PLAN DE ACCIÓN DE EMERGENCIA
Cada complejo de la copania tiene un Plan de Acción de Emergencia en efecto.
Un dibujo de rutas de evacuación de emergencia, procedimientos de apagado de emergencia y personal se publican en cada complejo. Usted tiene que estar familiarizado con estas rutas de evacuación.
El plan incluye el siguiente:
Rutas de evacuación de emergencia publicadas en cada departamento.
Sitios de reunión emergencia y la asignación de personal a este sitio.
Procedimientos de apagado de emergencia que incluyen una lista del personal asignado a la tarea de apagado del equipo/servicios públicos.
Un empleado designado asignado para dar cuenta de todos los empleados en el área de montaje asignado.
Procedimientos de emergencia de tiempo severo.
Números de teléfono para compañías de servicios públicos (como el gas, el agua, etc.), el cuerpo de bomberos, Servicios de Ambulancias y Departamentos de Policías.
Acción a Tomar Durante una Emergencia
El empleado primero notando o reconociendo la emergencia debe notificar su supervisor inmediatamente, y si es necesario, el supervisor debería comunicar la naturaleza (como un incendio, fuga de gas, tornado/advertencia de tiempo severo, etc.) y el lugar de la emergencia.
Todos los empleados (excepto aquellos designados por el apagado del complejo) deben proceder al sitio de la reunión de evacuación de emergencia o al refugio de emergencia.
Si la emergencia es debido a tiempo severo, el procedimiento de emergencia de tiempo severo debería ser seguido.

Using corrections to study
I am really grateful every time I receive a correction from this website because this allows me to improve. I read it carefully and write it down in my notebook, correcting the mistakes with the right form. Sometimes I need to consult other sources to understand the main problem, not only focusing on the received explanation. Generally, a grammar book.
Currently I don’t use flash cards but I'm thinking about using a homemade tool, such as Excel sheet with some macros to simulate a flash card. I think it can work for learning vocabulary, because using a fun approach is more motivating than learning by heart.
From time to time, I review old corrections to confirm if I’ve really learned from my mistakes. Unfortunately, I discover sometimes that I’m still blocked.

Schwierigkeiten
Ich glaube, meine größten Schwierigkeiten mit Deutsch sind Wortordnung und die vier Fälle. Am Anfang war es auch schwer alle die Geschlechter der neuen Wörter zu erinneren, weil im Portugiesisch ist es manchmal anders. Tisch zum Beispiel ist männlich auf Deutsch aber im Portugiesisch ist es weiblich und so weiter. Manchmal versuche ich auch englische Ausdrücke auf Deutsch zu verwenden, nur zu erfahren, dass sie wirklich falsch klingen. Gestern zum Beispiel habe ich fast "große Köpfe denken ähnlich" (great minds think alike) zu jemand geschrieben, aber natürlich klingt der Satz sehr komisch auf Deutsch. Eine Verbesserung wäre vielleicht: "Zwei Seelen, ein Gedanke". Ich muss wirklich auf mein Denglisch Problem achten.

Challenge Day 11 - April 2021
Tiendo a ser dispersa cuando aprende; normalmente empiezo por leer mucho en mi lengua meta y después hablo en lo que suena más "natural". Así es como construyo mi conocimiento del español; superpone a costumbres como un niño amontona a bloques de Lego. Me da cuenta de y recuerdo ciertos patrónes y pedacitos de frases a partir de los que construye a mis propias oraciónes.
Lamentablemente eso conduce a errores (¡verbos son los peores!) que tiendo a hacer una y otra vez sin realizar. Sin embargo, cuando recibe la misma correción varias veces tiendo a recordarla ya que hago mis proprias investigaciones después.
Por nuevas palabras que aprende los escribo en papel o Quizlet. Si hago un error cuando conjugo un verbo, primero intento a comprender porque es incorrecto y luego leo docenas de frases con la forma correcta y incorrecta. Eso me permite a comprender mejor el contexto en el que debemos usar a cada forma, lo que me ayuda en el futuro. Una vez que tengo una idea general de cuando debo usar qué deviene más fácil hablar correctamente ya que se convierte en un costumbre.

My biggest struggle in my target language
In my personal opinion, phrasal verbs are one of the most difficult subject to learn. In addition, irregular verbs conjugation is also a challenge. In both cases, I must learn by heart, there are no tricks or shortcuts. Some websites offer services to help on that, like online quizzes or exercises. Online tools help to reinforce but it is necessary to memorize before.
I also make mistakes regarding to the use of prepositions. For example, I use “in” instead of “on” or “at”, or the other way round. I borrow grammar exercise books with key from the library, to improve on that.
All the previous points were related to writing in English language. When it comes to listening, the fact of having different accents can make things worse. I try to train my ear to understand people from one single region or country (por example UK).

