A Book I'm Reading
One of my friends recommended a book to me a few months ago. It's called "Atomic Habits".
I bought an English version on Tmall and like it very much.
The English level in the book is just right for me, it is not too difficult.
More importantly, the author presents a useful system to help people like me form better habits.

To add on a bit, i just saw your original message. I can see what you mean now but in English perhaps it could be a bit differently expressed. I suppose for me "just right" and "not too difficult" are slightly repetitive? Dont take my word for it but just some thoughts haha.
