Georges St-Pierre
Je viens juste de finir l’autobiographie de Georges St-Pierre. C’était super fascinant. Pour ce qui connaissent pas cet homme il est un combatant Québécois. Il a battu dans le UFC pour plusieurs années mais en ce moment il est retraité.
Je vais pas résumer tout son histoire, je vais juste discuter quelques points que j’ai trouvé intéressant.
Le livre a commencé avec une discussion de comment il était intimidé quand il était plus jeune et qu’il a commencé d’apprendre le karaté pour se défendre. Son père avait une ceinture noir et il a commencé à l’enseigner dans leur sous-sol. Puis après quelques années Georges a commencé à suivre des cours à un dojo locale. Il n’était pas particulièrement doué et il voulait quitté plusieurs fois. Cependant, son père l’avait convaincu de continuer.
L’autre chose que j’ai appris c’est que Georges n’aime pas se battre. Il trouve les combats stressant et imprévisible. Il avait expliqué que tu sais jamais qu’est-ce qui va se passer et c’est facile de se blesser. Il adore s’entraîner dans les arts martiaux mais malheureusement pour gagner une vie dans ce domaine il faut se battre.
J’ai trouvé ca un peu bizarre mais l’auteur a expliqué qu’il y a une différence entre un combattant et quelqu’un qui pratique les arts martiaux. Un combattant c’est quelqu’un qui aime les combats. Il aime l’adrénaline et le competition. Ça c’est pas l’objectif des arts martiaux. C’est d’apprendre le discipline et de se défendre. Le but c’est d’essayer d’éviter les combats.
J’ai vraiment aimé le livre et je le recommande fortement.

Non pas encore. J'aimerais visiter la France ! J’ai des plans pour visiter Paris, Bordeaux et Nice. J’irai aux monuments dans les villes. La mia vita senza internet per una settimana
Ero vivo prima dell'inizio dell'internet, ma non mi ricordo bene delle cose che ho fatto nel mio tempo libero di quell'epoca.
Direi che se non avessi internet per una settimana, farei le stesse cose che faccio ora, ma senza il livello dell'esperienza aggiunto dall'internet. Per esempio, leggerei un libro senza usare un e-reader e se avessi il bisogno di cercare il significato di una parola, userei un dizionario a cartaceo. Guarderei i miei programmi su TV in diretta, o magari con un videoregistratore o lettore DVD, ma non userei lo streaming. Leggerei il giornale a cartaceo, invece di online, e leggerei una rivista invece di blog. Parlerei con i miei amici sul telefono invece di social media, Zoom, o chat. Inoltre ci sono videogiochi dell'epoca prima di internet che non richiedono un collegamento online.
Per tutti gli altri attività della mia vita, non ho bisogno grande di usare l'internet per passarsela bene. Potevo sempre andare in bici o incontrare i miei amici faccia a faccia al ristorante senza bisogno dell’internet. Ho scoperto che quando sono in vacanza, uso poco i social media e non me ne mancano mai.

Realismo mágico
Recientemente, he disfrutado mucho con el autor llamado Haruki Murakami en mis estudios de japonés. Este autor me presentó por primera vez al “realismo mágico”. Yo no sabía qué realismo mágico tenía fuertes conexiones con latino america y esto me sorprendió mucho. Encontré al autor Colombiano a Gabriel García Márquez. Antes de esto, no me interesaba mucho con los autores Latino Americanos, ni tampoco sabía mucho sobre pero me entusiasmé leer algunos libros de latino américa.
Uno de los libros más famosos de todos los tiempos de Márquez es Cien años de soledad. Para ser honesto, me pareció bastante confusa y aún no lo he terminado… pero, me gustan sus otros libros, específicamente sus historias cortas. Esta historia llamada “Ojos de perro azul” es mi favorita porque es muy surrealista. Las historias que parecen extrañas y surrealistas son mi favorita.

Though, he couldn’t remember how and why he had ended up there. But then it all gradually started to come back in clear details. He had come to uncover Mrs Groynes’ real identity all by himself. However, he hadn’t make it to report his astounding findings. Having been a step ahead of him all along, Mrs Groynes had lured him into a trap at the Albion Bank. After that it was all a blank.*
Astonishingly, Twitten gave no further thought to any of that, turning his attention to Inspector Steine and Sergeant Brunswick. He wondered what they would make of him as a policeman. The prospect of those two reproaching him for having made some mistakes was unbearable. He was adamant he had been thorough in his line of inquiry, therefore, he couldn’t have made any mistakes at all.

Relation
Dans ma école il y a une fille. Je sais qu'elle m'aime et moi j'aime la aussi, bien sûr amical rien avec d'amour. Le probleme c'est que nous sommes très gênant, par exemple je ne suis pas un gars timide mais j'essayer de pas regarder dans ses yeux si on a un cour ensemble parce que ça me rend nerveux et je crois c'est la même situation pour elle. Mais je pense que on a fait de progrès maintenant on parle plus qu'avant. Je souhaite que nous devons d'amis proches.