My Struggle in English
My biggest struggle is speaking, not vocabulary and grammatical difficulty. Compared with other European languages, English has a relatively simple grammar with less irregular. However, the way to speak English, including pronunciation, accent, and intonation, is difficult for Japanese people to figure out because we pay little attention on them in Japanese conversation.
Why English native speakers can move their tongues and lips so quickly? I can't imitate their movements nor distinguish some sounds such as "r" and "l". In addition, intonation is hard to learn even though it is essential to get my message across.

Problemas com a língua portuguesa
Às vezes tenho problemas compreender a lógica do português. Essa língua funciona completamente diferente da minha língua materna e é também um pouco diferente das outras línguas latinas. Generalmente tenho problemas com os verbos e os seus conjugações. Talvez confundo as pessoas e os tempos verbais. Existem alguns "falsos amigos" que se tem que saber para falar correctamente. Uma outra coisa sobretudo relacionado com o italiano é que às vezes não sei se escrevo ou falo mesmo em português ou se misturo as línguas.

I traveled to 'Jin' a Southern district in South Korea, to visit my aunt's.
My aunt and I are quite close, and I was excited to visit her in a while. It was a visit in like ten years.
It is a long drive from Seoul, even by the express bus.
I packed my stuff the day before, and headed to 'Jin' on Friday afternoon.
I was a bit carsick, but traveling in the express bus was quite refreshing.
The area was pretty tropical, with tropical trees and flowers. Because of corona virus, I couldn't get around a whole lot. But, it was still nice because I got to visit a temple in a mountain and Kyungsang college.
Especially, Kyunsang college was blossoming with cherry flowers and different plants.
I ate a lot of fresh local seafoods. I hope to live in such area (near the ocean), when I retire or get married.

Gandhi
Aujourd'hui j'aimerais écrire sur Gandhi. Je suis sûr que vous avez déjà entendu le nom. Il est fameux pour son lutte contre L'impérialisme notamment dans son pays natal, l'Inde.
Mais il ya une autre chose qui est, à mon avis, bien plus intéressant et imposant sur l'affaire du Gandhi : Son façon de négocier, son façon de parler.
Ce que je trouve étonnant sur Gandhi c'est qu'il a souvent essayé de collaborer avec ses ennemis. Son leitmotiv était d'essayer de montre l'autre son propre façon de la situation. C'est à dire d'essayer de le montrer ses arguments. Ce n'était pas pour détruire l'ennemi afin de se moquer de lui. Il a traité ses ennemis comme des amis, en fait.
Ses essais de plutôt convaincre que ridiculiser ses ennemis ont une sorte de noblesse et de coopération.
Cependant il a lutté très dur pour obtenir ses objectifs. Un autre détail que je trouve vraiment cool est sa non-violence. J'ai l'avis que tout violence juste provoque plus de violence. Pour cela je crois qu'il a fait son travail très bien

Bicycle tour in Jeju Island
Jeju Island is the biggest island in Korea.
Because of beautiful scenery and delicious foods, not only Korean but also Chinese and Japanese are like to visit the island.
Ten years ago, my college friends and I visited the island for traveling around the island by bicycle.
The distance around there is more than 240 km and many people used to complete to ride during a week.
However, we only had 3 days and available time is only 48 hours excepting taking a plane.
So we had to ride from dawn till midnight.
I was very tired by the overface, but I could have many interesting memories.
The tangerines were more delicious during riding, I had a Horse Meat Bulgoji very first time.
And the most impressed moment was when I saw shooting stars riding midnight.
If I will have a change, I will go there to ride once again.

Q&A about Space
Q1. Why have we proceeded with the space development?
I think during the Cold War the US and USSR proceeded with it in order to display their technology and more capable to the other. It's more political reason than a scientific one. However now, countries try to find discoveries about space or extraterrestrial life. Therefore, the reasons seem to be curiosity and its utilization for human beings. At the same time, I don't deny the development is connected with weapon developments that lead to international advantage.
Q2. What are the main (final) purposes of space development?
The final purpose is to find another habitable zone except for the Earth and being able to migrate there. It means expanding the habitat of human beings in the universe.

Трудности русского языка
Люди часто говорят, что русский язык- труден, но я не согласен. Ну, конечно русский язык не лёгкий, но я думаю, что существуют более трудные языки.
Когда я начал изучать русский язык, я уже говорил неплохо по-польски. Это очень мне помогло, потому что я уже был знаком с правилами грамматики.
Хотя грамматика это не великая проблема, конечно я делаю ошибки. Для меня самое трудное в русской грамматике это глаголы движения и числа. Хотя я понимаю разницу между "ехать" а "ездить", я часто не умею использовать правильный глагол. А числа просто - кошмар: слишком много перемен, а кроме того слишком много видов чисел.
Так как я говорю гораздо лучше по-польски чем по-русски, я часто думаю по-польски, когда я говорю по-русски и два языки мешаются. Это трудно запомнить новые слова, потому что я помню лучше польские слова. Например я часто говорю "неделя" вместо "воскресенье", потому что по-польски "воскресенье" говорят "niedziela" и мне так стыдно, когда я говорю "так" вместо "да"...

