Waiting in Airport

It's 11 am here, my family and I are waiting in the airport to board the plane. The boarding time is one hour later and we will arrive at Sanya at about 6 pm. My daughter is very excited about this trip. She prepared lots of snacks yesterday. She told me that she is really eager to stay at the hotel and play on the beach. She is excited about the sea fishing and snorkleling too. Watching her be so excited makes me feel incredibly happy.

Waiting in the Airport

It's 11 am here, and my family and I are waiting in the airport to board the plane.

The boarding time is in one hour later and we will arrive at Sanya at about 6 pm.

My daughter is very excited about this trip.

She prepared lots of snacks yesterday.

She told me that she is really eager to stay at the hotel and play on the beach.

She is excited about (the) sea fishing and snorkleling too.

“The” is OK, but I would omit it unless I had already mentioned these activities to my readers. I would probably replace it with “going”:
She is excited about going sea fishing and snorkeling, too.

Watching her be so excited makes me feel incredibly happy.

The happiness of children is infectious, especially that of our own kids. I hope you all have a great time!

Yeap, happiness is really infectious. Thanks for your corrections and wishes my friend.

It's 11 am here, and my family and I are waiting in the airport to board the plane.

"and" makes the sentence sound more natural by joining the two ideas (it is 11 am + my family and I [...]).

The boarding time is one hour later and we will arrive atin Sanya at about 6 pm.

Sanya is a city/large location, so in English we use the phrase "arrive in". "Arrive at" is used for small or specific locations. For example, "He arrived at the store", "She arrived at the address", "Jessica landed in London at 6pm", "I arrived in China yesterday".

Great job! You used a variety of vocabulary and grammar topics well. It was very easy to understand your situation. The only mistakes were small.

"play on the beach" is a natural expression in English.

"waiting in the airport to board" is an acceptable phrase. So is "at the airport waiting to board".

If the sentence was intended to express a delay, "the boarding time is one hour later (than scheduled)" is understandable. If the intent was to express time until boarding, "in one hour" as you have corrected is better.
