The season get sick easily

One of my coworkers said her son had a fever last night. Good news were he had recoverd already. But later on I got a call from my wife and said that my son had vomited two times in the kindergarten. So we decided to ask his grandma for help to pick up my son home. I guessed my son probably had something like nauseas. He had no appetite during this days. We let him take some medications for stomach ill and drink more liquids. Just right now, we found him having slightly feverish. My son got sleep earlier than before because he's not feeling well, I think. I wish him feel better soon. This season, that definitely easy to get sick.
