I can’t find his book

I am a simple person.

Or, I am an easily fooling person.

Few days ago I read a book which introduce an author and some of his books.

Next book I almost go to book store and buy his book!

Fortunately, at last minute I suddenly remember I can use library.

Borrow books for free!

So, I go to the nearest library and check out the books from this author.

In the computer shows that book is in the library.

But when I go to the bookshelf that not isn’t there.

I ask the staff help me but the book is just not in that library.

I need go to other library!

I watched the Gemini meteor shower last night. However, I watched them on YouTube live broadcast. First, I watched them at the Tokyo University Observatory in Nagano. 이번 주의 날씨

일요일에는 비가 오기를 시작했지만 비가 아주 가벼웠어요. 오늘은 비가 훨씬 무거웠어요. 지금 밤인데 아직 비가 와요. 캘리포니아는 조금 비를 보통 받아서 이것은 아주 좋아요. 그렇지만 비가 올 때 운전하기를 아주 싫어해요. 현재는 집에 일하는데 괜찮아요. 저도 비 소리를 정말 좋아해요, 특히 잠들어요. 내일은 비가 아마 다시 올걸요.

Negativity

I'm having a bad moment right now. For weeks, I have been indifferent around the life. I mean, I don't want to do my best efforts to do my different daily tasks, I can't find motivation in these actions.
Some years ago when I felt this sensation, I used to search for some tools to improve it, for example advices, motivational videos or stuff like that. But every time that I fell in this state of apathy it's harder to get out of here.
At least now I understand that it is something temporary and in some weeks I'll be better and wanting to eat the world. But anyway, I'd like to avoid these passages of the life. This because when I take a look at people who surrounded me, they seem to be always in a good moment, and I feel like I am left behind.

That's all folks, I just wanted to relief my mind.

Swimming

To improve my health, I used to swim at a pool in my company.

Before dinner, I went to the pool and swam about 600m on the intermediate player’s line.

My speed was not good enough, but my endurance was enough to swim.

If my condition was good, I tried to swim around 1500m for an hour.

It reduced my stress a lot, and it was an oasis of my daily life.

Because of the pandemic outbreak, the pool is now closed.

As a result, I should find alternative ways for my health and reducing my stress.

Inka Cola

Wir Peruaner sind sehr unterschiedlich, aber es gibt etwas, dass uns alle zusammen bringt: unsere Liebe für ein sehr spezielles Getränk, die Inka Cola heißt.

Diese Cola ist gelb und hat eine blaue Etikette. Der Geschmack erinnert man an Kaugummi. Jedes Mal, dass ich für eine lange Zeit wegmuss, vermisse ich die sehr. Diese Cola ist uns sehr wichtig, sie war einmal Coca-Colas unzweifelhafte Konkurrenz in Peru. Sie war so gefährlich, dass Coca-Cola musste sie kaufen. Das finde ich witzig, weil Coca-Blättern, einmal so wesentlich für Coca-Cola, stammen auch aus Peru. Vielleicht haben wir etwas Besonderes für Colas.

你想当老师吗？

我完全不想当老师。我妈一直告诉我，她认为当老师超级适合我，但我不同意。我阿姨以前是一位艺术老师，我上高中时花了几个暑假在她的学校志愿。我帮阿姨教艺术课。学生都是中学男孩，大多数的学生调皮极了。每班有10～20个学生，最寂静的一班也是最小的。然后我上大学时也当一个月的艺术助教。这次学生都是小孩，年纪最大的是8岁，而女孩比男孩多了。这群孩子比较乖，但我还是无法对付他们。我记得有一次，一个5岁的女孩盯着我把一瓶胶水撒满了地上。另外一次，一个男孩悄悄地把我的一绺头发剪掉了。
这两个经验让我意识到，我永远不会当老师。我很佩服世界上所有老师，但我个人最好找别的职业。

一番好きな季せつ

一番好きな季せつは秋です。たくさん理由があります。秋は冬ほど寒くなくて、天気がすっきり涼しいです。それに、木が紅葉した後、きれいな葉を見に色々な場所へ行くのが好きです。かぼちゃで作った食べ物も好きです。そして、セーターとか秋に似合うふくはほんわかするから、好きです。でも、一番好きじゃない季せつは夏です。他の季せつより夏は一番暑くて、日光も強いからです。休日の中で、夏の休日は一番面白くないと思います。そして、泳ぐ事とかバーベキューをする事とか、夏で人気がある活動は気に入りません。

Rutina matutina

Cada mañana trato de hacer las mismas cosas. Creo que establecer las rutinas en general es muy saludable, porque las tareas más duras solo se hacen con rutina y hábito. Por ejemplo, aprender otro idioma, como hagamos todos en este sitio, no es algo que puedes hacer en un día, un mes, hasta un año. Por eso, hay que crear rutinas realistas pero ambiciosas que te lleva a tu meta poco a poco.

