Finally, my friend received my email so we will speak over skype.

Writing Challenge, Day 190
Today is day 190one hundred and ninetieth day of my daily English writing challenge.
Or can use your original "Today is day 190 of my daily English writing challenge."
Finally mMy friend finally received my email and we willare going to speak over sSkype because we have not speakoken for two months.
"finally" goes better after "my friend". It is more normal to put the subject first in English. Future is "we will speak" or "we are going to speak". Past participle of speak is spoken so perfect tense is "we have spoken". "not" is used to make it negative you cannot use "no".
I can't wait to seepeak to him.
to me "see him" would be "meet him face to face" rather than over the internet.
