences par formations et pratiquer. Je ne pense pas que les gens sont nées avec une compétence, donc leadership ne peut pas être une compétence innée. Bien sûr que certains peuvent apprendre des choses très vite, mais cela n'est pas la raison pour avoir une compétence innée.

Die magische Zahl Sieben
Wie gut bist du im Multitasking? Oder besser, wie viele verschiedene Informationen glaubst du, dass du gleichzeitig im Kopf behalten kann? Egal wie schlau du bist, die experimentell verifizierte Antwort scheint nicht mehr als sieben zu sein. Dies war das Ergebnis eines Experiments, das in der 60er Jahren von Psychologen bei Harvard durchgeführt wurde. Die Leute waren mit n Inputs konfrontiert und sollten n Outputs produzieren, aber wenn die Anzahl der Inputs mehr als sieben war, nahm die Leistung ab. Der vollständige Name des Artikels auf Englisch ist "The Magical Number Seven, Plus or Minus Two: Some Limits on Our Capacity for Processing Information". Manchmal wird es auch Millers Gesetz genannt, wegen der Person, die das Experiment durchgeführt hat.

What color clothes do you wear most often?
I mostly wear black and dark colour clothes. Besides black, my favourite colours to wear are dark teal, garnet and grey. When I was a teenager, I used to be a metalhead/wannabe goth and I only wore black. Nowadays, I still feel uncomfortable with light coloured garments. I wish I would feel more myself with bright and light colours, but I just feel like I'm wearing a costume. I suppose I like to stick to a more alternative style, even if I try to look a bit more put together than I used to.

О моей работе
В этой недели я приехал работать в Москву. Кем я буду работать? я буду работать учителем. Я буду в компании, которая дает образование программирования. Раньше у меня была та же работа в Стамбуле -- учителем -- но есть небольшая разница между ними. Работа в Стамбуле была для благотворительности: там студенты не платили за свое образование. Было бесплатное. Теперь у курса в России плата, которую каждому студенту нужен платить. Как результат, отношение студентов довольно разные.