A Trip
Tomorrow, we're going to get up very early because we will go to spend the day in Girona. We will take a high speed train, so the travel will be short, about thirty nine minutes. Usually, I don't take trains, but this is the better way to arrive girona city, besides fast and comfortable. Tomorrow there be will an urban sketcher meeting in that city, so we will spend drawing all morning. After lunch at the afternoon, we would like to visit this beautiful city. It will be funny.

Racontez-nous la dernière fois que vous avez vraiment jalousé quelqu’un.
Il y a longtemps que je n’ai pas eu cette sensation et la dernière fois que je l’ai eu, c’était en 5ème et 6ème année du lycée. À ce moment-là, j’étais toujours la chouchoute de ma prof préférée mais il y avait une autre camarade qui l’admirait aussi et elle était aussi la chouchoute de cette prof. On avait des notes similaires et on était tous les deux des élèves responsables. Peut-être qu’on voulait tous devenir la meilleure élève (ou simplement personne) sous les yeux de ma prof. En effet, j’étais jalouse chaque fois que ma camarade parlait plus à elle et pour une raison que je ne savais pas pourquoi, ma prof prêtait plus attention à ma camarade qu’à moi et je n’aimerais pas beaucoup cette camarade.
Pendant l’année pour préparer à l’examen publique, il y avait une fois que j’ai reçu une très mauvais note sur un des exercices de géographie et cette fois-ci, ma prof m’a écrit des mots d’encouragement et j’ai pu enfin sentir sa soin à moi. Mais après ça, je me suis réfléchis : elle avait prêtais plus attention à ma camarade, c’était parce que ma camarade avait plus de besoin que moi; et c’était parce qu’elle avait confiance en moi qu’elle ne me parlait pas trop.

Patients, Families Or Doctors, Who Should Be The Dicision-Maker?
With the improvement of medical and health awareness, people's concept of medical consumption is constantly changing. A consumption habit with clear demand and purpose is gradually taking shape. Although people's purpose and autonomy in the process of medical treatment avoid the waste of medical and health resources caused by blind consumption, they are also prone to disagreement with doctors in the process of diagnosis and treatment. And who should be the final medical decision maker has sparked heated discussions in the society.
Many people hold the view that the patient’s opinion is the most significant and decisive because they know best what they need. For them, the most important thing at the moment may not necessarily be survival, but the financial burden and quality of life of their loved ones. They will take their physical state, economic situation and social relationships into consideration before making what they think is the best dicision for themselves and the people around, and such a decision should be respected. Furthermore, patients have the right to participate in and make decisions about their own medical care, so respecting their choice reflects the respect for individual autonomy and the maintenance of dignity. Take euthanasia as an example, many late-state patients request it because it allows them to maintain a natural and intact state of life until the end of life, thus they can pend the last time of life with peace of mind and maintain their own dignity. In this case, when the choice is reasonable and feasible, medical staff should adopt it, rather than being stubborn about their own opinion with authority.
Patients do play an important role in medical decision-making, but most people believe that doctors always represent the authority in this field. Although the medical literacy of modern people is much higher than before, medicine is such a profound subject that it’s difficult for non-medical professionals to keep abreast of the latest medical advances. Therefore, medical staff who have undergone systematic study and training can judge the real situation of the disease more accurately than patients. What’s more, decisions made by doctors are not only more professional, but also more objective than those made by patients. Patients may, for a variety of reasons, make decisions that are not the result of thoughtful thinking, but are on a whim or in an emotional state, which often has irreversible consequences. Because of the concept that life is sacred, doctors always look at the problem from the perspective of health and interests, and can more calmly and accurately make decisions that are beneficial to patients.
There is a saying goes, it is a family matter when a person is sick, which suggests that family opinion is also an important factor in medical decision-making. Normally, the health status of patients is not only related to their personal life, but affects the mental state and life quality of their loved ones. Besides, some patients may be in an emotional state when they make decisions. For example, they have just quarreled with their families, or they want to resolve the conflict within the family by hurting themselves. At this time, the opinions of family should be considered to prevent patients from making decisions that they will regret.
In actual clinical diagnosis and treatment, who would be the ultimate dicision-maker should depend on the situation and ethical analysis when there is disagreement. First of all, it is necessary to determine whether the patient has the ability to make autonomous decisions. Those over the age of 18 have the ability to make independent decisions, while those under the age of 18 do not. When the patient has the ability to choose, but cannot agree with family, the patient's opinion should be considered first. When the patient does not have or loses the decision-making ability, the decision-maker should be his family. And if there is disagreement within the family, the views of family representative, such as father in most cases, should be considered first.
When the best plan of the medical staff is rejected by a patient or family member with normal ability to choose, they should find out the real reason for the rejection, and then do a targeted explanation. The choice should be respected and detailed medical records should be made if this kind of effort fails. But if a patient and his family members make a decision that goes against their life value and causes harm to society and others, medical staff can use the right to interfere such dicision and take measures to prevent uncontrollable consequences from happening.
All in all, no matter who makes the dicision, the interests of the patient should always be put first and the patient's autonomy should be fully respected.

