Todo equipo de protección personal debe estar usado como necesario para la tarea designada.
Procedimiento
• PPE se asignará a usted sobre el empleo inicial. Todo el PPE debe estar usado.
• Protección de los ojos
Las gafas de seguridad deben estar aprobados por ANSI, incluso los protectores laterales. Gafas de seguridad de prescripción son la responsabilidad del empleado.
• Protección de los pies
Los zapatos de seguridad con punta de acero y protección metatarsiano son requeridos para todos los empleados del área de producción de sierra, láser, quemadura y molienda. Zapatos de seguridad con puntas de acero son requeridos para todos los demás trabajando en el almacén.
• Guantes
Los guantes se proporcionan a todos los empleados y deben estar usados cuando manejando el material. Cuando los guantes están desgastados, usted tiene que intercambiarlos para guantes nuevos de su supervisor.

Mom film préfére
Normalement je n'aime pas beaucoup les films. C'est la même chose pour les séries. Mais il ya quelques exceptions. L'un de mes filmés préfère c'est le film américain "Marriage Story" . Le film a reçu plusieurs prix, il était nominé pour le célèbre Oscar. L'histoire parle, comme le nom du film indique, d'une mariage, plus précisément de la fin d'une mariage. On suit Charlie et sa femme Nicole qui décident en commun de divorcer. Avant la divorce tous le deux parties négocient qu'ils essayeront d'éviter de conflits afin de protéger leur fils, Henri.
Je vais stopper ici pour que vous pouvez regarder le film sans déjà connaître son contenu.
Le film montre, dans un manière très bouleversant, la réalité de divorce. Pendant regarder le film, j'ai eu une expérience poignante, même si je vit avec deux parents heureuses . Le film est parfois triste, peut-être même dépressive. À mon avis, le film porte un aspect fataliste.
Je catégoriserais le film comme un drame avec des éléments de comédie. Le film est réalisé par Noah Baumbach. Les acteurs sont des acteurs très connus comme par exemple Scarlett Johansson, Adam Driver et Laura Dern ( qui a, d'ailleurs, gagné un Oscar pour sa performance dans le film).
Je peux vous recommander le film.
Mais sachez que tout le monde a son propre goût.

Dag 14
Dat kan ik me niet meer herinneren. Maar iets heeft bepaald veranderd: vroeger heb ik veel minder geleerd. Ik volgde een cursus en las af en toe dingetjes in het nederlands. Nu leer ik elke dag. Ik sta altijd onder druk en kan bijna niets anders doen, zonder schuldgevoelens te hebben. Ik zal zo blij zijn, zodra mijn NT2-Examen voorbij is en ik me een beetje kan ontspannen...

14. April Challenge Beitrag
Was man am Anfang beim Sprachenlernen immer lernt ist die üblichen Wörter: "Danke, Bitte, Entschuldigung, Nein, Ja" usw. und das ich habe auch am Anfang gelernt. Meine erste Ziele waren aber folgende:
- Ich wollte Romane auf Deutsch lernen, die für Muttersprachler konzipierte worden sind. Dieses Ziel habe ich teilweise erfüllt, da ich ein paar Romane gelesen habe. Aber die Romane, die ich wirklich lesen will, sind immer noch zu schwer für mich.
- Ich wollte mich ohne Probleme im Alltag kommunizieren. Das heißt beim Arzt oder bei verschiedenen Behörde, die man manchmal als Ausländer besuchen soll. Dieses Ziel habe ich noch nicht, meiner Meinung nach, wirklich verwirklicht. Ich fühle mich einfach nicht wohl, wenn ich auf Deutsch mit anderen Leuten spreche.

Candidature pour un poste de lecture
J’ai une grande passion pour les langues étrangères, particulièrement la langue Française et une grande passion pour enseigner l’anglais. J’enseigne l’anglais depuis six ans et j’ai d’expérience en vivant dans des pays différents y compris le Maroc, le Canada, la République Dominicaine et la Corée du Sud où j'ai enseigné dans des écoles, des académies et en tant que tuteur privé.
Dans mon travail actuel, j'apprends aux étudiants comment améliorer leurs rédactions, analyser des romans et renforcer leur maîtrise de la grammaire anglaise. En plus, j'aide les élèves à aiguiser leur esprit critique en organisant des discussions approfondies en classe sur les romans qu'ils ont lus.

Grundlage
Die absoluten ersten Dinge, die ich auf Deutsch gelernt habe, waren die Grüße. Meine ersten Objektive waren das Geschlecht der neuen Wörter nicht zu vergessen und die vier Fälle zu meistern. Ich habe viel Duolingo verwendet und auch ein paar andere Apps speziell dafür. Ich glaube heutzutage kann ich die richtigen Artikel verwenden, trotzdem bleiben die vier Fälle ein bisschen schwer, besonders wenn es um Deklination geht.

