I started text today.I worked a factory job today.I usually packed a meat on box.The factory is many Indonacia people.I have to work for 3month.We have to get up at 4:30.It is so fast for me.so I am going to go to bet at 9 PM today.

私は日記を始めました。私は今日ファクトリーで働きました。普段肉を段ボールにいれる仕事をしています。そのファクトリーはたくさんのインドネシア人がいます。私は3ヶ月この仕事で働かなければなりません。さらに私たちは4時半に起きなければなりません。私にとってとても早いです。私は9時に寝る予定です。

Not quite sure what you mean by "I started text today," so I just changed it so it would be grammatically correct. A lot of the sentences feel very short, so I combined "I have to work for 3 months" and "We have to get up at 4:30" so that it flows better.

'it is' is can be abbreviated to 'it's' and 'I am' can be abbreviated to 'I'm' for a more casual tone. Do you mean working instead of writing?
