I stared to do Yoga in 2020 at the pandemic. I saw some classes online at YouTube and for some app, I really liked because I am a very anxious, so Yoga could help me. At time, I learned how to breathe, because we don't breathe right, and a became a more flexible and lengthened. But when I enter the world of Yoga I realized that it came with a life-style. Like, influencers that sell a positive life and good vibes, and when I do Yoga, yes I seek all of this, but for me this type of person stared to pass a toxic positivity. So Yoga is a really nice exercise that I really love, but I don't like all the package that teachers and “students” pass. I really have to say that I was came back to my yoga mat because the feeling of doing the positions is soooo good. I realized that when you are doing some positions you just can't thinking in another thing, because you will fall. This is my favorite thing about Yoga, because calm down my thoughts, forcing me just to think in the exercise.
So, what do you think about Yoga? You already practiced or not?

This is a difficult topic to write about. Good for you for challenging yourself. Let me know if you have questions about my corrections.
I practice yoga regularly. I am also a very anxious person and yoga has helped me a lot. I am grateful to all the online yoga teachers offering free classes. Namaste.

Spelling for started. "at" is a location, the pandemic was a period of time so you would use during here.
I saw some classes online aton YouTube and fors well as on some app,s. I ended up really likeding it because I am a very anxious, so Yoga could person, and Yoga helped me with that.
I know I just said "at" is a location and by that logic, "at", isn't wrong technically here. But a native speaker would say "on" YouTube. I also took some liberty to try and make the sentence say more closely what I think you were trying to explain.
AtOver time, I learned how to breathe, because we don't breathe right, and a. I also became a more flexible and lengthenedstrong person.
Lengthened is confusing in this sentence. I thought maybe you were trying to say "strengthened" which could be a result from doing Yoga, but "strengthened" also does not work in this sentence. I changed it up some to convey that you became more flexible and strong from doing Yoga. I also broke the sentence into two separate ones. An alternate sentence that would work here would be: I learned how to breathe better, and a became a more flexible and strong person.
ButHowever, when I entered the world of Yoga, I realized that it came with a life-style.
However sounds slightly better here. You have been saying positives of Yoga and are now describing some negatives. However works a little better than but in that context. Also enter should be past tense

I think you mean possess here?
So yes, Yoga is a really nice exercise that I really love, but I don't like all the packbaggage that teachers and “students” paossess.
Baggage and package are similar words in the dictionary, but in the context you are using, baggage is the correct word. Now I am pretty positive you mean possess here.
I really have to say that I was caThat said, I come back to my yoga mat because the feeling of doing the positions is soooo good.
Took a little bit of liberty here. I think you are saying that despite not liking some things about the life-style, you still enjoy yoga. So I changed it to fit that idea.
I realized that when you are doing some positions, you just can't thinking in an about other things, because you will fall.

Pretty good! There was some inconsistency with the tense of words within the same sentence and a few common spelling and grammar mistakes, but I still understood your meaning perfectly.
