Great job! Just minor suggestions and corrections.
Do you think you'll be okayes Monday work for you, too?
Just edited to be more like what we'd ask
A: Yeah, that Monday works for me, too.
We'd normally say the name of the day, or "it" instead of "that day", unless we're talking about a very specific date (e.g. June 27th, rather than "Monday")
Are you talking about this coming Monday or the following Monday after?
I would normally say "the Monday after", not the following. However, both are correct!
Have a happy hump day!
Great use of slang!
I went there on this Thursday.
TGIF!
Good slang!
Surprisingly, time flies inew by this week.
Or present tense: time is flying by this week
I went there last sSaturday.
I've heard that January birthdays are tenaciousin January come quite quickly.
I'm not exactly sure what you mean here - "tenacious" doesn't really work for describing a date. This is just a guess as to what you'd like to convey with tenacious :)
It's been a long time since we had our fortune tellingold, right.?
People born in February are positiveusually very positive people.
More natural
