Today is day 179 of my daily English writing challenge. How to say when I met a friend over Skype. If I have a pain. Can I say, Excuse me sir! I can not stay here more times because you know my situation.
Or,
Excuse me sir! It's my pleasure to speak with you but I have to go now because I have a pain.

How to say when I met a friendIf I have pain, how do I tell my friend when we meet over Skype.?
This sounds more natural in the US.
If I have a pain.
I deleted this and added it to the previous line.
Can I say, "Excuse me s, Sir!"
This is very formal.
I can not stay here more times because you know my situationany longer because of the condition I told you about earlier.
Or,
Excuse me sir!I'm so sorry.
This is more what we'd say to a friend.
It's my pleasure'm happy to speak with you but I have to go now because I have a pam in pain again.

Feedback
I think both sound very formal(like if you were speaking with a boss rather than a friend) but they both work. The only thing is that for the first one, if the friend is not aware that you're in pain then they won't understand what you mean. Overall, you did a great job and I hope you have a great day!
