Today is day 139 of my daily English challenge. Today I started to edit my recipes video. For exemple one video takes me two hours to edit. I think when I used to edit it ll be very quick work.

There can be multiple versions that you might be meaning to say here:
I think that when I used to, it would have been very quick work. <- This is when you think that you can edit faster in the past
I thought that when I edited it, it would've been very quick work. <- This is when you believed that it was very easy, but in fact it wasn't
