Today is the 87th day of my daily English challenge. My sister called me today to let's me know, my mother, my nephew, and my nices will be coming on friday. They'll be staying with us in a few days. The children are so excited to come here!

the use of "my" can be redundant/repetitive; "Friday" is a proper noun

They'll be staying with us in a few days.

Your sentence expresses that in a few days, they will have arrived and stay with you all.

If you meant to express how long (duration of time) they will be staying there - change "in" to "for" (They'll be staying with us for a few days.).
