我最喜欢的运动是足球, 可是我只喜欢看足球比赛。在现在的世界杯期间,我支持亚洲队,例如日本韩和国队。其实我不喜欢健身。健身以后,我老很累。非常遗憾。但是, 我要改变这个情况。我打算买哑铃。健康的身体在疫情期间十分重要。我要成为健康,不要感染病毒。最后,我希望这个疫情尽快結束。

2. I agree 遗憾 sounds too formal here. I wanted to say "I'm so frustrated". What's the Mandarin word for "frustrated"?
3. 此次世界杯,我支持亚洲球队,例如日本队和韩国队。I wanted to add something like "etc." at the end of the sentence since there are other Asian teams in the tournament, how do you say "etc." in Mandarin?
4. Is 例如 a formal word? For example, would this sentence sound weird? 我喜欢水果,例如香蕉和苹果。

1. 运动 is a broad word, cover the meanings of 健身和锻炼, also include the other meanings, playing every sports can be described as 做运动. And 健身 means to shape your body, to develop muscle, usually in a gym and doing anaerobic exercise. 锻炼 means to do some simple exercises, like jogging in the morning, so as to become health. We usually say 锻炼身体。

3. 例如日本队、韩国队等。 Put “等” or “等等” at the end of the sentence.
4.A little bit, another word “比如” would be less formal and colloquial.
