Writing a long text after a long time
When was the last time you wrote a long text on paper? I've had to write about my thoughts for 5 minutes in school. I hadn't written a long text for years, and it showed. My wrist hurt. This technique described as "Freewriting” is told to be against blockades, which means not knowing what to write.
I would know like to ask if you have any advices for me to learn in English.

If the topic is writing, delete. If the topic is writing on paper specifically, then it's okay! Also, essay is more natural than text.

Although 'long text' is technically correct, this phrasing sounds more natural.
I've had to write about my thoughts for 5 minutes in school.
I hadn't written a long textt by hand for years, and it showed.

'Supposed to' would be a more natural sounding fit here.

As for learning English, I suggest that after you feel confident that you know most of the common words, you should try to find media that you like and that's not too advanced for you. Try to read and listen as much as you can in English, and eventually you will learn the patterns that frequently come up. Using that technique along with using a textbook for learning grammar rules can be a good way to learn a language.

Thank you very much. I definitely will start reading English novels again. This reminds me of memorising and using patterns from the Harry Potter books, and you are right, it really helped a lot.
