I ate the red strawberry last Sunday. It was fresh, of course, but also sweet, full of flavor—I think it's the best strawberry I've had this year. It might be simply because I grew it myself, haha.
Having a tiny garden is like watching life unfold in ways you can't fully control. I wanted to keep you updated every week because facing these flowers and fruits brings me one of my happiest and most peaceful moments. But sometimes I just forgot, and sometimes I was afraid it was too boring to keep talking about it.

A video "on" is fine and often the preferred preposition, but I think "about" fits better here.

Nitpicks about the video:
fully red Berry - I think it's a bit strange to call it a berry instead of a strawberry.
harvested - kind of works, but a bit too big of a word for picking one berry, it feels a bit non-standard. But if you're proud of it, you can use it lol
in fruit - I don't think that's a regular expression (maybe I'm just not familiar with gardening English). I would say the blueberry bush is bearing fruit
Are you learning American or British English? Your pronunciation is very British.
Do you keep the plants in open air or a closed balcony?

There are many different styles of capitalization of titles. Words like “on” and “my” are not typically capitalized, but you can also capitalize every word.

Grammar and pronunciation are aspects of the video, so listing them as equals with the video doesn’t really work, to me.

It was fresh, of course, but also sweet, and full of flavor—I think it's the best strawberry I've had this year (this month? | in the past 12 months?).
If you mean the best you’ve had in 2026 (this year), during the first month of the year we would typically say “this month” or “in January.”
But if you’re referring to the Chinese year, which hasn’t ended yet, I think it would be clearer to most readers if you said “in the past 12 months.”
Instead of “full of flavor” you could say “flavorful.”
It might be simply because I grew it myself, haha.

I agree with Liag’s comment about “facing.”

I don’t find it boring at all. It’s your journal—you can talk about whatever you want to. :-)

You were the one that planted it, of course, it would be the most delicious.
For "fully red berry", I think "a very bright red strawberry" would be better or another way of saying it.
I wanted to keep you updated every week because [facing] these flowers and fruits brings me one of my happiest and most peaceful moments.
"Facing" isn't used this way in English. I'm not sure what action you wanted to describe; here are some guesses: "looking at" "caring for" "cultivating" "enjoying."

The video shows just how successful you have been at growing your plants! They look so healthy.
I heard the extra ending "a" sound on two words: "anda" and "lasta." Those two ending sounds (d, t) may be the ones that require the most attention and effort to pronounce correctly. Pronouncing them correctly may be easier or harder, depending on the beginning sound of the next word.
In the text on the screen, "harvest" should be "harvested" (which is what I think you say) because the action was done in the past.
Nice!
