While Hiking
Compared to yoga, which has been my main form of exercise, hiking is a little different. While practicing yoga, I concentrate more on my inner self – focusing on my feelings, breath control, various poses, and personal improvement.
However, when I go hiking, my enjoyment comes from immersing myself in nature's beauty – the breathtaking scenery and diverse plants. Each time, I find it hard to resist capturing these picturesque moments along the trails.
I have accepted a different side of myself. Hahaha...
I updated a video about my latest hike on YouTube last night and attempted to include subtitles in both English and Chinese.
