Borghese Gallery
Yesterday, we visited the Borghese gallery. Its main attractions are some of the most famous Bernini's and Caravaggio's works. The sculptures of the former just fascinate you with the meticulousness of the work done, just as the gallery's interiers fascinate you with their grandeur.
In order to get our tickets, we needed to stand in line for about 40 minutes, but it was totally worth it. After the visit, we took a lovely stroll in the adjoining Park Borghese. There were a couple of street musicians and a lot of painters, and someone was celebrating their 20th birthday. On Friday evenings, this place seems to be quite active!
