the use of "my" can be redundant/repetitive; "Friday" is a proper noun
They'll be staying with us in a few days. They'll be staying with us in a few days.
Your sentence expresses that in a few days, they will have arrived and stay with you all.
If you meant to express how long (duration of time) they will be staying there - change "in" to "for" (They'll be staying with us for a few days.).