私にとっての日本語の問題
日本語はスウェーデン語の文法より全く違うです。以前の日誌そうと書いたけど、今日は私にとっての日本語問題をね練ろうと思います！
日本人はよく「漢字を覚えることは一番難しいだろう？」と聞かれます。漢字を覚えるのは土大丈夫と思いますよ。私の一番難しい問題は助詞です。助詞と動詞の活用形のは難しいと思います。スウェーデン語で助詞がないから、助詞の使いは私にとって新しい考え方です。または日本語を話すとき、「この会話は誰についてですか？」と思うときがありますよ（笑）。スウェーデン語では毎文章でいつも誰についての話していると言いますよ。
「が」と「に」と「は」と「には」の助詞は難しいと思います。使い方の指示があれば、私に教えてくださいね！

¿Qué países hablan su idioma objectivo?
El español es uno de los idiomas más populares en el mundo y es lengua oficial de veinte países, incluyendo España, México y Argentina. He visito España dos veces y lo quiero visitar otra vez. Todavia no he estado en Sudamérica que es muy lejos de Asia. Probé la comida mexicana y la comida Sudamérica en Inglasterra y las me gustan. Si tengo el tiempo, me gustaría ir a Peru y México, pero me preocupa la seguridad.

GRE Argument 'Restricting the Water Flow'

The following appeared in a letter from the owner of the Sunnyside Towers apartment complex to its manager.
"One month ago, all the showerheads in the first three buildings of the Sunnyside Towers complex were modified to restrict maximum water flow to one-third of what it used to be. Although actual readings of water usage before and after the adjustment are not yet available, the change will obviously result in a considerable savings for Sunnyside Corporation, since the corporation must pay for water each month. Except for a few complaints about low water pressure, no problems with showers have been reported since the adjustment. I predict that modifying showerheads to restrict water flow throughout all twelve buildings in the Sunnyside Towers complex will increase our profits even more dramatically."
My Essay
In the letter, the owner of the Sunnyside Towers complex introduced his plan of restricting the water flow of showerheads in all twelve buildings to one-third of the current degree. The owner argued that this will be dramatically lucrative since it will save a lot of expanses of water and only a few complaints appeared yet. However, on three specific points, his or her argument doesn't hold water.
First, the total water consumption may stay still despite the decreased water flow since the owner hasn't checked the actual readings yet. A reduced water flow will probably damage a person's shower experience. For instance, one will notice that it's harder to wash off the dirt on the body. Thus, it is possible that the residents will spend more time on the shower and cost more water. This may counteract the savings from cutting down water flow and result in unchanged water consumption.
Second, although current complaints the owner received aren't very much, their number may increase in the future. For instance, the limited number of complaints may due to the cozy weather of this time. If the temperature increase after a few months, people would spend more time taking showers and then suffer more from the reduced water flow. In that case, they will make more complaints. Some tenants may even decide to end the lease, which is extremely harmful to the owner's profits.
Moreover, restricting maximum water flow to one-third of the current degree may damage the assets of apartments. For instance, the water pipes would probably rust faster because there would be more stagnant water in them. Also, flowers in the garden might be in great danger due to the decreased water for irrigating them. Therefore, the owner couldn't assess the profits simply based on the water consumption. The changes in upkeep also matter.
In conclusion, the owner of the Sunnyside Towers complex failed to give a convincing argument. The owner couldn't assure the water consumption is reduced as a whole, the number of complaints wouldn't increase in the future, and no extra damages would occur due to the low water pressure. If any of these three weaknesses remain, his or her evidence doesn't hold water.

Today is not a good day. I was woken up 4 times last night by my roommates, who woke me up by going to bed very loudly and closing the balcony door very loudly. They always claim to be doing "academic work" - a 6,000 word paper they've spent almost a year on and haven't finished! The last time was close to 5am and I got up in a huff. Then I skipped school for the day. I've been preparing for NEEP (the national entrance examination for postgraduate), and if I go to school classes, I won't be able to keep up with the online classes I bought. The quality of teaching in online classes is much better than in schools. But I will probably go to the evening class because that course only has two sessions a semester.

English Lesson for International Exchange Parties
I have ever joined a workshop about how to use English for international exchange parties.
A party organizer held the workshop, and also held an international exchange party after that. I was able to get to the party with buddies who learned and enjoy the party-English lesson together.
It was a great chance and a nice experience for me.
Through the kind of lessons, I learned that I need to practice speaking English in person for conversation skills in the language.
