Today is Day 99 of my daily English challenge. I was very happy to review my English and Spanish lessons. I also read some of my corrections texts in this site. Then I canceled my appointment with a friend over Skype because I have a toothache and I should to go to the dentist tomorrow.
In the afternoon, I read some pages of a book in arabic and in french. I am so delighted what I did today. I made my day!
Writing Challenge, Day 99
Today is Day 99 of my daily English challenge.
I was very happy to review my English and Spanish lessons.
I also read some of my corrections texts ion this site.
Adjectives aren't plural.
"in this site" is definitely understandable, but it sounds better if "on this site" is used.
Then I canceled my appointment with a friend over Skype because I have a toothache and I shoulneed to go to the dentist tomorrow.
Need sounds better here, probably since you are definitely going.
In the afternoon, I read some pages of a book in aArabic and in fFrench.
Proper nouns are capitalized.
I am so delighted what I didbecause of what I have done today.
"I am so delighted" and "what I have done today" need to be connected.
Since today is still happening, it's better to use "what I have done today". If you were talking about yesterday, you'd say "what I did yesterday".
I made my dayMy day was great!
Don't think "I made my day" is proper use of the idiom. Additionally, the idiom means "My day was great because of (person)", so not sure if it fits in this context.
Feedback
Nice job! Good vocab and mistakes were minor.

This makes more sense to me in two sentences. You canceled the appointment because of the toothache and not because you have to go to the dentist tomorrow.

We capitalize the first letter of names of languages.
I am so delighted at what I did today.
You should be!
I made my day!