En esta entrada quiero enfocar en describir mi rutina matutina porque creo que tu mañana puede influir el resto del día. Si no haces nada en la mañana quizás te sentirás mal, o no tendrás ganas de trabajar en la tarde. Pero en mi experiencia, poder capaz de cumplir una rutina en la mañana me alegra y me hace listo para tener un buen día.

Usualmente lo primero que hago cuando me levanto es lavar los platos mientras escucho un podcast en español. Es un acto relajante y simple, y el podcast que usualmente escucho, "Entiende Tu Mente", también es informativo y interesante. Después de esto, que usualmente toma unos veinte minutos, practico mis tarjetas de vocabulario, usando una app que se llama Anki. Este solo dura quince o veinte minutos y me ayuda recordar muchas palabras y aprender unos nuevos. También tomo una taza de café frio con leche para despertarme. Luego, hago una corta rutina de ejercicio en la sala. Me gusta esta rutina de ejercicio (que no hago los fines de semana) porque es cortita (menos que quince minutos), intenso y no se necesita ningún equipo salvo un tatami. Haber empezado a sudar, tomo una ducha y me cepilla los dientes.

Este es mi rutina matutina. El hecho que tiene algo de lo necesario (ducharse, limpiar la casa, etc) además de algo que me ayuda alcanzar a mis metas (aprender español) me ayuda construir energía para el resto del día. En el futuro no sé si voy a tener tanto tiempo en las mañanas así que mi rutina podría cambiar, pero en cualquier caso crear una rutina deliberada que encaja con el resto de tu vida, sin importar la duración, es un buen habito que quiero conservar a través de los años.

Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash - Abstract

A purely peer-to-peer electronic cash must allow sending online payments directly between the parties and without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures are part of the solution, but the main benefits disappear when a third party is still essential to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution for double-spending by using a peer-to-peer network. The network seals transactions in the time in a continuous proof-of-work chain based on hash, establishing a registry that can not be modified without remaking the proof-of-work.
The longest chain not only serves as an effective way to prove the sequence of events, but it demonstrates that comes from the most powerful CPU set. While most of the CPU power is controlled by the nodes that don't cooperate to attack the own network, the longest chain will be generated and will outmatch the attackers. The network itself needs a minimum structure. The messages are transmitted based on the "best effort" and the nodes can leave the network and return at will accepting the longest proof-of-work chain corresponding to what has happened in their absense.

Les congés maternité pour les pères

Au Japon, les congés maternité pour les pères ne sont pas courtants. Les nouveaux pères peuvent prendre environ 1 à 7 jours de congés, et c'est tout. Cela va sans dire que 7 jours ne suffit pas pour aider les mères qui viennent de donner naissance à leurs bébés, mais même les entreprises qui offrent seulement 2 jours de congés figurent comme « les entreprises qui soutiennent les congés parentaux pour les pères » dans un magazine.

En France, environ 70 % des pères prennent des congés parentaux 7 jours au minimum, alors qu'au Japon c'est de 7 %. Puisque auparavant il était normal que les femmes restaient chez elles et les hommes travaillaent toute la journée, la plupart des hommes japonais ne pensent pas qu'il leur faut des congé maternité après la naissance de leurs bébés.

Cependant, la situation a déjà beaucoup changé : le taux des femmes en activité augment par 20% dans les dernières 30 ans, ce qui siginifie que les femmes sont plus occupées qu'il y a 30 ans. Mais les règles et les coutumes n'ont pas assez changé.

Quand j'étais petite, on a appris qu'il y avait un « courbe en forme de M » dans le graph du taux de la population active de femmes avec l'âge sur l'axe des x : de nombreuses femmes devaient arrêter leurs travails car leurs maris ne pouvaient pas prendre les congés pour s'occuper leurs bébés et enfants, donc après autour de l'âge de 30 ans, le courbe descendait.

Maintenant le courbe est de plus en plus aplati, mais les pères ne peuvent pas encore prendre des congés pour leurs bébés, ce qui provoque le désaccord entre les femmes et les maris ainsi que la différence des connaissance auprès de leurs enfants et des savoir-faire pour les élever. Cela reste toujours un problème, mais rien ne semble prêt à changer prochainement.

plány na Vánoce

Díky Covidu, naše adventní sezona je docela klidná. Besídky ve školce byla zrušená a besídka ve škole byla natočená. Nebudou velké oslavy. Nakonec nejsou ani vánoční trhy. Mrzí mi, že letos ty žkušenosti nebudeme mít. Zaroveň jsem ráda, že máme tolik čas byt spolu jako rodina, užit si snih, kakao, a vánoční filmy. Zapomináme si na to, že advent je čas, když se těšíme na první příchod Ježiší. Ohromí se mi to více každý rok, že Bůh se stal člověkem.

I když tolik věci jsou díky covidu zrušené, mám zvlaštní radost. Pojedeme na balet v Praze, do Loukáček. Moje holky se těší, a já taky.
