Work Permit Process
In order to get work permit for more than 6 months for a foreigner, the employer has to have at least 5 Turkish Citizen employees on board. Less than 6 months work permit, this condition can be ignored. As far as I know There are 3 employees on BCC Turkey’s board.

-Translation of diploma into Turkish by a sworn translator
Application Process
-Managing Director of company has access to portal of work permit in the Labour Ministry
-Upload the above documents
- Managing Director signs the application by electronic signatura.
-In case the ministry approves the application, employer has to pay fee (8000 TL) for work permit.
- the work permit is sent to address of the employer/company.
-When the work permit visa gets to employer, the foreigner has to start working within 30 days.
