This is a bit long but please read (and correct) :)

I've been "learning" English since I was born as my parents spoke a bit English together so I started to remember a few words from their conversation. I really started to learn English at school, around 5 but the English level at school is not the best by far... I started learning English by myself 2 years ago, because the English level from school was starting to be a bit boring. I started to watch movies/series only in English (with English subtitles), switched my phone/computer and all my apps into English, I downloaded HelloTalk (which is an app like this one) and talked to natives, I even stayed 1 week in Ireland, in a host family. Since last year's lockdown, I've started reading books and news articles in English.
I think that I've quite improved my English level thanks to last year's lockdown. I especially learned a lot of vocabulary through books (I was writing all the words I didn't know in a notebook). I've also improved my speaking in English, just by watching youtube videos about topics that interest me.
I love English and my goal is to become an interpreter who translates French-English-Japanese but for that, I have still a lot of work...

By the way, if you're trying to learn a language, all the things listed above can be really useful for you (if you already know the basics of the language, of course)

Also, I've taken a lot of tests on internet to know what's my English level but they all say different things... With this text, could anyone guess approximately the English level I have right now ? (All I know for sure is that I have more than A1 level)
