My Friend

I have a friend and I like her a lot, but she has a bad habit.
She always speaks about her, everytime and everywhere.
If I ask to someone "What is your passion?" and he says "Actually, I'm learning guitar", she cuts the conversation to say something like "Oh, I always wanted to learn piano, but it was too expensive, but later maybe, and I'm sure I'm very good at that blah blah blah ...."
It's always the same things, for anything, any subjets, regardless others.
When she did that, we just wait in silence.
She has a lot of qualities, but that is really unpleasant and exhausting.
I don't know how I can explain her, without hurt her.
