Mae Nak
Napiszę dzisiaj o tajskiej legendzie „Mae Nak”.
Nak była młodą kobietą, która zakochała się w młodym męźczyznie nazwanym Mak.
Mak został odwołany, by walczyć na wojnie. Gdy odjechał, Nak była wciążę jego dziecka. Mak spędził prawie rok na wojnę, a potem wrócił do domu. Został powitany przez jego żonę z synem, ale ludzie we wsi ostrzeli go, że te osoby, które uznał za jego żonę i syna były w rzeczywistości duchami, bo oba umarli podczas porodu. Mak jednak ich nie powierzył.
Życie idzie jak zwyczajnie, a kiedyś Nak gotowi obiad i upuszcza kawałek cytryny, która wpada pod deskami podłogowymi. Mak patrzył, jak żona wydłuża swoje ramię, żeby ręka przeszła przez podłogę i zbierała kawałek cytryny. W tej chwili Mak zdał sobie sprawę, że Nak jest duchem.
Tą nocą Mak odbiegł, a Nak szła za niego. Według tajskich wierzeń duchy boją się rośliny Blumea Balsamifera, dlatego Mak schował się za krzakiem tej rośliny. Nak wylała swój gniew na mieszkańców wsi, bo pozwolili, żeby Nak odszedł. Szczęśliwie egzorcysta potrafił uwięzić duch w słoik i go wyrzucił w rzekę.
Kilka czasu później ktoś (para albo rybak) łowi słoik od rzeki i uwalnia duch Nak.

Языковые обмены
Языковые обмены в школьном рамке становятся все более распространеными всегде в мире. Подросток данной страны проводит немного времени (часто, несколкьо недель) за границей в семье корреспондента, и потом, этот корреспондент приехает в его семью на несколько недель. Такие пребывания преследуют разным целям. Во-первых, они помогают студентов улучиться в языков, которые они учут, благодаря прогружению в среду, которая их заставляет использовать иностранный язык. Во-вторых, они помогают молодым учить о иностранной культуре (как работает школа/университет за границей, как живут люди и т. д.). Во-третих, они развивают междукультурные отношения создавая дружбы между молодыми.
Вот, это теория. Как говорит пословица (не знаю, существует ли такая же осротичка по-русски): "я хотел бы жить в Теории, потому что в теории, всё всегда пройдёт хорошо"
У меня был мой первый языковой обмен когда мне было 13, с немецким корреспондентом. Когда я был в Германии, всё прошло хорошо, но когда он приехал во Францию... Всё изменилось. Он скучал свои семью и друзьей. Это повлияло на его поведение. Я старался показывать ему места, которые я люблю, играть с ним, заниматься с деятельностями, но он был апатичным. У меня было впечатление, что ничто ему не нравилось. Иногда, я даже его терпеть не мог. Между нами, напряженности увеличивались.
Я думаю, что мы были слишком молодыми. В этом возрасте, трудно провести несколько недель вдали от семей и друзьей, в иностранной среде. У моей племянници был тоже был опыт с корреспонденткой; у них были такие же проблемы, как я с моим корреспондентом, хотя моя племянница сделала обмен, когда ей было 16 лет, нет 12-13. Может быть наше поколение — незреле, по сравнению с нашими дедушкой и бабушкой. Я не знаю.
Мне надо добавить, что уже с точки зрения языков, этот обмен был пустая трата времени. Я когда-то почти не говорил по-немецки, и мой корреспондент почти не говорил по-французски. Поэтому, мы говорили по-английски всё время!

Scambi linguistici
I scambi linguistici in un quadro scolastico sono sempre più comuni ovunque nel mundo. Studenti da un paese dato passano un po' di tempo (spesso alcune settimane o un mese) in un paese straniero nella famiglia di un corrispondente, e questo va poi nella loro famiglia. Gli obiettivi sono diversi: in primo luogo, questi scambi si suppone aiutano gli giovani a migliorare le lingue che imparano, grazie all'immersione in un ambiente dove sono constritti a parlare le lingue in questione. In secondo luogo, i soggiorni gli offrono opportunità di scoprire una cultura diversa (come funziona la scuola all'estero, come vive la gente, ecc). Infine, favoriscono i relazioni interculturali sviluppando amicizie tra i giovani.
Bene. Questo è la teoria. E come dice il proverbio (non so se la stessa arguzia esista in italiano): "vorrei vivere in Teoria, perché in teoria, tutto va bene".
Il mio primo scambio linguistico era con Germania. Avevo un corrispondente tedesco. Cuando io sono andato in Germania, tutto è andato bene, ma cuando è venuto egli, è stato totalmente diverso. Gli mancavano la sua famiglia e i sui amici. Naturalmente, abbiamo visitato luoghi insieme, giocato ecc, ma era apatico, non gli piaceva niente, e a volte, era proprio insopportabile e la tensione è cresciuta tra noi.
Penso che fossimo troppo giovani e immaturi (avevo 13 anni, egli 12). Al liceo, passare alcune settimane lontano dai sui cari è ancora difficile. Qualche anno dopo, la mia nipote ha anche fatto un scambio con una corrispondente tedesca al liceo, e hanno avuto gli stessi problemi di noi.
Anche in materia di lingue, il mio scambio è stato un spreco, perché non parlavo tedesco affatto bene e il corrispondente quasi non parlava francese, perciò, abbiamo parlato inglese tutto il tempo!

