It's just my complaint that the sirens of Spanish emergency vehicles such as ambulances and police cars are very noisy. It's a really different level, so they can’t compare to Japanese one. I always feel irritated by the sirens when I hear that, especially after I study. The sounds aren’t constant sometimes it’s too big.
ちょっとした愚痴だが、スペインの救急車と警察のサイレンの音は、日本と比べられないくらいうるさい。勉強で疲れている時はすごくイライラする。それにサイレンの音も一定ではなく急に大きくなったりする。

It depends on whether you're writing formally or casually. "I want to complain about how the sirens of Spanish emergency vehicles such as ambulances and police cars are very noisy." is what I would write for school but if I was talking to a friend I would say "it's so annoying how..."
