I wanna went to the Jyujyutsukaisen museum . But, I had to work overtime. So, I will go to there this Saturday.
昨日は呪術廻戦展に行きたかったけど、残業しないといけなかった。だから土曜日に行く。
I wanna wentt to go to the JyujyuJutsuk Kaisen museum .
Wanna and went are two different tenses. Wanna (English slang for want) is used in the present when you would like to do something. Went (past tense for want) is used when you already have gone to the place.
But, I had to work overtime.
So, I will go to there this Saturday.

Love the effort! Look over or practice your tenses with verbs more often
I wanna wentted to go to the Jyujyutsukaisen museum .
Remember to use past tense for something that has already happened
But, I had to work overtime.
So, I will go to there this Saturday.
This is technically correct, but I think removing the prepositions make it sound more native

But,I wanted to go to the Jyujyutsukaisen museum, but I had to work overtime.
This should be added to the end of the first sentence, with a comma.
So, I will go to there this Saturday instead.
You could just join all 3 sentences together with commas. If not, you shouldn't start a sentence with 'So'. You could add 'instead' at the end to make this clear as a separate sentence.
Yesterday
I wanna wentted to go to the Jyujyutsukaisen museum .
"Wanna" is short for "want to" which is the present tense of "to want". When talking about the past, we say "wanted". Also, whenever you use the phrase want + verb, you leave the verb in the infinitive (with "to" in front) For example: I want to see. They wanted to stop. I think I will want to go home.
But, I had to work overtime.
So, I will go to there this Saturday.