ちゃんこが食べたいです！
日本語のクラスでは、相撲取りの生活についての本文を読んだ間に、ちゃんこという料理を覚えました。教科書によると、ちゃんことはいろいろな食材に入れた料理です。肉類とか、魚介料理とか、豆腐とか…
結局グーグルで画像検索したら、おいしそうな料理の写真が見えるようになりました。「えええ、食材がいっぱい！」と思い、その時から本当に食べたいです。
はじめに、残念ながら食べさせないと思います。力士ではなく、一般的な大学生なのです。弱い痩せている女性はちゃんこをもらわないかもしれません。しかし、日本に住んでいる人によると、ネット上のちゃんこのレシピがあります。そして、鍋いらずちゃんこのレシピもあるので、特別な道具を買わなくても大丈夫でしょう。
いろいろな日本料理が食べたく、ちゃんこは例外ではありません。食べすぎるのでお腹は痛くなってしまっても後悔しません。

What makes a good neighbor?
Whether you want it or not, neighbors are those who are going to spend most of their time next to you, literally. Thus, there are a substantial number of qualities to look for in a good neighbor. Particularly, having a quiet, helpful and nonaggresive neighbor is indispensable for enjoying an above average life quality.
In the first place, quiteness constitutes a greatly appreciable attribute which is unfrequently found among most neighbors. I, personally, have long experienced extremely noisy neighbors. Never have I had more sleepless nights than during this unfortunate time of my life in which lack of concentration posed a persistent issue. As a matter of fact, my stress levels soared due to these incoveniences.
Furthermore, the individual living next door is someone to turn to when needed. Compelling stories about neighbors who eventually became close friends abound. This friendships usually comes as a result of a kind act.
Moreover, aggresiveness is an undesirable behavior which persists in many individuals. I have sadly seen firsthand the actions of a person who tried to avoid peacefulness above all. At the end, these people get involved in a plethora of fights with their neighbors, which greatly impacts negatively both parts.
To conclude, having agreeable neighbors is far more beneficial for health than living next to unpleasant people. Therefore, not being loud, assisting others and calmness are greatly appreciated virtues when it comes to neighbors.

Spending time alone (V2)
Aristotle, one of the most relevants philosophers of all time, stated, "man is by nature a social being". Does it mean that every person must avoid spending time alone at all costs? Not necessarily. I personally believe that spending time on oneself is definitely better than spending time on a social context.
In the first place, being alone gives people the opportunity for introspection. When someone spends time on their own, they can acquire a considerable amount of knowledge by reading. They can practice skills they have long wanted to master. They can even reflect upon their own life and improve it. Thus, spending time alone is indispensable for personal improvement.
Furthermore, solitude makes people stronger. When certain people are alone, they do not depend on anyone to survive. That self-sufficiency will eventually result in increased emotional intelligence, as they do not need another individual to support them. These people who have mastered the remarkable art of loneliness are those who will not get hurt by anyone.
Additionally, some people may find going out tiresome. Personally, I believe that hanging out with friends is a stressful activity. Walking, taking busses or even driving, money permitting, is notoriously difficult in Bogotá. Traffic jams abound here, therefore, being at home helps people feel more relaxed than having to go through all these ordeals.
To conclude, I strongly believe that spending time alone is far more beneficial than spending time with friends. Being alone enables people to grow emotionally and intellectually. Some individuals may even feel more relaxed by staying at home.

