Some people think that the best way to increase road safety is to increase the minimum legal age for driving cars or riding motorbikes. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
I can understand why increasing the minimum legal age for driving can reduce driving accidents and driving offenses and increase rode safety because of some reasons, but I do not think among possible solutions this is the best. I think that since the youth are energetic, some of them see driving faster than a limit speed a means of relieving their stress and energy. They are looking for exciting activities much more than older people. In addition, Younger people are usually less mature and less responsible for their manners. Due to the lack of experience, young individuals do not have good enough awareness of the importance of following the laws, and that is why young individuals tend more to break the rules in comparison to older people.
However, authorities can come up with other solutions to the issue of road safety. For instance, heavier fines and stricter punishments can be enacted for driving offenders. Governments should spend public money on educating individuals on the necessity of following the rules and developing a high driving culture. They can encourage people to commute by public transport rather than private vehicles.
In conclusion, although increasing the minimum legal age is useful in reducing the driving offenses but other solutions are more effective in ensuring road safety.

Many museums and historical sites are mainly visited by tourists but not local people. Why is this the case and what can be done to attract more local people to visit these places?
There are a number of factors that can help to explain why these places lose their primary appeal to locals. Perhaps the primary reason is that not only historical sites but anything gradually loses their primary attraction for humans. These places are much more exposed to local inhabitants so that it is natural that locals do not attract to them the same as foreign visitors. The more similarity between the cultural background of a historical place and a visitor the less attractive that place to the visitor.
Another reason might be that authorities often do not pay enough attention to conserve the historical places. Due to this reason, the conditions of these historical sites degrade over time. However, there are solutions that can be considered to resolve the issue. To gain back residents’ interest, the authorities can rearrange and redecorate these tourist attractions to make them more absorbing to the visitors. To achieve this, more public money should be spent on this problem. The authorities can continue campaigning aiming at increasing the awareness public of these attractions. In summary, enough good measures can be taken in attracting the local inhabitants.

Some people say that too much attention and too many resources are given in the
protection of wild animals and birds. Do you agree or disagree about this opinion?
It seems to me that humans have committed a considerable number of cruel things to other creatures for a long time. I believe that all the creatures that feel pain should be equal in basic rights. I assume arguments that people have used to justify the equality in human rights can be applied to animals. One of these arguments is that humans have many features in common, hence the equality in primary rights. If this argument is valid, it will works for the proof of animal rights as well. Not only humans and animals share many characteristics with each other but also with plants and even solids. According to another reason, the capability of thinking and reasoning is what deserves a creature to have rights. This kind of argument leads individuals to fascistic governments. As a consequence, disable humans will be stripped of any rights they naturally have, and practically it gives others license to commit any immoral acts to these kinds of individuals. These sorts of acts are not tolerable and acceptable in modern societies. Thus, human beings have been depriving animals of their most basic natural rights such as the right to survive. Therefore, I think humans have not paid enough attention to the life and rights of other creatures.

It is now possible for scientists and tourists to travel to remote natural environments, such as the South Pole. Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages?
First of all, we should ask ourselves whether traveling to isolated wild areas is beneficial to whom? To humans or to the natural environment and its residents? Most likely it will adversely affect numerous plant and animal species. Modern human beings have caused many irreversible damages to the earth’s ecosystem and I do not believe this case would be an exception. Industrial societies have an insatiable desire for capital. The first priority of these kinds of societies is producing and selling goods as much as possible to earn profits.
To humans, this action has benefits to some extent. On the one hand, adventuring in untouched areas brings some benefits to individuals in terms of both science and recreation. Scientists can make use of undiscovered secrets in the wilderness to develop their researches. Travelers use this opportunity to relieve some stresses and enjoy themselves. On the other hand, the wilderness is full of unseen dangers. For instance, someone who wants to travel to the Amazon jungle might find oneself in danger of various poison insects and wild animals.
In conclusion, I guess that the detrimental consequences of traveling to these distant areas far outweigh the positive ones.

Some people think that there should be some strict controls about noise. Others think that they could just make as much noise as they want. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
I think one of the main reasons for this disagreement is the problem in determining and defining the borders of the private and the public. The people who agree with noisemaking without any restriction would argue that producing noise is a private matter and therefore a personal problem. In fact, they don’t recognize the well-known distinction between the private and public issues and believe it is just a formal classification and doesn’t stem from nature. They justify themselves by this egoistical view that in the case of the conflict between private and public interests, people should first prioritize their own needs. However, this point of view leads to a chaotic society, which prefers instinct to order and reason. While modern societies assign a high positive value to toleration and freedom, they impose a restriction on these values. Individuals are free to do everything until their actions do not harm others. According to this opinion, noisemakers endanger people’s health and affect their quality of life. Due to this reason, generating noise must be put under control.
In my view, there is an unavoidable, fateful, and tragic conflict between civilization demands and biological needs that allow human beings to lead a fulfilling life. The problem in question is one of these conflicts. Whatever choice we make leads to unavoidable suffering. However, what we can do is to lower these sufferings and choose a path that ends a more satisfying life. My choice is devotion to civilization and therefore put limits on noise making.

Almost everything is back to normal.
Restaurants can open up 12pm, up to 4 persons sitting in a same table.
Sport center, library, cinema…
Our life can be acting as a normal human being again.
What happens next?
A lot of people will become “Consumer Avengers”.
Without knowing when will the virus come again.
They will start spent / enjoy as much as they could.
Because the world might end tomorrow.
I use to don’t believe this theory.
But this time I am become a 70% believer.
Maybe later I will become a 100% “consumer avengers”?
Life is too short.
We have to make it colorful, nothing wrong with that.

Leaders and directors in an organization are normally older people. Some people think younger leaders would be better. Do you agree or disagree?
First of all, it is better to remember to not judge the capability of individuals by mere their age. The leadership of an organization is a critical position that cannot be given to staff members based only on their age. One the one hand, it is common sense that elderly people have much more experience than the young. Due to this reason, most likely they can handle problematic situations better. The Aged are more respected in the organization and then have a more powerful voice than the young staff. As the time spent working in the organization is longer, the elderly can understand the problems and feelings of the staff much better.
On the other hand, young individuals are much more capable in terms of physical ability. The role of leadership in an organization is stressful because directors must deal with a lot of problems and there is a lot of pressure on them. Younger generations are more creative and can open new paths to a company. They have significant familiarity with new technologies. As people become older they gradually tend to be more conservative, so that young staff is more open to new changes.
In conclusion, I am in this belief that in selecting the leader other important parameters should be taken into the account as well.

Wealth is well-being. Some people think so. However, let's take a broader look and talk about mental health. We need to understand the depth of its importance, and we need start practicing better habits to improve our well-being. First, let's think about how we behave with other people. Are we rude? If we want peace of mind so that others will treat us well, we should start with tolerance. Let's live in peace!

Today is another good day as all the things on my schedule goes the right way. Of course, the instant gratification monkey still annoyed so much even though I had prepared some powerful tools to dispel it. I guess, like a schizophrenia person, I have to live in harmony with him instead of behaving to him as a rival.
