As I know the Past Tenses spelling of this particular and some other words depends on which version of English you write.

I didn't get it. What I meant in this sentence is that you can sleep at work-from-home so deeply that you might oversleep the time when you're officially suppose to leave a workplace.
If you don't mind, please, correct me. Is a verb "to oversleep" can be continuing action, and could I "oversleep the whole day"?

If you don't mind, please, correct me. Is a verb "to oversleep" can be continuing action, and could I "oversleep the whole day"?
In my experience the verb "oversleep" is more of a state than an action. It is more common to just say "I overslept", or "Don't oversleep". For more detail it would be better to just use "sleep" - "sleep through the time when you're supposed to leave", or "sleep the whole day".

OK,I got it.
In Russian we can say "я ПРОСПАЛ всю ночь"- "I slept the whole night" and " я ПРОСПАЛ на работу"- "I overslept for work". As you can see in Russian it could be described as one word.
There are so many interesting details and nuances in learning languages, and I like it.
