What is your morning routine?

I usually wake up at 5 am every morning in order to study English. I've been keeping this routine for about one year, so I feel restless without the morning study. I also make espresso in the morning when I have a time. Namely, I don't like a busy morning, and this is why I need to go to bed early. How do you make a free time every day? looking back now, I had a lot of time when I was a student.

Adding "up" and saying "a" instead of "one" sounds more natural imo

I think you meant to say rushed? When you have a lot to do in the morning but you want to have enough time to do everything? I have never heard anyone use "namely" before. I am born and raised in the united states, it might be used in other English speaking countries but I have never heard it before.
