It was just me?

Most of people I see talking about it, say that video games helped them to some extend. It isn't my case tho, nowadays I don't play any video game at all, but back then when I used to play I didn't play it in English, unfortunately. I used to play everything in Portuguese (my native language), therefore, I didn't learn almost nothing through video games... aside from English class at school, I just began to learn English properly back in 2019 if I recall correctly, and I learned by reading novels. Back than was really difficult, it was exhausting, reading a single page was such a herculean task, even with such a hard time, I persisted and today I can read long paragraphs written in English without much problem, aside from classic texts of course (which reminds my attempting of reading "The Great Gatsby" haha).

Herculean is capitalized because adjectives that come from proper nouns are usually capitalized. Other examples are "Rubenesque", "Orwellian", or "Byzantine."