Thoughts on education (V2)
The question of how to best educate students is a highly debated subject. On the one hand, a substantial number of individuals believe that dynamic classes are more enjoyable for students. On the other hand, it is claimed that serious lessons are more understandable. Hence, formally presented classes are definitely better than any other type of education.
In the first place, serious classes allow people to focus solely on the subject matter, whereas an "entertaining" lesson negatively impacts students' ability to concentrate. In this sense, a more formal class model is useful when a professor is teaching a hard science, such as Mathematics, since pupils are fully absorbed by the logical reasoning behind the task at hand.
Furthermore, a formal lesson leaves a good impression of the teacher on the students. When I was in highschool, I had a Mathematics teacher who used this approach when explaining. I remember being amazed with this magnificent way of teaching, which made me held this professor in high regard. As a matter of fact, this class inspired me to pursue a career in engineering. This exhibits how a serious type of teaching may greatly improve the student learning process.
Moreover, the learning pace is higher in a serious class. By using "entertaining" activities, teachers tend to lose valuable time that may be used for something else, while a serious approach would completely enhance students' use of time.
To conclude, formal lessons allow students to think only about the topic of the class. Additionally, this type of education may inspire people. When teachers use a formal approach, the learning pace of the class is higher. Therefore, as expressed previously, this learning approach significantly enriches the learning experience by many measures.

Reverse culture shock and the media
Today I learned a notion of reverse culture shock, a shock felt when one goes back to his or her home country after a significant period of time living abroad. I studied abroad twice, together for about one and half year, and each time after going back to my own country, I was shocked to see TV news programs not broadcasting informations on foreign countries' events enough.
There are two reasons that can be possible explanations to this reality. One is the limit of language. Japanese is spoken only in Japan, which demotivate the media to delve into and translate what's happening around the world closely. The other reason is immatureness of media. Compared to other developed countries, Japan only posess poor media which doesn't have a passion or sense of responsability to pursue and transmit facts to citizens, not being able to conduct a proper reserach on matters.
This media crisis should owe to other causes, but I've never looked that up throughly. I'd love to read books or articles on this theme.

le français et le monde
Ma matière préféré, c'est la géographie. Le monde est très grand, et je trouve ce sujet très fascinant. j'aime travailler avec des cartes, et découverte de cultures différentes. C'est porquoi je voudrais aussi apprendre le langues du monde entier. C'est vital pour voyager souvent. Maintenant, je suis apprendre le français, mais dans le futur, je voudrais apprenderai l'espagnol aussi. J'ai beacoup d'amis que parlent français, et je voudrais parlerai avec qui langue native avec leurs.

Regarder un film: cinéma vs maison.
Depuis que je suis petit j'ai toujours aimé aller au cinéma. Mes copains et moi, on avait l'habitude d'y aller chaque vendredi après sortir du lycée. Même s'il y avait un film d'horreur, une comédie ou un film d'action notre visite au cinéma devenait une tradition. Et enfin c'était tout qui était autour du film qu'on adorait : l'odeur du popcorn, les discussions pour choisir un film que tout le monde en avait envie de regarder...
Des fois à la finalisation du film, on achetait quelque chose à manger et on s'amusait tous ensembles.
Je crois que c'est pour ces bons souvenirs de mon adolescence que j'aime encore le cinéma et que je préfère y aller au lieu de rester chez moi pour regarder un film.

Le lever du soleil
Non, je n'ai pas vu le lever du soleil cet été. Le soleil se lève trop tôt pendant l'été pour le regarder avant le travail, et je fait la grasse matinée le weekend. Quelquefois je regarde le lever du soleil en hiver quand le soleil se lève plus tard.
Le plus beau lever du soleil que j'aie jamais vu, c'était au Liban en 2016. Mes amis et moi, nous étions allés à une boîte de nuit pendant la nuit. Nous étions quitté très tôt dans le matin et nous avions conduit à la plage méditerranéenne pour attendre le lever du soleil. C'était magnifique, la lumière du soleil sur la mer. Nous l'avions regardé jusqu'à sept heures du matin, et puis nous étions rentrés chez nous.

Przyzwyczajenia
"Przyzwyczajenie" co za skomplikowane słowo do opisania to, co jest w szczególnie proste! Kto nie ma przyzwyczajeń? Często są bardzo użyteczne w naszych życiach. Czasami nie mamy nawet świadomości, o ilu je mamy. Co rano, kiedy budzisz się, co robisz? Może, że twoja pierwsza akcja jest popatrzeć na telefon, aby sprawdzić nowe wiadomości. Albo idziesz do toalety, bo niektóre rzeczy nie mogą czekać. Obydwa są przyzwyczajenia. Lub palisz papieros. Przyzwyczajnie mogą też być złe, złe dla siebie, dla swojego zdrowia, albo dla innich też.
Zmieniać swoje przyzwyczajenie, albo mieć nowych jest bardziej skomplikowane. Aby to się udać, trzeba pomyśleć o "wynagrodzeniach": z tymi to łatwiej. Innym sposobem: robić tak, żeby mieć przyjemnością robiąc nowe przyzwyczajenie. To wydaje logiczne, ależ trzeba o tym przypominać!
I teraz, myślę że umiem pisać korektnie "przyzwyczajenie" :)
