THE EMAIL THAT I HAVE TO ANSWER: "I don’t know if you remember me, but we met at
Manjit’s party a few weeks ago. I’ve just got an
interview with the company where you work.
Could you give me some advice about how to
prepare for it? What kind of questions do you think
they might ask and what kind of research should I do
beforehand? What should I wear to the interview?
Maybe we could meet for lunch on the day?
My shout!
Thanks in advance for your help.
Sarah "
MY TEXT:
Hi Sarah of course I remember you, you were so sweetie to me that day.
I'm so happy to hear about your interview, let me help you with some advice.
First of all as you can understand the company is about "computer stuff" in fact
I suggest to you to learn how to use well a computer, like how to use Office, Adobe, Canva and more; this software are essential to work in the company. They will probably see how you are good to use this program. Than they will ask about you daily life, like your hobbies, your interests and more. For example the will ask you if you like cook or if you like read (personal question so is easy to answer). Moreover they will ask if you have any experience in this type of job, I suggest to you to say all the information you have to try to look "expert". Talking about your "outfit" I suggest to wear formal clothes, stay minimal and don't use many colour. The interviewers are really good people and they want to create a relax atmosphere, so don't worry about them they are sweet like you. I hope this tips will be helpful for you and obviously let me know about it.
I can't wait to see you again.
Bye bye.
Danilo.
IF YOU CAN PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THE WRITING IS GOOD FOR A C1 EXAM, THANK YOUUU ♥♥♥♥

Hi Sarah of course I remember you, you were so sweetie to me that day.
Personally, I would use "friendly" rather than "sweet." Sweet gives a different vibe.
I'm so happy to hear about your interview, let me help you with some advice.
This works, but "let me give you some advice" would be more in tune with what we anglophones usually say.

The 2 "to"s in the second sentence are correct, but less natural.
Love the use of the colon!

Feedback
There were a few minor errors with word order, and I recommended some different word usage, but overall, the email was well written. As far as your exam, while I have never taken a C1 exam, I looked up the criteria, and you're right about there. A few improvements like the ones I mentioned and you'd be set. You should be confident for this C1 exam.
