The company that I work for was acquired.
Many executives have been fired, and everyone is worried about the future.
My bosses are waiting for the ultimatum to know who stays or go in September I've been creating tools to automate some tasks, I don't know if I should show them to the manager.

Clear writing, just some minor grammar things. Hmm, I suppose there are a lot of factors to consider, but if you are able to design automation tools, it seems like you have a valuable skillset that you can leverage in different ways. That's a bit of a tricky situation, hope it all works out.

"ultimatum" doesn't seem quite right here, but it may be intended. Usually "ultimatum" would imply that one party is making demands on the other, the rejection of which would result in retaliation. Since this is an acquisition, the terms of the purchase have essentially already been settled. So even a sentence like "My bosses are waiting to find out who stays and who goes in September" works here.