Hacer ejercicio para hace un correo
Hace muchos meses no nos encontramos. Te extraño mucho. ¿Cuándo vienes aquí? Te quiero decir que lo que he hecho para el examen y los restaurantes favoritos que son encontrado por mí entre estos meses. Cuando llegues aquí, iremos a comer todo lo que quieres porque sé que extraña la comida de Taiwán todo el tiempo. A la vez podrás disfrutar el buen clima y oír el canto de los pájaros. Ojalá que no haga mucho calor cuando te regreses ese mes, y entonces podré hacer montañismo contigo.

As minhas projeções para os próximos meses
Eu quero que a pandemia termine, e eu espero que algumas coisas mudem, mas não todas as coisas, porque eu gosto de muitas coisas da pandemia. Eu gosto muito de estudar na minha casa, eu não quero voltar a universidade (eu não quero aulas presenciais). E eu gosto também de trabalhar a minha casa, é ótimo. Mas eu quero que a gente possa sair e visitar as outras personas, e eu quero que possamos viajar. Eu acho que é importante que as vacinas cheguem a meu país.
Mas eu duvido que a minha chefe queira que a gente trabalhe em suas casas, depois da pandemia. Tomara que seja obrigatório..., mas eu não acredito que o trabalho na casa seja obrigatório depois da pandemia. É um sonho! Per ora, eu vou disfrutar de trabalhar e estudar tranquila, em minha casa.

Os primeiros passos na língua
Eu acho que a primeira coisa que aprendi em português eram algumas palavras básicas como: Obrigada, Olá, Bon dia, ... . Mais antes de iniciar estudar, já conhecei palavras, sobretudo através da copa do mundo no Brasil. Os estações alemães e os experts de futebol falam muito com expressões portuguesas e assim já ouvi falar a língua. A primeira coisa relacionada com gramática que estudei, eram os verbos regulares conjugado no presente e os artigos.

Memory with my coworkers during lunch
Here is about when I went out to lunch with my coworkers before COVID-19.
I have some friends who joined this company with me at the same time.
One of my company friend was decided to assign as an overseas resident in Romania for 5 years.
For celebrating him, we had a lunch party at a Mexican food restaurant where was near my office.
At the restaurant, we took a conversation about Romania life what he would work and how to live.
Another friend who lived in Hungary for one year, told about when he got his house, found a Korean local community and so on.
Lastly, we cheered him up for his happy life there.

Please Have Some Tea
When we say "please have some tea (请你喝茶) " among friends, it does mean going to a teahouse for tea together. But nowadays, this is generally limited to older people, as younger people always choose to meet for coffee or milk tea.
In many cases, in Chinese, "inviting someone to have some tea" means to want to "talk" to you, implying that you do something wrong, and you should be more careful in your behavior and speech. We will use the phrase "the police invite you to have some tea (警察请你去喝茶)" to mean that you have been summoned by the police. This is especially true when you have been summoned by the police because you have left "incorrect" comments on the Internet or have used VPN. "The leader invites you to tea (领导请你去喝茶)" means that the leader is looking for you to talk, implying that you must have done something wrong and the leader wants to criticize you.
I went to an elementary school today and the class monitor 's comments annoyed me. It is a 2nd grade class. 四月チャレンジ (中級の問題) ・ 日本語の勉強戦略
今日の問題は 「最初から勉強の戦略を変わるこたがありますか？」
変わることがありますよ！最初はひらがなとカタカナを覚えて簡単な漢字も覚えました。漢字を覚えりたいちゃんと部首を勉強しなければいけないと思います。そうをすれば、漢字を調べることはもっと安くなります。今は漢字を覚えるとき物語を作りますよ。例えば私にとって 「結果」 はさむらいが口のなかで果物があって、果物を抜けないために糸が頭を囲っています。少し変な物語だけど、「結果」を買いたいときいつも書き方を覚えます！英語でこの物語を作くるようにとするには言葉がありますよ。Mnemonicというです！覚えることがあれば、これをやってみます！オススメです！
今時私はAnkiというソフトを用いています。Ankiで覚えたい言葉は文書に入れてその文書を勉強します。

Miss. Sloane
Last night, I watched "Miss. Sloane", a movie about a female lobbyist. The story was really exciting but I don't write about it because I don't want to spoil it before you watch it. In the movie, the main character is intellectual and speaks too fast. Thus, I almost couldn't understand what she says without Japanese subtitles. I wonder if native English speakers can completely catch it, and I want to be able to do so.
Besides, I like the following phrase that she said many times.
"Upon the advice of counsel, I must respectfully decline to answer your question, based on my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution." I didn't know the Fifth Amendment is about the right to silence, and I knew "take the fifth" means to keep silent.
