I wonder if "effortlessly" is the word you really want here? It means "easily" (so without much effort). My guess is you mean the opposite, which would be "tirelessly." (That word has a few synonyms, so you might prefer one of them.)

I would say, this is the time to discuss that with whoever helps students make these decisions on campus.
