Today is the winter solstice. On this day we will eat dumplings, I like it. There are many kinds of dumplings. There are pork dumplings, beef dumplings, chicken dumplings, shrimp dumplings, leek dumplings, spinach dumplings, pork and leek dumplings and so on. I like pork and corn dumplings made by my mother best. It is really warm for the family to eat dumplings together. What kind of dumplings do you like?

I think it is better to change “I like it” to something like “I like dumplings” or “dumplings taste good.” Just “I like it” makes it seem like you like the act of eating dumplings and not the actual dumplings specifically.

It ifeels really warmcozy/pleasant/nice for the family to eat dumplings together.
‘Warm” might not be the best word to use here. I gave a few different options you might like, though they might still be a bit odd with this wording. I would write it as: “Eating dumplings with the whole family together is a pleasant experience.”
