Writing Challenge, Day 213
Today is day 213 of my daily English writing challenge.
Today, I helped a woman because she needsed it.
or
I helped a woman because she needed it today.
This happened in the past so it's past tense.
Although I have neverdidn't known her butefore, I felt that she needsed someone to support her.
She called me to say thanks.
or,
She called me to thank me.
I was delighted for her.

You're so kind! Good work in so many ways!
Today, I helped a woman because she needsed it.
'needed' is a little redundant here - 'Today, I helped a woman.' is also okay!
Although I have neverI did not known her, but, I felt that she needs toed support her.
'Although' and 'but' mean the same thing here, so you don't want to use both. 'Although I did not know her' would also be okay without 'but'!
She called me to thanks me.
thanks isn't a verb in the way that you use it here - can also say 'she called me to thank me'!
I was delighted forto hear from her.
wasn't quite sure what you meant here - if you meant that she was doing better, this works, but doesn't have too much meaning without context (why are you delighted for her?) But if you were happy that she called to say thanks, you would be delighted by her actions.
