Today is day 254 of my daily English writing challenge. Today I filmed four videos of a recipes. There were so delicious!
In the evening, I was going to speak with a friend but he wasn't over Skype because he was busy.

Use a comma after "today" because it is being used as an adverb. Remove the "s" from "recipes" so it matches "a."
