I'm learning eEnglish and it'this is my first emailpost on the site.

"Email" only means messages that are a digital equivalent to physical mailed letters, sent through mail servers (popular ones being Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc)
A "post" is a message that gets displayed on a website for everyone to see, and possibly respond to. You make posts to blogs, social media, forums, Langcorrect, etc
