Refreshing Day
I went to having cut my hair today. Whenever I had cut my hair, I can relax and feel myself renew. It was the first time to dye my gray hair. I was sad a little because I think I am aging , I mean I am getting older.
今日は髪を切りに行ってきた。髪を切るといつも気分がリフレッシュするし気持ちが新たになる。初めて白髪染めをして少し悲しかった。歳を重ねているなぁ、歳を取ったなぁと思ったから。

Past tense is needed here! You can say 'I went to cut my hair today' but it sounds like you started to cut it yourself but stopped. 'Hair cut' is used for salons/hairdressers.
Whenever I had cutve my hair cut, I can relax and feel myself renew.
Whenever I have my hair cut, I can relax and feel myself renew.
Not past tense. 'Feel myself renew' isn't wrong but sounds odd, try 'I can relax and feel like a new person' - this is a common phrase! :)

Another option is 'It was the first time having my gray hair dyed' :)
