Day 2
Today is my second day writing in english and I want to share a little bit of my work(work or job?).
Because I work for a local company, I often have to do more than my job, but lately it has been tired me a lot, I have been searching for improvements solutions for the company at all and besides beign tiring I see little recognition, on the other hand if i stop to doing this I am charged for delivering little. Some times is hard to work in my mindset in this situations because n addition this problems I work in one of the bests companys in my city, so I still want to grow here and get a promotion.
Hoje é meu segundo dia escrevendo em inglês e quero compartilhar um pouco do meu trabalho.
Por trabalhar em uma empresa local muitas vezes preciso fazer mais do que a minha função, mas ultimamente isso tem me desgastado muito, tenho procurado soluções de melhoria para a empresa como um todo e além de cansativo vejo pouco reconhecimento, por outro lado se deixo de fazer isso sou cobrado por entregar pouco. As vezes é difícil trabalhar o mental nessas situações porque além desses pontos "falhos" trabalho em uma das melhores empresas da minha cidade, então ainda quero crescer aqui dentro e ganhar uma promoção.

I'm not looking for another job, I meant that if I work hard I'm not rewarded, and if I work little the boss watches me. Some words that have more than one meaning in Portuguese are difficult to translate.
