To whom it may concern:

I am writing with regard to my mother's life insurance plan, which lapsed last January 2022.
I would like to know if I could submit online all the documents necessary for the reinstatement of her plan since my mother is suffering from dementia.

I tried to contact the sales agent numerous times to ask assistance from her in submitting the documents but she ignored all my calls. So, I decided to call your customer service hotline. The CSR told me that I could submit the documents in Amber Branch but according to the person in-charge they couldn't accept my mother's application for reinstatement because they don't have the plan that my mother availed. She advised me to go to Santa Fe branch, but Santa Fe branch didn't accept it either.
On March 18, the collector agent, called me and told me that he would pick-up the documents, but when I texted him on the day he promised to pick it up, he said he was busy and he would just pick-up the docs the next day, but when I texted him on March 24 he made another alibis and asked me to just send the docs thru DHL since he was very busy. In line with this, I would like to know if it's ok to just submit the documents thru online?