Heute gibt es viel zu tun. Ich hoffe, dass ich alles auf meiner Liste erledigen kann. Ich muss das Gras mähen und die Fensters putzen. Wenn jemand meine Wäsche falten will, sag mir, weil ich das nicht zu tun will.
Den Spiegel muss ich auch putzen, damit ich mein einziges Gesicht klar sehe. Endlich, soll ich nicht vergessen, ein gutes Buch zu lesen.

Steven Pinker et le taux d'homicide
Considérons l'argument de Steven Pinker, psychologue et savant des sciences cognitives canadien-américan, au sujet du progrès social.
Dans son livre "The Better Angels of Our Nature: Why Violence has Declined." publié en 2011, Pinker remarque dans quelle mesure le monde est devenu plus pacifique et moins appauvri.
Le psychologue fait allusion au taux d'homicide aux pays occidentaux qui est baissé depuis le quatorzième siècle.
Au dix-neuvième siècle, le taux d'homicides aux pays occidentaux était à partir de 78 jusqu'à 98% plus bas qu'au quatorzième siècle.
C'est une réduction du nombre de morts à cause du meurtre en Europe de L'Ouest de 80 pourcent environ.
Pareillement, le monde est amélioré en ce qui concerne la pauvreté extrême où on observe une amélioration d'affaires aussi.
Entre 2010 et 2020, la proportion de la population mondiale qui vive dans la pauvreté extrême a baissé (de 16% à 9%): c'est-à-dire 9% de la population subvient à ses besoins avec moins de 1.90 dollars par jour.
C'est une situation atroce mais toutefois elle s'améliore.

Mi nuevo trabajo
El mes pasado empecé un trabajo nuevo por el gobierno en una ciudad una hora de mi casa. Estoy un encargado y es la primera vez que ha tendido dirigir otras personas. Tengo un equipo de dos y ambos son muy amable. Estaba un poco nervioso en el principio, pero poco a poco he encontrado mi confianza. En mi trabajo tengo que crear una nueva estrategia eso va a guía la economía local. Normalmente tengo que interactúa con las empresas en la localidad. Los sectores de importancia es el turismo, la industria, y el sector renovable. Dime abajo que tipo de trabajo que tienes.

Un paseo en bicicleta
El martes tomé un paseo en bicicleta. Era muy divertido, pero duro. Divertido porque me encanto el paisaje y las montañas, duro porque por supuesto hay montañas que tengan que estar subiendo. Cuando empecé subir la primera inclinación me dolían los muslos, y me pregunté por qué hago esta tortura. Continué, y después de diez minutos el dolor desapareció. Un rato mas tarde y fui en la cumbre de la colina. Ahora era tiempo de relajarme. No tuve que pedalear desde 3km, y el viento me refrescó cuando mientras rodaba abajo sin pedalear. La próxima colina era más fácil, y disfruté vistas bonitas durante el resto del paseo. Después me sentí el beneficio del ejercicio varias días.

La contaminación del aire
¿Cuál crees que es la amenaza más preocupante para los seres humanos? Explica tu respuesta.
Hoy en día los seres humanos enfrentamos un montón de peligros y amenazas. El calentamiento global, el cambio climático causado por las acciones humanas y la contaminación de plástico de los océanos son cosas que generan mucha preocupación. Y mientras que es verdad que tenemos que arreglarlos, también hay otros peligros en que no nos enfocamos tanto. Creo que la contaminación del aire es algo poco hablado pero muy peligroso, ya que no podemos ver con nuestros ojos si el aire que respiramos ha sido contaminado o no.
Hay muchas fuentes de la contaminación del aire, pero la más grande es la industria. Los talleres y fábricas generan mucho químicos no saludables que pueden herirle los pulmones o incluso matar a alguien. No obstante, ya que estas partículas peligrosas son demasiado pequeñas para ver con nuestros ojos, no parece que hay ningún riesgo. A pesar de esto, cualquiera que haya vivido en una ciudad con mucha contaminación puede decirte los afectos desagradables de la contaminación del aire.
Hay muchas imágenes en el Internet de ciudades cubiertas en humo. Pero el humo solo se ve en el peor de los casos, y mucho después de que la contaminación en el aire ha alcanzado niveles peligrosos para la salud de los seres humanos. En Estados Unidos, a pesar de que tenemos requisitos que las empresas tienen que acatar, la contaminación del aire ya ha alcanzado estos niveles, y en la mayoría del país el aire nos envenena lentamente.

Le Donjon de Naheulbeuk était en vente aujourd'hui, alors je l'ai acheté.
Je faisais un parcours des critiques et suis rendu compte qu'il fait partie de l'histoire des joueurs françaises. Il parait que tout le monde qui joue les jeux de rôles a entendu parler, au moins, du Donjon de Naheulbeuk.
Je suis intrigué. Mais quoi faire en première? Jouer le jeu vidéo? Lire les livres? Écouter à les mp3s? C'est le problème éternel des séries avec une longue histoire... on commence par ou d'abord?
