Workout Morning Routines

As an early bird, the best moment to do difficult/demanding stuff, like deep studying or doing exercises, is early in the morning. It's working for me, at least for now.
Working out the body is crucial to maintain it and to ensure a good sleep. I'm not interested on being in-shape or having an athletic performance. I'm happy doing stretching session in the morning, it's a way to start a new day properly.
My routines are not longer complicated since the only thing I have to do is to follow a video instruction on YouTube, I don't have to plan anything by my own or take decisions. There a videos for warming up, "core" workout session (chest, back, abs, legs), flexibility, etc.
My morning routines start at 6AM, have a average duration of 30 minutes and I perform them at least 5 days of the week.
This little habit just brings me results like any other thing I ever tried, they are doing so now and will probably continue to do so in the long term.
