Some tricks for be more productive...

Well, today I will try to present some tricks that I use for to be more productive.

1. Have a clear system of organization, but this system needs to work for you.
2. Have a planner, and in this planner you need to organizing your schedule into in some categories: (1) actions with a schedule, (2) actions without a schedule, (3) informations, and (4) values - in this one you include the most important activities that you have, that can help you to reached your goals.
3. Don't put your tasks in your planner, separe a specific place for them. For example a task list, I used the app "to do ist" for it. And in it, I put all the activities that I need to do, and categorizing them into four places: (1) today, (2) this week, (3) this month, and (4) not urgent. With this I can see what I need to do.
4. Finally, when I have a clear system, you can see all the activities you need to do. And, the next step is go to action. For this, I put my cellphone in another room, and turn off all the things that can change my focus. Them, I put my phones, a good music, and started to do what I need.

That's it! Just some tricks that I use, and ever help me with the daily tasks.
